My Cre 02 Log

Thinking back to my most ripped time (2005-2006) I was not taking in carbs post workout at all. My strength and endurance suffered but i looked great. Now my endurance and strength has increased but i constantly feel bloated.
Bro, same here... I would just have my scoops of whey protein isolate (Nytrowhey Extreme) and then I'd take a power nap or somethin, then eat a regular meal.

Two words... Gut Health.
It is a save all, in my opinion. No more bloat for me.

NICE! Sounds like a sick diet. I was using glutamine powder, whey isolate, and ZMA at the time. Didn't get into a ton of pills/powders until college.

it was definitely the cheapest diet. I am currently trying to wean off supplements completely. Its funny how we complicate things when its usually the simple things such as diet that are overlooked. I now have an entire drawer of supplements, and only a slightly improved physique (excepted bloated.)

Me and JR have talked about how half of this sh*t we order is just too expensive for what the company claims it does, and that interest is lost completely. One example is drive by AN. In my opinion it is either extremely under dosed or just not effective. Supps i give thumbs up to are RPM, Corygen5, xtend. These are also cheap in comparison.
 
Really? Do you think that it is a supplement that you would have to run forever though?
No, I cycle it for a month, then lay off of it until I feel a need for it. I say I use it about 4 months out of the year (Once every three months).
It's worth it, to me.

Ideally, I would like to use the MVP/ZMK stack, CRE02, and some sublingual B vitamins for energy. I wouldn't mind using whatever protein powder is laying around either.

Yeah man it seems that I have become so accustomed to shoveling pills down my throat to workout i feel lost without them. Definitely an obsessive/compulsiveness that dominates my mind. This is the reason I feel that I can never effectively cut/bulk. I always end up in the middle which is basically just maintenance with ever so slight strength increases.

I feel you on that. I once wanted to be dropped off on some island with a duffle bag full of trail mix and knives. That's the only way for me to stop the pills at once. lol!

When I started lifting, I became obsessed. I'd be in the gym for 2 hours. 12 sets along of various bench presses. No wonder my chest didden grow.
 
When I was 15 I benched every 2 days for like a year. I was told back then a muscle only needs 48 hours of rest. Sooo same here no wonder it didnt grow :D

Same here, used EVERY thing in the gym. Started with free weights, then used every variation of hammer strength machines for chest. It worked for a little while, until i just became permanently sore.
 
Did anyone else when they first started try following Arnold's workout plans? I recall getting to my second session for shoulders in the week and just crying in pain, wondering why i never recovered

I became stupid and selfish and thought I needed more size, but instead of just doing a slow bulk/recomp, I did a stupid ass PH/PS cycle and blew it all to hell and $hit hit the fan. I'm taking a break and then doing a cut to get back. I held that for almost a year and just worked on my endurance. I was doing a lot of bodyweight exercises and sprints, etc. along with full-body workouts.
 
so that was all natural?

That makes it even more impressive.... how tall are you? I'm guessing about 5'10" from the pic.

I would not even go on an all out cut. You aren't carrying much body fat now anyways. I think just eating clean and maybe adding in HIIT will do the force good. In fact today, I went and did windsprints only at the gym. I was in an out in 30min including warm-up and cool-down., the rest of the cardio zombies were like, "wait...that's it?"

I don't remember exactly when it was, but at some point before-hand, I did a light H-Drol cycle. Like 75-100mgs per day and for the record, H-Drol (unless dosed highly at about 300mg per day) sucks on hairy grundle. lol.

I am 6'0" and I was 185ish in that picture. I used an array of adaptogens along with Drive, Post Cycle Support, Tea3 and a few others throughout. Oh and Cordygen 5!

I'm not taking anything away from companies. I have tried Cee, creatine gluc, tri, ki, bi, and many other forms. Point is a good micronized mono is the best.

I've even read some of these have been tested and they turned out to be mono.

I know cee is mono with ethly alcohol attached; don't quote me its been two three years, since I even did research on these and tried all these I just stick with mono.Cee eats away your enamel. so brush afterward or swish real good. Many powders along with apple cider vinegar do this. Point is if you do a little research on whatever you are taking you'll usually find the right stuff. and if not keep searching in till you do.

When i do HIIT often I just cut back on the weight training slightly. It helps me mentally and physically. Also cordygen pre-HIIT is niiiiice.

yeah, I have two pics in my gallery too. I lack the "thickness" and definition you have for sure... plus those pics are flattering because i have a tan in them!

Yeah my pecs are definately the standout bodypart for me... I hardly do anything on them anymore. Bench and dip is about the only exercise they get! funny how some muscles just grow so much more easily than others. I think you'll agree i'm much more attractive than you in the face though haha! check out that toothy yellow grin baby. The girls love it.

I might run a pseudo-log once I get the Cre-02... see if it stands up to the photo test lol.

You and me both bro...I have no chest to speak of but can press 100lb dbs for reps and have done weighted dips with 105...still no chest. Recently i am trying higher rep work, 12-20 range.

Yeah its called genetics. your weak bodyparts will always be your weak ones.(unless you do synthol or site injections) you wont be able to change the shape of them , you can get them bigger though. Your strong body parts will always be your strong ones.

example my calves I have to work my tail off and they still arn't great.

My quads I can stop training them (and I have) and not do much and they blow the hell up. (even before I ever weight trained my leg quads were nice sized, same with other genetic body parts) fact is most people on here as much as they want it will never be pro bodybuilders because they simply lack genetics.

Generally speaking

terrific genetics plus hard work=pro bodybuilder

average genetics+hard work= can still compete but you'll never be numbero uno

sucky genetics+hard work- a physique most people look at you in awe, still not super impressive though.just a good physique the average person that doesnt work out would think you have genetics but they are just ignorant in this area of genetics and how big you can get, muscle shape, etc that's all.

and this is if you work super hard at the building part. on each genetic level.
