Yep, Figure and Fitness are classed based on height (and in NZ we also have a MAXIMUM weight we can be for our height), and Bodybuilding/Physique is done based on weight (as it is with the men).well fitness is by height i thought, i thought BB was by weight?...
Yeah, definitely.I second the vote for a womens div. Judging from the kinds of posts i see from the fairer sex, it would be figure/fitness, not so much BB.
And what do you mean by 'overall fitness'? That could be ANYThing. Also, what pics/poses would be required for the females to post? Like, over there in the States, Figure is like a Fitness Model class, with just the quarter turns and poses with a T-walk (if that); while here in NZ Figure is an actual 'bodybuilding' class (some call it 'bodysculpting'), with the quarter turns, compulsory poses, and a routine as well...So, will you just do, say the compulsory poses of side chest, side tricep, front double bicep, rear double bicep, and ab pose?I just made a thread over threre.
Ill jsut set a womens division and it'll go by over all fitness.
Yep, a few females around. But as Christine said, they come and go, and very rarely post (I see their male counterparts posting for them for the most part, if that...)In a nutshell.
Where's the ladies at? Reps are allowed to do the competition portion right? If profile pics are to be believed theres some females around here that are in great shape, like that APnut rep kkshaef. Im sure crader can do it :stick:, if she's not already.
Depends on the woman......sometimes women arent as comfotable as a guy in doing something like this, they may just want to be more healthy and fit and thats why theyre at A.M...

Recomp is when you try and lose fat and gain muscle simultaneously. Tough to do but possible I hear.

... People dont need rewards to do stuff. they do it for them! Anything to get a person more motivated to make progress is worth it to me...
I completely agree with that. Anything like this should be done for yourself, and any 'benefits' that come from it are just nice bonuses on top of all the hard work...Use this as an excuse to push yourself as hard and far as possible and see what your body can do!!!...
