Props for the fish oil. :clap2: The single most important supplement that anyone can take. In my humble opinion.My knee is slowly getting better. It still hurts on the movements that I have to curl or bend it. But even though it hurts I'm able to get them done. It was collapsing on me and I would lose reps. But the osteo-sport seems to be slowly helping.
I'm also taking in 6000mgs of fish oil a day.

Needless to say my arms, shoulders and back hurt from trying to lift the mower to keep the wheel up while pushing it and trying to keep the broken handle in place so that the above was even possible..grrrrrrr.
So I'm counting that as cardio!
I know we did more back but for the life of me I can't remember what it was...the mower blew me into a rage.
