finally the wait is over.

i probably should have bought more than 1.

but i haven't even tried it yet.

What other non-stims would be good to stack with this?

sesamin,fish oil,ect?
 
Green Tea, CLA, Sesamin and perhaps some NA-R-ALA are all non-stim products that will work fantastically with DCP.
 
I had very healthy doses of ALA when I was taking DCP and I had great results.
ALA will amplify the nutrient partitioning effects pretty drastically.

It is going to be a part of the DCP Co-product, for sure.
 
im currently running bulk x factor and doing a review/log of it.

should i wait till after i finish to run dcp

do dcp and x-factor fit good together.

im doing a healthy bulk

then i could change it to dcp/x-factor recomp log

DCP and X-factor are excellent together. Both preserve/build muscle while burning fat. You would have an excellent recomping stack.
 
I definitely agree with the NA-RALA, Sesamin, CLA, and Green Tea as solid additions to DCP. I would also look into LG Sciences "Slin" product. I had great effects adding into my DCP stack. Great nutrient partitioning effects.

What dosing scheme are you looking for, the DCP?

i read takeing preworkout is good

take it when waking in the morning good?

if you take it at bed time will it make it harder for you to sleep? Im very sensitive to anything, i know its not a stim, but even if i drink coffer or tea 4 before bed, i dont get a good sleep.

can you take it with food

i know this information might be somewhere on forums, but i want to most up to date information.

We recommend starting out with the standard protocol of 2 capsules, 3 x daily. All dosing should be approximately 30-40 minutes prior to a meal.

The pre-workout dosing is to enhance energy produced through oxidized fatty acids. This should give you a very noteable increased endurance effect while training. We typically recommend a 3-4 cap dosing 45 minutes prior to your workout for best effects.

Once you've taken this for a while you can play with the dosing a bit. I don't recommend more than 10 caps/day however.

The pre-bed dosing is suggested at 1 cap, 30 minutes prior to retiring for the night. It should not cause any issues with sleeping, however some people may note a warming skin effect induced by the raspberry ketones. Some are more sensitive to this than others. This is why we recommend only 1 cap anyway. It's proven a very effective variation of the protocol for many.
