My experience on prime

Just thought i'd throw in my experiences....

Tried it at 6 per day but 7 days per week for almost 2 bottles... frankly did buttkiss. I was up about 3-4lbs but honestly that was just from the extra food I was munching trying to make the most of my prime. I noticed the weight almost immediately slipped away once i went back to eating a bit less (like within a couple of days). Strength didn't go up much, endurance didn't go up, really didn't feel much at all - might as well have been popping sugar pills. the only thing i did really get was increased appetite, and at the price of admission i was frankly disappointed (even though i got the inner circle price!)

I have two (and a little bit) more bottles left so decided after my couple of weeks off to start dosing at 9 per day but only 5 days per week to stretch the bottle out more. Been running that since last week now and it's a totally different story thus far. Just had a beast of a workout to start this week - upped last week's weighted chins by 5kg (11lb) across all 5 sets, upped weighted dips by the same across all 5 sets, bicep curl was up 2kg (4.4lb) on all 4 sets and moved 2 weights down the stack on tricep pushdowns. Nailed the ab routine too...

If this continues then I'll change my tune on prime. Anyone out there not getting results, trying an increased dose might be the key... the problem of course is a bottle won't go very far. I'll update on how this continues to work out for me for anyone interested.

My friend was on 3 bottles not much change. I am going to start soon as my pslin comes in.

well if you aren't seeing much within a couple of weeks try a higher dose and see if it works. It's early days but so far it seems to have made all the difference to me.

The only claim that I really believe is the PR claim. Other than that, eh. Pumps, fullness, "hard as a rock", all fairly overblown talking points. I have noticed some recomp however, but I am taking AP... I'd be interested to see how it keeps up strength during a cut.

I'd also like to see if it actually does function through anti-glucocorticoid means. Hopefully those results come in soon.

But with increased load through busting PR's should come size (if you're eating enough!). Theoretically anyway. That's what I'm looking forward to seeing now that I seem to be making headway on the weights.

I'd love to know the actual MOA. anti-glucocorticoid would be an interesting one....

Anyway, we'll see. You can officially colour me a skeptic after my first disappointing run.

Im going to increase my dose..
so far I have noticed very minimal change. I am taking into account that hard training and good diet bring results by themselves.
Honestly at this point PRIME does not seem to be cost effective even at the presale price if I am going to have to up the doseage, MAYBE its still too early to tell.... I am giving USP the benefit of the doubt. Normally a bottle gives you pretty good results, but I have finished a bottle taking 6 caps per day 5-6 days a week and not very impressed...at least not for the money (especially not for the current price on NP)

Exactly flyboy, I too see impressive results while dosing at least 9 caps/day. 6 caps a day does nothing for me at all.

I'm also about half to three quarters through my second bottle at 6 caps a day and really can't say much about it...kinda odd considering USP's supps always work for me. I'm just not really sure about this one. No considerable increase in strength, size, or endurance. I will be watching this one closely to see if it's a dose or individual thing. I got the inner cirlcle price so I am not completely bummed but still was hoping for some crazyness. Well I still have pslin, powerful, recreate, ap, and super cissus that I can depend on.

Yah it seems that the response is different with different people, some are having mindblowing results with recommended dosage and others need to up the dosage and still a few others (not many) don't seem to respond well at all. My sons results were spectacular so I am hoping that it's a genetic thing. I am on day 6 and man can I feel it, don't know how much it will help in the gym it hit my son around day 12 strength wise. So for some it's he deal of the century and for others not so good. I guess this is pretty common for herbal products, seems like the majority have very good results though. If I don't have good results I won't blame the product as I know it works for some.

Interesting reading. I would dearly love to run Prime, but I simply cannot afford it what with having a baby, another on the way and being a full time student. I would only buy enough to be able to run a higher dose in case the recommended dose did nothing, and we're talking a lot of money there. Why do babies have to poop so much?!?! I could've saved money on nappies!!

Maybe once the hype has died down on Prime NP will start doing some uber deals. Not much about Prime on my native forum, Muscletalk, either. I know of one person about to run it and that's it.

ye i think if its gona be 9 caps a day or more for some guys then its definitely not gona be cost effective....

You shouldnt have to experiment to get results by upping the dose, to see if you can get good results.USP Labs should have tested this thoroughly on volunteers before it ever was let loose for general consumption.
There was so much hype on here when Prime was due for launch , it had guys almost running to the store to order not just one bottle but loads.

There are better products out there to take my money.

i've noticed some decent increases just from last monday when I started prime/dth.
wednesday my chest wo was damn solid compared to last week. however, I'm coming back from a month layoff and that may contribute highly in the coming weeks; regardless, this monday I'm uppin prime to 8 daily for 5 days and dth to 6 daily(previously 5).

I think that this will garner me a quicker recovery than in yrs past when i've laid off from the gym.

also, I think that it does depend on your own body chemistry as some are non responders, whereas, some do not believe this is the case which was my point in a dth thread but let's not get into that.

I hope i respond to it........ I really like the strength claims.

I will do the asteroid stack when i do it(sometime next year)....... I have used and liked pfull so i know it works for me.....

Right now I am in the "testing my reponse" phase of AP. I used YG in the past, didnt jive with me. For AP, I know if i dont get enough carbs within 20 minutes post dose i get dizzy, lethargic and sometimes headaches......... Other than that, i cant tell for sure. Time will tell. I hope I respond well to AP...... Carbs are not my friend....lol

I have been on AP about a week now. So far, no dumps. Which is a great sign.

Then what are they, cuz Prime is living up to lable claims for many and they did do extensive beta testing... What I saw happen was pretty darn amazing.

Prime sells for about £50 here in the UK. For that reason (cost) I dont see it being a big seller .There are other non hormonal supplements which have good reviews made by ALRI and AX that sell for about £30 .Then there is the designers which you can buy again for about £30.So its out on its own really .

What other good products that are out by AX or ALRI which you are considering?

The site I'm a rep for sells it a lot cheaper than that. If you go onto Muscletalk which I'm sure you're already a member of and look at the board sponsors you'll find a few selling it. I think £50 is a direct MRP that a few sites will try to sell at.

Cheapest Ive found it was £39.99 Bodybuildingwarehouse .Even the £10 difference doesnt sway me to buy it. Its not been out long enough and the reports from users arent consistant enough in favour of the product.

So I ll pass on this one
