Bro, same here... I would just have my scoops of whey protein isolate (Nytrowhey Extreme) and then I'd take a power nap or somethin, then eat a regular meal.Thinking back to my most ripped time (2005-2006) I was not taking in carbs post workout at all. My strength and endurance suffered but i looked great. Now my endurance and strength has increased but i constantly feel bloated.
