good deal t.g,i like how you train with versitility.and always keeping those muscles guessing..experience is truely an art form!when you apply your brush to the pallet!WALLA!..awesome t.g!My eagerness and anticipation to train is already increasing already. I know that I'm going to love these shorter sessions. Franco Columbu once said that you can either train hard or train long, but never both. It's impossible. If someone is pulling 2 or 3 hour marathon type workouts, you know the intensity cannot be that high. It just can't. They must be pacing themselves to last this long. I have days set aside to do cardio on. The weight workouts are not about burning fat. They're about building muscle. I have a huge problem trying to restrain my intensity during a session. I have always felt that you should put everything you have into it. Either go hard....or go home. I'll be going even crazier now with these shorter workouts. Count on it. I believe that the poundages will increase (after this 2 week cruise of course) and the results will only improve. I'll have more time allotted to bring up some weak areas. This is what it's all about. Training smarter!!!
