Thundergod's Mad Methyl Meltdown!!!

Man I grew up on The Incredible Hulk in the 70's, that show was da bomb for a kid. Always waiting to see how they (whatever bad guy) were gonna piss ol' Bill Bixby off and make him morph to the Hulk. Never got tired of seeing that show.
 
Got a little bit of good news that I attribute to Prime. I know the numbers are not near what you posted, but less than 2 years ago I could barely lift my fat ass off the couch. Today I hit a PR with 405 x 5 on squats. The most I had tried previously was 365. I am now a member of the 700lb club between bench and squats and pretty happy about it.

hey TG...been following along the whole time man. im truely impressed. im a noob to this site but not to training..been fighting the iron for 6 years now. i can only hope to still have the same fight inside me when i get around your age. just to let you know this log has caused me to get absolutely NOTHING done at work today lol. im hooked. good job man.
 
I use Formestane as a staple 100 mg (5 squirts of E-Form) 3 times a week on workout days 3 in the morning 2 in the evening. I am very happy with this protocol as I never have to increase the dosage. Seems to be a sweet spot for me.

Congratulations Silver!! :clap2: Way to nail those squats homie! My numbers are no big deal though. All of you need to remember that I've been doing this for over 25 years now. I'd hate to think that I was still busting out 225 X 10 on the bench like I was 20+ years ago! LOL You keep getting stronger as you get older as long as you train hard, eat smart, and get proper rest. I can't wait to see some of you younger guys pass me in the next few years. Keep up the good work Silver. There's a lot more PR's for you in the future bro!! :head:

I would hate to get punched by Brock Lesner. That has to suck ass and hurt really, really bad. That dude with the beard did some crazy jujitsu, of which I was much more impressed.

edit: I am talking about two separate fights in case you missed the show.
 
I called Brock in round 2. He is a beast and will only get beat by someone that can catch him slipping (Jujitsu). He also proved that he can take a punch, unlike Kimbo the joke Slice. He was hit 2 solid times by coture and kept coming forward. He is a force to be reckoned with.

PCT DAY 32 With PRIME!!

WAR REPORT: This is the last week of my PRIME run of 40 days. And it is the last week of this current Blast Period of my modified DC routine. Then after next Sunday I'll be doing the 2 week Cruise Period of sub-maximal lifting with submaximal intensity. It'll be a 2 week active-rest to let small sprains, strains, and tears to heal up and to rejuvenate the body's recuperative abilities. But this morning, it was pure battle!! :numbered: Let's dive into the void. NUMBERS ## BACK-- REVERSE-GRIP LAT PULLDOWNS: 300 X 8-4-3=15 total reps. Up 5 lbs. from 2 weeks ago but down 1 rep. Intense set. Very. Back off at 220 X 15. For some slow strict reps. Lats pumped up quick this morning! OVERHAND CLOSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 285 X 10. Oh yeah. Brutal. :twisted: Back off at 200 X 14. Emphasis on form and feeling the target muscles working through the entire range of motion. SEATED CABLE ROWS: 320 X 11. My pulling power seems to be growing still. Crazy pull-strength. Back off at 220 X 15. Awesome contractions. STANDING ISO ROWS: 230 X 12. Up 5 lbs. from last week. Back off at 170 X 15. I let my lats stretch really far forward on these before contracting back. MACHINE SHRUGS: 440 X 12. Finally the reps start to come down! LOL Back off at 300 X 18!! And my little ol' traps were pumped!! BICEPS--STANDING WIDE-GRIP CABLE BAR CURLS: 190 X 8-4-3=15 total reps. Same as last week. I know it's time for that cruise. ha ha Back off at 100 X 25. I just had to match last weeks reps here. No way I was going to quit. Quitters never win and winners never quit!! ONE-ARM CABLE PREACHER CURLS: 80 X 11. Up 1 rep. This is the way to finish a blast!! Back off at 50 X 15. Biceps were freakishly swollen! Veins bulging out like a pit of snakes under my skin! LYING OVERHEAD CABLE CURLS: 150 X 12. Back off at 100 X 20!! Up 2 reps here. Gotta finish strong. STANDING HAMMER CURLS: 160 X 11. Up 10 lbs. from last week. I used that Triceps Blaster Bar here in case you're wondering how I used 160 on hammer curls. I didn't use dumbells. I used both hands at once. Immediate drop to 100 X 9. To fry 'em off nicely. Then I immediately grabbed a DB and hit a set of SEATED CONCENTRATION CURLS: 50 DB X 14 reps!! The pump and burn were incredibly fierce here. On fire!! :smite: And now it is time for a much needed rest. The Berzerker Rage has left me drained and spent. Must renew my strength. I got 1 more week of uber-intense blasting ahead of me yet. No rest til Ragnarok!! :duel:

Brock Lesnar Is Da Mayne!!

I just watched that Lesnar/Couture fight in its entirety. Excuse me while I talk some sh!t. Where's all the hardcore MMA fans that said that Brock doesn't have what it takes to beat a fighter like Couture??!! Who can stand up to the strength of Lesnar? Those hammer fists of Brock at the end there had me up outta my seat cheering and hollering!! :hammer: Go Brock. Ny Norse brother. And the new Heavyweight Champion of the World!! :head::bb3:
 
Couture is no small guy but he was dwarfed by Lesnar. That is a lot of raging beef to stop. If Lesnar gets taken to later rounds his fatigue might get him tho. He looked like he was running out of gas.
 
New Pre-workout Supplements Review

I wanted to make a review of what I took pre-workout this morning. My good friend Iron Lungz sent me a gift package. Loaded. Included was 4 caps of X-Force that he wanted me to give some feedback on. I took 2 caps last night at 9:30 P.M. about 1 hour before I headed out to work (graveyards) for the night. Within 45 minutes I was feeling a nice smooth rush of energy. It wasn't overwhelming. But nice. And it lasted. That's important. I don't really care for harsh extreme puches of some stims that hit quick and die off just as quickly. I'd rather take something milder that lasts a lot longer without fading. I really enjoyed it. I took the remaining 2 caps 1 hour pre-workout this morning. I did not take my normal ECA stack. And also I did not take my Lightening Strike pre-workout drink that I normally take. Instead I took 1 serving of ALRI's WTF Pumped that Iron sent me. I did "Thunder" it up with 7 extra grams of Beta-Alanine!! WOW!! I was amped for this morning's workout. I mean tweaked!! :eek: I've taken WTF Pumped before several times. I loved it everytime. Thanks Iron!! :head::head::head:

IMO Brock isn't a great fighter without his size. The sheer fact of the matter is anyone else wouldn't have even stunned couture with those blows. Neither landed clean, there was just 270lbs of giant behind them. There looked to be a 3 weight class difference between the two, and size is what won the match, not skill.

Brock wouldn't be in the octagon if he was 230lbs. Period.

I think there should be a Super-Heavyweight division of UFC... this fight reminded me of the old days when there were no weight classes.

I predict a short reign for Brock as Champion. I liked the fact that everyone boo'd him at the end, he didn't fight a champion's fight. He looked winded 2 minutes in. There are many more interesting Mixed Martial Artists to watch, and I can't wait to see David slay Goliath.

I have been doing it for a couple of months I take a break when I am not lifting so this time around it started with the Prime run 4 weeks ago.
DW--What's with this "when I am not lifting" stuff??!! LOL Just kidding bro. I need to have enough discipline to take a week off every now and then. I haven't missed 1 workout in 15 months now. Seriously. That's 6 training days per week. 3 weight training and 3 cardio. Never miss. I just can't force myself to skip one. I am a true iron-addict. And that's not necessarily a good thing. I do enjoy the 2 week Cruise Periods of sub-maximal intensity associated with DC type training. I am about to go into my cruise next week. So how often do you stay on the Formestane? And you pulse it on workout days only? I'm not sure if I have seen anyone pulse it before or not. I am more than slightly intrigued by this idea. I have a nice stash of Form and Trione. I even have a fresh new 8 oz. bottle of Penetrate made up with 5 grams of each in it!! You've got me thinking!! A nice dose of TD Form/Trione, pulsed on workout days only, during my upcoming recomp cycle would do wonders for drying out the water from beneath my skin for that next round of photos. :thumbsup:
 
I was just checking DreamWeaver's log out. And he just gave an update on PRIME and said that he will be continuing on for another 5 weeks of it!! This was my response to him. I wanted to share some of this with all of you. DW also made a comparison of PRIME to Halo-Drol. I want you all to see that as well. In fact, you guys should check out his log. "I'll Be PRIMED Til CHristmas". A very good thread!! Here's my reply to his post: You lucky dog. Another 5 weeks??!! Hel yeah. I am down to my last 6 days now. I'm feeling a little sad to see it end. PRIME has pleasantly surprised me to say the least. I even get pumped doing fukkin' cardio!! WTF??!! I am shocked to see the changes it is bringing about in my physique. Much harder and defined. Lots more vascularity. And my muscles are changing in shape. Much rounder and fuller muscle bellies. I have been working on bringing up lagging bodyparts (delts and quads for me) and it is working nicely. I'm about to give an update on my thread as well. Nice update DW!! And I have to agree with you. I have done 2 Halo-Drol cycles in the past, and PRIME really does kick it in the balls. I am glad you said it first though. ha ha I am wondering if people are having a hard time believing that PRIME is as good as some of us are saying it is? I am 100% convinced that USP Labs PRIME is the very best non-hormonal product that I have EVER taken!!"

Yah I take a week off every 8 to 9 weeks at which time I may up the cardio. I pays off in the long run.

I am pulsing form on workout days yes and it works well at a low maintenance dose.

What is funny is I have to drop by the vitamin shoppe every now and again to get "I NEED THIS TODAY" items. Anyway, the manager has known me since before I started buying supplements online, and usually talks to me every time I roll in there. Well, some USP rep gave him a free bottle of Prime, and what is funny is this guys knows that I run PH/PS, and that I run stuff that they won't sell at vitamin shoppe. So he is all talking to me about Prime and how good it makes him feel, and how much stronger he is getting... this guy is a pretty avg joe... except he is REALLY concerned that it is going to do something bad to his libido/nutz. Seriously. I had to like sit this guy down and give him my "Steroids vs Natty Test boosters 101" lecture... and about 30 minutes later this guy goes... "so if you ever need a job"... I just started laughing my ass off.

Anyway, apparently the stuff is strong enough that he thought it was going to be suppressive, which is saying something. I don't understand how that guy gets a free bottle and takes it without knowing what the hell it's gonna do to him. It cracks me up that I can walk into health/vitamin stores and know more than anyone in the damn building.

I'm gonna give prime a shot during my natty cut when summer time starts rolling around. I guess the only way to answer my questions about the product is to try it.

It sounds pretty good to me. I can't wait to try it. I need to save up some money so it might be alittle bit , but will definately log it when I get the chance . Do you guys think the price will come down at all in the future?

Interestingly enough, I made my bosses show me a .PDF containing the step-by-step extraction, and the certificate thereof, proving that PRIME was a Tribulus Aquaticus extract before I would believe them. I recall stopping after about 15 days because my strength gains were on par with a mild oral steroid; I did not start again until they proved to me it was natural! Obviously, I had absolutely no symptoms of HPTA-suppression, but was merely thinking, "What the fuck is this shit?"
 
A buddy of mine from work bought Prime based off my experience. He has only been working out for 6+ months, but is very athletic. The last time, 3 weeks ago pre-Prime, we maxed out he struggled with 205lbs. He told me that he benched 225 on Saturday with no spot. He is impressed so far.
