Still trying to figure out my morning dosage, 30mins pre-porridge breakfasts, or 1 hr after, 30 mins pre-WO. Will probably try both, but I think the latter is better. 1 hr pre-breakfast is just too hard for me to do (Unless I pop them and try and fall back asleep)

I need a good lesson on warming up. As much as I know better, being so healthy all my life tends to perpetuate an invincibility complex for me and I think I'm impervious to injuries.
My intelligence is well matured, but my wisdom can be that of an 18 year old sometimes. I want to start crushing heavy weight 1 min into walking into the gym.

Oddly, I didn't feel "stimmed out." It felt more like an infinite amount of mental willingness and an infinite amount of high, steady energy, but not so much where your eyes feel like they're being forcefully peeled open. It felt like focused, laser condensed energy, not just a giant A-bomb of energy and restlessness.
"USUALLY" when I take a big bomb stim stack in the morning, a crash always occurs around 2pm and I just want to sleep, but i can't because I'm stimed, so I lay there in stim purgatory. Too crashed to do anything but lay there, but too stimmed to sleep. However, I feel good right now, mental acuity is clear as ever, not sense of crash AT ALL and I'm hoping this Motrin takes away some of this pain in my back.

Recreate and RPM... very naaaas. Due to Recreate's uber low stim effect, I virtually consider it a non-stim, and therefore I like to stack Recreate with another form of Stim when I'm cutting. I love Recreate's thermo effect. I feel like Rambo when I'm doing cardio on Recreate because I always end up DRENCHED in sweat and the accumulation of sweat is a serious, inherent motivator for me.

I agree with your protocol, If your goal is to restore your Stim chastity belt, I'd cut out Stims altogether. I don't think coffee is quite as bad because it's a steady, modest intake of caffeine and not a full on WMA bomb of 200mg on top of whatever else is attached to the caffeine warhead to enhance that 200mg.
I haven't heard too many good things about Reset AD... Then again, I haven't seen any of you fools run it - so I'll certainly look forward to your feedback (Volcom, D-so-fly, Irish)...

Yeah, I've been taking ECA doses as late as 9PM, and sleeping like a baby around midnight.
That's just freaky if you're being literal, but I've been in your shoes MANY times. Which is why I only take ECA in the morning and another Stim in the afternoon, like Leviathan Reloaded. It's the ephedrine that wears down those defenses so quickly. Your body can handle supplemental caffeine for a good 4 weeks, the first 2 being the strongest of course, but ephedrine, if dosed 3 times daily, you'll get a good 2 week run before your adrenals turn gray. Of course my method of ECA in the morning and LR or what not in the afternoon is just meant for exploiting and extend the benefits of the energy boost as long as I can and to help me get up in the morning full of energy (for my client's at 6:30am). However, if I were using ECA to cut, then I would dose 3 times a day, too.
Back when I first started cutting and was logging Leviathan Reloaded, there was this little fun contest that went on between Reaper and myself. I ended up winning and they sent me another 2 bottles of LR for free. I used Ephedrine in conjunction with the LR, dosed 2x a day, and it was great! If you haven't tried that, I'd recommend it. I really started dropping fat rapidly at that point. I would wake up, pop the LR+E, get in some fasted cardio w/BCAAs, come back to the house and eat, then go hit the weights.

I think most people are taking it consistently like that. But the company instructions say to dose it 5 days on and 2 days off. I was just curious. Since all of these are natty products, I've always wondered why they suggest the staggered dosing protocol like that.
