ALA will amplify the nutrient partitioning effects pretty drastically.I had very healthy doses of ALA when I was taking DCP and I had great results.

DCP and X-factor are excellent together. Both preserve/build muscle while burning fat. You would have an excellent recomping stack.im currently running bulk x factor and doing a review/log of it.

if you take it at bed time will it make it harder for you to sleep? Im very sensitive to anything, i know its not a stim, but even if i drink coffer or tea 4 before bed, i dont get a good sleep.
