TGod, do you have a thread on the diet you are using? My buddy is about 270 and looking for a way to lean out some. Let me know.
Man, I get PM's quite often here lately of guys asking me about diet. I really don't know much about dieting. lol I guess I just stumbled upon the right ratio of protein/carbs/fats finally. It doesn't seem strict at all to me. I don't care much for carbs anyway. Honestly. I'm a meat-eating caveman!! :lol: My carbs are brown rice, oatmeal, sweet pototes, asparagus, green beans, and then various fruit. But not much carbs per day. Lots of chicken, fish, lean beef. Lots of healthy fats. 12 to 20 grams of fish oil per day. And 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in 2 separate whey shakes each day. They total 28 grams of good fats. So that is 40 to 48 grams of just supplemented fats per day! I carb cycle sort of. I lower carbs for 5 days and then up them for 2 days. And repeat. It's easy to stay on this diet. :thumbsup:

I had food poisoning today from lunch. From 2PM to 9PM I was hobbled over in bed trying to make the pain go away... My calories sucked today as a result (no dinner). Going to try to bash down a couple protein shakes before bed.

I've decided to sit down here and throw down my final review of Competitive Edge Labs H-Drol...........

Awesome - thanks a bunch for providing that summary! I’ve been reading this thread over the last few days to gauge your progress (probably the best documented log I could find), but it’s approaching Crime and Punishment in word count, and I can really appreciate the Cliff’s notes in this case. Your approach looked to be well-researched and I may have to "plagarize" your PCT regimen/dosages.

I’m planning to start an H-drol cycle (first PH for me) in November - I have everything in hand including Nolva, but am now waiting on my shoulder to return to 100% prior to starting. The H-drol itself was pretty cheap, but all the support and PCT supps and SERM made a dent, so I want to be able to give it my all in the gym for maximum return on investment. And, the H-drol should be kicking in by Thanksgiving. I plan to use the power of hormones and positive thinking to channel mass quantities of turkey breast directly into intimidating, freakish arms.
 
TG, how much Y you planning on running with that?
Sorry for the late response shaddow. I will take 20 mg. of Yohimbine HCL with my usual ECA stack. Plus 25 mg. of the 1,3-dimethylamylamine and 1 gram of Beta- Alanine. Should be the bomb!!! :numbered:

PCT
As described in first post. Nolva to start (20/20/10/10)... Works like a charm - just make sure to drink plenty of water. Will give you some nasty cotton mouth and dark urine if you decide not to. DTHC for test rebound - awesome supplement... kept strength sky-high throughout PCT with no noticable drop off when the bottle ran out. Lean XTreme at day 14 (will likely leave out in the future...) and 6-oxo (-/-/300/200/100). Lost a good amount of water weight in the initial week of PCT which was great.

Hey T-lake, any particular reason why you would leave out Lean Xtreme in the future ? I thought it was useful for controlling cortisol after a cycle (just trying to learn here).

Never thought of this, but seriously as long as you were still working out properly, you could def turn all those calories to some good use. I think you have just invented Holi-Cycles!:pizza:

When are you sterting M-drol, my fave steroid. I love carbs and on M-drol i can eat oats, buckwheat, sweet potatoes, wheatbread, rye bread all day, cant wait to run it again myself.

I'm now joining the camp of people that do not support overblown PCTs... I think a few things are essential during PCT - keeping estrogen from binding to your nipps, dropping your nuts, ridding your body of excess estrogen - and re-assertion of a healthy hormone balance. I don't buy into the cortisol turning stressed people into fat bastards - and the efficacy of these supplements hasn't been established to my degree of certainty. Plus, if your diet is in check - and your cardio is tight - there's very little chance you're going to pack on a spare tire post cycle.

I've been stockpiling food for my M Drol run. I have pounds and pounds of granola, oatmeal, quinoa, wheat pancake mix... Its going to be a great run.

Looking to start early to mid November. My PCT ended about 4 days ago, so its all natty until then.
 
Are you still running the CRE-02 bro? And what are you planning on running until the big M? Any kind of natty cycle like a test-boosting cycle? Or just the ECA stim-lovin' cut cycle? I have an inquiring mind this morning!! :lol:

Gotta say though. I'm leaning out, and my weight is static at 187 / 188... I'm thrilled.

Oh, I like it! That sounds good to me bro. I am trying to decide what to run on my next natty run after this coming PCT. I'm thinking about maybe trying out the MusclePharm Battle Fuel (test booster). PistonPump is on day 5 and liking it. He's a rep, so maybe I can strike a deal! :think: Maybe some trading around. I'll be mega-dosing my usual Resveratrol, Icariin, Testofen, and some other things like Transdermal Formestane, DIM, DHEA, and some other goodies. And I'll be on an insane stim-stack of ECA, 1,3-dimethylamylamine, Yohimbine HCL, and Beta-Alanine. You know me...... go overboard!! HA HA :smite:

Yeah, if anyone wants to try DTHC, I'm willing to trade one. I bought it for someone else that decided to take 6-oxo @ 6 caps ed... I didn't mind absorbing the extra bottle though. I love it, and it will definitely get used. Hopefully it has a long shelf life.
 
My cherry popper was Epistane. Fun stuff... yea I finished PCT about a month ago.

I think the M-Drol is just what the Dr. ordered for you. You and TL are going to grow like weeds on that stuff. I like Epistane since it was more mild, but I will be back to M-Drol next. I personally don't like things in moderation and prefer to get the most potent available. I am curious about P-Plex though and maybe a P-Plex -> M-Drol bridge.

Dude, ECA+MMV2= GMG on a f*cking rampage at the gym. I just finished my first week of MMV2... it finally came in the mail along with my ECA... let me tell you something... Legal Gear's MMV2 kicks in at about a week and man that stuff is aggression in a little red pill. Combine that with my other little red ECA pill and crank up the hatebreed... its time to break sh*t again. Don't worry, I'll be dropping by to put in my 2 cents every few days... I have a few rants in me before I start my Mdrol log.

I want to try the p-plex too. I honestly was going to run it before Mdrol, but I made a deal with T-lake that we would run this one at the same time, so Mdrol it is! I have a feeling I am gonna blow up on it after what epistane did for me. I have plenty of both though... :D
 
A month ago? How long did you run the 6-oxo? I just finished my last 100mg dose of 6-oxo last night...

I didn't run 6oxo. I used PCT by AI... I figured my PCT was overkill anyway.

Remember dude, this was a huge topic of discussion because Epi is an AI... I talked about it for like 5 pages of my log.

Is MMv2 non hormonal? is no PCT required with that product?
 
It's hormonal... but not a steroid. It's a precursor (pro-hormone) to Stanalone. I am going to run Formadrol (6oxo would be a perfectly fine substitute) for 2 weeks for PCT, just to get me ready for the Mdrol. There is virtually no shutdown from the product... it's one of my favorites.
 
GMG, how agro does it make you? I am already one with a pretty short fuse. I want to run this but, worried about collateral damage...
