There is nothing that I can feel. It was all just by sight.

F*ck this. I am getting the feeling I am just paranoid. I'm gonna go dose 10mg mdrol, and see what happens... I am going to continue dosing Nolva at 20mg for the next few nights, as well as adding ATD to the rest of the cycle starting today.

Anyone horribly object to me continuing the cycle? Anyone think I am being brash... on either front?
I don't personally think it is gyno G-Money. I would continue the cycle. But you probably know I would say that! For real though. I would finish the cycle. Like hman said, a lot of people's nips puff up when they run something hormonal. Like I told you in that PM, test increases are gonna signal the body's aromatase enzymes to start attaching to the extra test to try and convert it to estrogen. Take some low dose ATD and finish the cycle. And for the love of Odin, everybody stop playing with their nipples!! ha ha

Keep it at 20 mg. for a few days longer. You don't need to go up to 40. I still don't think it's gyno though. Just a little hormonal puffiness or even a small amount of chest fat.
 
It's still better to be safe than sorry. But you may actually just be trippin'!! I'm sorry. But I feel a lot of guys have an over-active paranoia about gyno. So they are continually doing self-examinations where they're playin' and squeezin' on their nips every day. That will make them sore no doubt. I'm sure you're gonna be alright though G-Money.

Well I continued on with 10mg mdrol today... I figure I might as well be a guinea pig for some of these theories... at least for two more days. If things get out of hand, we'll pull the plug. I am gonna take it down to 10mg, but keep going through the week. I'll take pictures again tomorrow and we'll see if there is a difference. Maybe it's just chest fat, I HAVE gained a bit of BF...

I am kinda bummed today, I think I dropped below the 200lbs mark, which means that the 200lbs was just glycogen being stored by all the carbs. It's ok though, I have made some pretty good gains this cycle already.

Aight, I trust the deity himself. I think I am overcomplicating things. I'll just add some ATD and let this biatch run it's course. Of course I will stop if things start to go downhill. I am gonna dose some nolva again tonight to see how it affects what I "think" I am seeing.
 
10 mgs of nolva should be sufficient and honestly I wouldn't run too much estrogen control, you need some to get gains and the effects of your estrogen getting too low are not good.

Good call. I'll keep the doses at a "maintanance" level... which I assume is about half a normal dose with both, yes?

Honestly i would do one or the other, doing both might bring you too low. I would run 10 mgs of nolva or 25 mgs of atd. And if need be bring the nolva to 20 mgs.
 
This Gyno talk is crazy G-Money. Not saying that you do or don't have gyno, but I know that I ran a cycle of M-Drol with a sh1tty support supplements (milk thisle only) and ran formadrol extreme for PCT and didn't have any gyno. I will say that I think a lot of gyno feelings is in peoples head. I felt fine my first week of M-Drol before I found this site. After reading about gyno I started playing with my nips and I think that made them sensitive and I thought maybe I had gyno as well. I hope your mind is just playing tricks on you and it is not gyno. Best of luck with the rest of the cycle or PCT which ever you decide.

I would think that it would suppress estrogen levels too much man. Now I'm probably wrong but thats my .02
 
I believe that is how it works. The serm just keeps the estrogen from attaching to the receptors. It(estrogen) is still present in your system.
 
Hey man IMO your chest looks fine, no signs of gyno. Are you takin p5p and/or vitex? That could help you out with puffy nips, if thats what you have. good luck

Yes sir that sounds about right. If you don't feel like there is anything wrong you can drop it in a couple days.

Because my symptoms are getting what seems to be better (in no way are they getting worse), I am going to continue on with the cycle as planned at 20mg a day. FYI I took another 10mg yesterday so I never really had a break in my cycle... I just dosed a little later yesterday. I am going to dose 10mg of nolva for the next two nights, then I will be gone on Thanksgiving (no real access or ability to my liquid tamox... I can take pills around my family, but research chems are another story :lol: ) I'll drop the Nolva on Thurs and see how everything goes over the weekend... I am gonna do my damndest to make this cycle run smoothly and through it's entire course.

So my past two workouts were Chest on Sunday with Timber, then Shoulders yesterday... here is how it went.

CHEST
BB Bench - 135x10, 185x10, 225x6, 225x6, 185x10
Incline Hammerstrength - 2 plates x 10, 3 plates x 6, 2 plates x10
Incline DB fly - 40x10, 50x10, 60x10 (PR)

TRICEPS
Incline Skull crusher Superset with CG bench - 85x10, 95x10, 105x10 each
Bodyweight Dips - 30 (PR), 20, 20 The thirty dips had my triceps BURNING!
Tricep Pressdown - 120x10, 140x10, 160x10 PR

SHOULDERS
Military BB - 135x10, 185x5, 195x4, 135x10 I got a crazy pump on this exercise. My shoulders are noticably bigger from this cycle... almost to the point of overbearing my arms size... I need to work on my arms more... anyone have a good routine for me?

Upright Row - 95x10, 115x10, 135x10
Lateral/front db Raise superset - 20x10, 30x10, 30x10
BB Shrugs - 225x10, 315x10, 405x7... no wraps... whoops.
Rear delt pec dec - 80x10, 90x10, 110x8

You can always melt chocolate down to a liquid, thoroughly mix in the amount of Nolva necessary for your trip, and then reconstitute the chocolate. If it is dark chocolate with a high cacao content, then the sugar is low, and no real impact on the diet is made. Just ensure you cut the chocolate very evenly, and you are set. Great for going on planes and so forth.

So we got back again today - here was the lowdown.

Pull Ups - 10/10/9/8
Hammerstrength wide grip row - 1 platex10, 2 platesx10, 2.5 platesx10
DB row - 70x10, 90x10, 90x10... the deads took it out of me

Then we did some abs and things got a little nuts. Apparently I need to be practicing for taking concussive shots to the body, so instead of doing hanging abs, we did a hanging ab raise, held it, and Timber took a 6 lbs medicine ball and started doing target practice with it on my abs. I lasted for 3 sets of 20ish... my abs are sore as f*ck. I feel like I got beat up lol.

RDL is the same as stiff leg deads?? they are some big numbers for your weight!!
 
GMG! I am excited for my next run! Its almost identical to what youre gonna run. How are you gonna run the H-Drol/Furagano?

What do yall think is better deads or squats? Feels like i have to use more for deads...

Based on my limited knowledge, both should be included in your split. I do deads on back day and squats as my primary lift on leg day. If I tried to do them on the same day I think it would negatively affect the weight I was trying to lift since both zap my enegry.
 
Floor deads are more leg and glute oriented than rack deads so I only do rack deads on back days. Squats should be a staple. I also save these for the end of the workout because I am toast after these.
