yeah, today's update quickly got burried in rofl copters.

here it is -
Day 8 & 9

worked arms on sat, legs on sun, today will be chest/back.

i am noticing a significant boost in strength.
every lift was up from the previous week.
body odor is also a little stronger it seems.
no other symptoms.
i'm not getting oily skin that i usually get when my hormones fluctuate.

still up 2-3 lbs since i started this despite cleaning up my diet the past few days. i'm kind of surprised here.
 
Logs looking hefty man. I am going to refrain from reading through it and seeing your feedback, as to not get any placebo effects when I start next Monday.

Other than that, I enjoyed the rofl/lol spree right above this post ahah.
 
Day 10-11

day 10 took off from the gym to watch monday night football.

day 11 worked back & chest.
strength was about the same as last weeks workout.
but strength overall is up so far on this run.
recovery also seems to be improved.
total weight still holding - up 3lbs since the start of this log.
i'm feeling great!

i worked in some sternum pulls last night.
it was my first time trying them.
it's easy to want to resort to doing a regular chin - extremly difficult to keep the form to where i pulled to my sternum.

Sternum Chin-up
Sternum chin-ups have been around for a while, but I'm not sure how many people actually use them in their programs. There are two reasons for this: 1) they simply don’t know about the exercise, or 2) sternum chins are damn hard! The sternum chin-up is a great exercise (especially if you're strapped for time) because it combines the benefits of a chin-up and a row into one meaty exercise.

The sternum chin-up starts off like your basic chin-up. Take a shoulder width, supinated grip and hang from the bar. Squeeze the lats and mid-back muscles and pull through the elbows. Starting at the halfway point, progressively lean your body back to a horizontal position so the second half of the motion is similar to rowing yourself into the bar. Stretch at the bottom and really try to squeeze the middle back muscles at the top. This exercise will hit nearly every muscle in your upper back.

The sternum pulls look fun!

fun....debatable. difficult.......yes.
i could only get 2-3 with good form pulling up close to my sternum before they quickly deteriorated to just regular chins.

actually my abs got a good workout from them as well.
 
Day 12 & 13

did shoulders+traps on wed.
bis+tris yesterday.

both workouts were amazing!
i'm curious to know where my test levels are at right now. it sure feels sky high.
i'm hopeful tnt will be restocked by next week as i want to grab another round to continue this run for another 4 weeks.
i'm also considering purchasing the test check kit to see where my levels are at: Invalid Link Removed

physical appearance looks about the same. weight holding at 175 (up 3lbs since the start).
i have noticed a slightly ichy scalp.
also got a some zits (actually one is more like a cyst) on my chest recently.
props to sam for putting out a stack of products that actually work and are backed by science!

I will be running mine Just after my Prime run which I am waiting on for my shoulder to heal a bit more. That's going a little better but the Prime run is starting October 19th reguardless. My TNT stacks will be used to bridge between my Prime runs, should be an interesting comparison. Going to be a nice ride...
 
Too bad you're not in Canada. You can go to your GP for a yearly physical, and just ask to get your hormones checked and they often do it for you. Need I mention it's free lol.

Also very interesting point about the itchy scalp, I thought it was just too much Beta-Alanine a few weeks ago, but I've definitely noticed an increase in skin sensitivity (especially in my hair). And if I sweat after a workout and can't shower for a few hours, it really irritates my skin.

must be nice not to have to pay medical like that out of pocket.
but you do pay for it w/taxes.

yeah, i've never had ichy scalp, not even on prohormones. but w/this i'm getting it. no shedding that i've noticed though.

i am finding it is difficutly to remember to dose this 3 times per day and have missed a dose a couple of times. i've just added in the missing dose the following day and it seems to be fine.
scalp is still a little more itchy but i'm not noticing any shedding.
overall, i would have to say this actually feels like i'm running a mild steroid cycle. it feels great!

It's all good from the sounds of it Hank! I'm very glad I stumbled onto this thread. I've got a natty cycle planned in a little over a month from now. TNT sounds like a serious consideration. I'm a big fan of trans-resveratrol. So-so on the divanil. And I have been anxiously wanting to try out the fabled Fadogia. Keep rockin' this bad-boy!!! :head:
 
day 17, 18, 19

still rockin in the gym.

weight is steady at 175. maybe 176. i weigh myself first thing when i wake, right after i take my usual morning dump.
i've actually weighed myself before and after my dump and it can be upwards of a 2-3lber. impressive i know!

chest zits have calmed down. still have a few lingering tiny zits on my shoulders.
i think i have them under control since i started showering daily instead of weekly (kidding.......maybe).

still having a few extra cheat meals than normal.
comming off a summer cut it is difficult not to indulge in some of my favorite foods that were missed.
i may have added a little extra fat in those few lbs i've added but it's worth it. my strength has been awesome!
overall this natty cycle feels more androgenic imo.

Just finished my TNT run, and I was VERY impressed. Link to final review in my sig.

Also Hank if you take some BA, then rub your scalp you will go bonkers. It itches like mad; subconsciously I stopped my BA dosing I realized.

interesting. i've been taking clout pre workout which contains BA.
and that is when my scalp iches the worst. i don't know why i didn't draw this conclusion myself. :frustrate

i was going to try and string together another month of tnt but it's been out of stock. :(
it's the reformulating of t-rez that is holding up the restock, but i believe it should be back in very soon.

workouts are still awesome! my strength is the best it's ever been at this weight. i've been stronger but i was also 15lbs heavier. i took a look at my old workout logs and it looks like i'm moving weights i typically move at 185lbs and i'm only 175lbs today!
for that reason alone i'd say this has been a huge success. it's fun feeling strong in the gym.

my physique hasn't changed much that i can really tell visually, but i'll maybe take some current shots to compare.

my labido has been off the hook recently! even fat women, animals and sheep look better than they did a few weeks ago.

that's all i got for now.
 
Sounds good. I've been putting on some good weight. Just tipped in at 171.5 this morning, started my run at about 164.5. My libido hasn't been that crazy, but the gym and scale have been treating me well :D

Had some fun last night though; I was auditioning for a dance role in a charity fashion show. Only 10 guys try out and there's 160+ ladies. It's awesome!

my deads have gone from 6 x 365 lbs to 6 x 385 lbs in the past month. up 20 lbs!

haven't added weight to my squat but i am going much deeper than before at the same weight.

weight is hanging tight at around 175-176.

I have been reading both yours and Hanks log and am pleased with what I hear this will be an excellent bridge for my Prime runs. It's going to be a fun winter.
 
Final Review

ok, i've ran out of t-force. going to take a break from t-boosters for a month. i ran lg's t-911 in august and tnt for the past month. so i've been on t-boosters for around eight weeks now.
so right now i'm planning a month of nothing then maybe going back on tnt for another month or so.
i'm really liking the natural route and may just stick with it for awhile.
i'm just going to accept being small and hormone free for a bit.

tnt review:
overall i'm extremly happy with the strength and appearance i have after running tnt!

my diet was not great by my standards the past month but it seems that i still haven't added much bf. i went on 3-4 day crap food binges several times over the past month.
after cutting much of the summer i just couldn't resist some of the foods i had deprived myself of.

results:
starting weight 173. ending weight 177.
my arm, quad, and shoulder/chest measurements actually surprised me!
they are at the same or better than when i was weighting 10lbs more after my 3-ad run last spring!!!
i guess that helps explain the strength gains i've had the past month.
my strength has been equal to what i experience on cycle!
looking at my old logs my current lifts are equal to what i was moving when i was 10lbs heavier!
so overall i am extremly happy with where i'm at after finishing tnt!

so for those looking for something natural to assist, tnt WORKS!!! it has far surpassed my expectations.
 
Good job, Hank. Nice gains! Chest acne you were talking about on days 12/13 appears to have cleared up quite well.

yeah, that seems to be common w/me when i get on something that effects hormone levels.
i'll break out for the first week or two then it clears up.
