Some tool was in the POWER rack doing standing rows with a 45 pound bar with a 5 pound weight on each side...

which is bad enough...

But the fool was wearing a weight belt AND using wrist wraps!!!

haha, sorry dude! that must have been me, I was lifting heavy that day and needed the back support and that 55 pounds was just too much for my forearms to handle!!!!!

Amen brother!! Home gym is where it's at. I really don't miss the circus. I can concentrate with laser-like focus at the Thundergod's Temple Of Torture!! Those distractions/annoyances were good for instand rage and aggression though. :aargh: I will have to admit that much. :D

I'm sorry, but that dude would have found out just how big a dikk I can be sometimes! :smite: That is re-fukkin-diculous!!! :fool2: Like I said the other time about a puny fukker in a power rack, I would have walked over and grabbed it with one hand and bent over and done 30 concentration curls with it. Then I would have laughed at dude!! LMFAO!!
 
Ice it up... as often as possible. Heat will keep it loose, but will aggravate anything that is inflamed inside. Heat will of course make it feel a lot better, but it's not really helping the situation.

Actually for any injury you want to immediately ice it which brings down circulation and blood flow to the air, this reduces initial swelling and inflammation.

After the first day, repeated bouts of heat wraps will speed blood flow to the area. This speeds recuperation.

Of this, I am certain.
 
Just got back from the workout. Funny thing is, I think the knee pain may have been aggrivated by my recent move to the ellyptical. I made the switch from the treadmill due to hearing about the benefits of safety on the knee. I think they are still getting used to the new motion and strain - and the deadlifts just aggrivated a weak spot...

You are prob onto something here. I have football knees and every time over the last five years I work in ellyptical, I have knee pain. If you have access to an Arc Trainor I highly recommend. No knee trauma at all, its all I use any more.

On lots of ellyps you will notice a "pop" at the top and bottom of each stride when the machine changes direction. This is NOT good for your knees.

Gotta agree with Vol. I've been using ECA on and off (bootleg or not) for 15 years. I can tell you right now, drink a pot of coffee at one sitting. Next day take one dose of ECA. NO comparison.

ECA is far and away the most intense stim I've ever used and I take things like RPM as a warm up to a couple cups of coffee.

Advice on ECA, if you dont want the shakes when you first start using, dont take on an empty stomach. When all these new stims say "wont give you the shakes", they are talking about that cracked out feeling you get from ECA on an empty stomach.

I'm with you Vol, until your body adjusts to it, ECA is like hitting your body with a nuke!

I feel ya TG. There was a two year period when each AM at 4:30AM, I prayed at the altar of ECA. Now its a special treat when I need that major kick in the ass.

BTW - your new av looks great, you seemed to have really trimmed up. Props.

If you think the descriptions are nasty, you should see the practical applications!

Mullet, ok I'll come clean. I've found that post shower my nuts tend to be larger and therefore harder to insert. After watching the shrinkage episode of Seinfeld, I tried the post pool insertion method and found this worked much better.

Most definitely in the shower. I have done some shameful, horrible, unspeakable things to in the shower.
 
Also, I've also seen some practical applications with warming KY Jelly - and a shoehorn. PM with questions.

I didn't realize we were sharing secrets here. I've had good results with a turkey baster, Pam Spray, and duct tape (to keep them in).

Decided to dose as a pre-WO around 4:30 - then hit the gym around 5. Chased the ECA with a sugar free Rockstar and had a protein bar.

I had a great chest workout. No crazy stim feelings (jitters or whatnot), just a nice sweat going and some decent focus... I'm always pretty intense - not much of a change there.

During cardio though - man I was dripping sweat!! And my heart rate was about 15-20 bpm over where it normally is for the same intensity of workout (I may have been pushing it a little harder). It's 9:00 now - and I don't feel like I'll have any trouble getting to sleep.

Also noted that my hunger is not quite as high.

I'm about 190 now - put on some decent weight the past 2 weeks with the CRE-02.
 
What size dose did you take? I only need two 25mg from vasopro and I feel like a monster, and I have to reach failure on every muscle group before I stop working out. Then again I only use once a week on Saturdays. Also, I usually don't use any type of stims, so I have a very low tolerance to them.
 
Glad to hear Cre is working for ya man! Havent seen you comment on it yet.

Maybe wait around 10-15 min before you eat solid foods. I don't think the beast of unleashed.

I always take mine at least 1 hour before the workout to make sure it's had time to kick-in good. I don't think it was kicking in good until you started the cardio. I like your style with the chasing it with a Rockstar! That's my dawg!! :head: It won't give an enormous stimmed-out feeling, unless you double-dose it. I like to take a double-dose before a couple of my workouts per week. Then the rest of the time I just take a single dose twice per day. Double-dose will kick that ass! :smite: And the increased sweating is a good thing. Kinda annoying, but good. The ECA increases thermogenesis. You will feel your body's inner temperature rising. This helps to burn fat stores. You're gonna enjoy this little stim-run!! :dance:
 
I've definitely had my best results with ECA/ECY on an empty stomach at least 45 minutes to an hour before meals.
