Ok, RDL is romanian dead lift. Being that you bend your knees, but keep your back stiff as a board.

I love dead lifts, I hate squats. Probably because I am tall, and a lot of my height is in my legs. I love dead lifting because it gets so much aggression out of me. To be honest, I don't know which I would recommend more than the other, they both have great uses, I would probably say the squat is more important for size, but the dead lift is more important for upper body and grip strength. I do them both. I used to do them on the same day, I am at the point where they take too much energy for me to get a good workout in to do them in the same day.

Aussie - as far as my strength on DL goes, I have been working on it for a while, and where my chest may be lacking in naturally gifted strength, my back is not.

Silver - Backing off the weight and doing both exercises on the same day for 4 weeks would probably yield some great results for ya brotha. It's not always about GOING huge. It's about GETTING huge. Sometimes you gotta mix it up with some lighter weights done in a difficult order to make yourself grow.

Tom - Timber says what's up to everyone, but won't be back on until probably when he gets back to NY. We got our last workout in together today for a total of 4 workouts. It was a blast, he's been a lot of fun to hang out with. Funny as hell too, but we already knew that. You guys should have seen this gym we went to in Newport Beach. Holy Sh*t there was tan blond girls EVERYWHERE. There was even a hot trainer doing bodyweight pull ups... punking some guys. Any girl who can do a set of pull ups is that much hotter to me.

TG - Timber says to pillage towns, slaughter villains, and nail virgins... or somthing to that extent. :lol:

Furaguno (orastan-a) - 60/90/90/90/90/90 (I think... I gotta ask people about running this compound 6 weeks)
PP 1T - 5 pumps ED for 6 weeks. (2 bottles)

Oh man this is gonna be a nasty cycle... probably my last for a long time afterwards too... I am gonna go natty for a good while after it.

I love them both, just wasent sure if it was smart to do both on the same day, im usually shot once i do deads, not so much on squats, maybe im just not doing enough weight on squats, anyway congratz on your cycle mate!

Hahaha, I'm not even done with Mdrol yet. This one won't be for a few months... I can't wait though.

On the contrary, after my next cycle I am going to take a break from anything stronger than trib/prime.

I am a supplement whore, and I'll probably spend just as much money on supplements. I am just at a point where I think after my next run, which is going to be an intense 6 weeks, that I should take a break for about half a year to a year. I may sell off some of my stash.

I've honestly done a lot of thinking and bro, you already have kids... I would like someday to have children, and running a bunch of steroids at 25 years old isn't going to help me produce offspring in the future or lengthen my life any. If I already had kids and such my opinions might be different, but I know I am not ever going to compete in bodybuilding on a level that would support my life and future family, so why take the chances with my health? Cycling is fun, but I work for myself full time, I am in a full time traveling/touring band... It just is a very involved process to run a cycle, and I have a lot of other stuff to focus my energy on. I'll still be at the gym, I'll still be getting huge. I just am going to let my body come back to normal... You have to remember that I have ran MMV2 three times, Epi once, and now Mdrol all in the same year... and I am gonna run that next cycle after a few months of recovery from the mdrol... needless to say my body is going to need to recoupe. Plus by that time it's gonna be time for my summer cut, and we all know I don't use steroids to cut with.

We all wish we could be "on" all the time, but my health is a priority over my hyugeness. :thumbsup:
 
I was just giving you a hard time and I know if you state something you are the type that will stick to it. I myself am debating whether or not I will do another cycle after my big P-Plex/Xtreme Tren cycle. I have come farther than my wife or I thought I would so anything more is gravy. Although, I like the changes and want to get swole!

i think that looks like a really nice cycle, a little dry, but a nice cycle none the less.

Agreed, but anything wet would be really f*ckin intense. Can you imagine throwing phera in the mix? LOL.

I tend to like dry cycles anyway... actually I have never ran a wet cycle, so I really can't say.

i agree! i think phera is hardcore compound, i also have never used it. I think it would make things easier on the joints, but much more sides if run with this stack!

I like dry too!

So Timber and my last workout was mostly chest and biceps, but we added squats too, just for good measure. Here is how it went.

Squats - 135x10, 185x10, 225x10
DB bench - 75x10, 95x10, 110x6PR, 110x4 Felt strong with the DB's!!!
BB incline - 135x10, 155x10, 185x8
Cable crossovers - 30, 40, 50 all x10. This cable machine was the most difficult I have ever used as far as weights go... it was just brutal, I had to move the weights down way far compared to at my gym... just a different pulley system, but wow.

Biceps -
BB curls - 45x10, 65x10, 95x10
DB hammer curls - 30x10, 40x10, 50x10

How is the M-Drol treating you. Any more gyno scares since continuing the cycle? Hope all is well homie and keep fighting the good fight.
 
Nope, no more gyno scares... I was just overreacting to chest fat since I was on Mdrol and Timber got my mind going 1000 miles a minute. NO SHUTDOWN. I am still busting nuts like I am off cycle. It is awesome. My nuts haven't shrunk... they got smaller on epi before they bounced back in PCT... not this time, they are just hanging like regular! Sweet! Thanks DHEA!

I actually lost some weight last week... I think my diet wasn't as carb dense as it should be... now I have bulked my way back up to 200lbs with less fat. I just had to drive for 2 days in a row... all day... and I ate like ****. No real way around it... didn't plan it well at all. Oh well.

I'm gonna keep carbo loading through the week and see if I can't round it out at 205.

Strength gains have been rediculous though. My leg workout today should show it.

I had another one of those top of the world, "feel like god", workouts today.

SQUATS - 135x10, 185x10 (felt rediculously light), 245x10... PR sweet!
RDL - 225x10, 315x6 (felt really light, so I decided to hit another PR... I am on f*cking superdrol after all, why not go for it?!)

That put me on top of the world. 40 lbs... in 5 days? WTF?! I did 415 last week once, it was the heaviest thing I ever picked up... I guess I just thought to myself... WWTGD? :twisted:

Leg Press - 360x10, 450x10, 540x10, 630x10... whoowee... my legs were burning...

Calves - 180x20x3 sets in the leg press

Quad extention - 150x10, 200x10, 230x10
Lying hammy curl - 50x10, 90x10, 110x10

Calves Standing - 135x10 x3 sets

My legs are jello now. I feel like a million bucks. :D

Thanks guys... Yea the 500 club is my goal. At that point, I will feel like I have really accomplished a feat of strength.

It's not that my legs arn't strong grilla, I just have a lot of my height in them and it's a long way to drop down when you are 6' tall. I still don't know how you squat over 400. lol. I guess DL is just my thing, and squats are your thing.

I would like to say that Mdrol is my new favorite compound that I have ran. Now that I realize it's not gonna give me gyno, and I am still getting down with the lady at night, I dunno, this stuff is just awesome. I haven't had much lethargy except for day 1 and 2, but I think that was from the caffeine withdrawal. I honestly feel like I could go into week 4... but I know that is stupid, and i won't do it. I am sitting right around 200, but my bf has gone down, and I am strong as a bull right now... my chest/tricep workout today should prove it, as the weights felt light as ever... I am really feeling the strength come to me in this third week. Almost no aggression though, which is understandable, as the compound is not androgenic at all... I guess I am one of the lucky guys who superdrol works for. SWEET!

CHEST No spotter. Gym was empty. Best chest day of my life.
BB Bench pyramid - 135x10, 185x10, 225x8, 275x2, 225x6, 185x10, 135x10. My chest felt HYUGE after this pyramid.
Incline DB - 65x10, 75x10, 80x8... ran out of gas. lol... its all good my chest was smoked.
Cable flys - 50x10, 60x10, 60x10

Triceps
Skullcrusher/CGbench superset - 35'sx10, 40'sx10, 25'sx10
Bodyweight dips - 3 sets of 20
Over/underhand grip tricep pressdown superset - 120x10, 140x10, 140x10 each.

Ok, it's official. Mdrol shuts me down less than Epi, I have to run it WAY shorter an amount of time, I get way less aggro to people I wouldn't normally snap at... and I feel great. I am on top of the world again today. :D

Thanks dude, I figured the numbers speak for themselves with this log... I have gained quite a bit of strength.

Kinda hard to log this product, as it kicks in, you are kinda like... whoa, wtf... then it's practically over as soon as it starts... 3 weeks is a quick ride...
