Pre workout supp.

Ok guys tried to stay away from the preworkout supplements for a while. Well now its been long enough. I want the strongest preworkout supp. I want it for focus and energy and maybe some nitric oxide would be nice. I havent been keeping up with the preworkout supplements very much. But i wanna feel like im on speed when im on this stuff. I have taken alot preworkout supp. so my intake would prob be high. Anybody got some ideas on some good products.

the first word in your sig is RESEARCH. so...SEARCH! google is a fine invention. best preworkout supps are a dime a dozen. everybody will claim something else. you might react to one but not another. the best way is trial and error. only you will know what works best for you.

I completely agree on research. So you are right on that. What i am looking for is other people's opinion. This way i can look into the product and do my research from there to even see if i would like it period. Research is always key. And yes without google, yahoo, etc i would not know what i do. So i appreciate you looking out for me and making sure that i dont just buy random products without reason. Yes, trial and error is also very important. Some people only learn through mistakes anyway. But when you took your first product wasnt it through somone recommending that product to you? And plus what if you have health issues, would you rather figure the sides through somone else or would you rather be the patient?

If anybody took a pre workout supp and enjoyed it very much let me know what you thought. Im trying to decide on a few diff products but i would love to hear your input. Thanx yall!

ive tried alot of prework out supps ragnarok works pretty good for me, nano vapor got me mentally ready and i did some damage in the gym with it but if u get vapor do not get blue raspberry it taste terrible its almost un-drinkable

tBC. Vapor rub? i have heard alot of pople liked it. But i have a hard time buying muscle tech products..... I think its from the rediculous artlicles.

I will keep it simple:

a) If you are working out on empty stomach early morning go for NO Shotgun. It has some protein, some BCAA and tons of stuff that helps you through a gruelling workout.

b) If you are working out on a tummy which has a bit of food taken a couple of hours back go with Ragnarok and Vasocharge. They have zero or little calories and have everything else you need.

c) If you are working on tummy with food in 45-60 minutes ago you dont want to put in much. Just pop in couple of caffein pills and bust your hump.

Good luck.

There are a lot of things out there.

1. RPM- awesome focus, energy and pump
2. Swell- awesome pump, real solid focus and the endurance is impressive

Either of the two would work, or combine them and get ready to rule the gym

I have heard ALOT of good things about RPM. Everyone loves this stuff! hmmmmm.... I might have to look into those two. Thanx reap.

use the search feature here... we've had a handful of threads covering this subject and since lots of them are recent the content is still relevant.

I recall a recent one about pre-workout cocktail.... you should fine some good information fairly quickly.

welcome to the board!

Ragnarok is a great product. I have also used RPM and enjoyed it. basically all depends on what you're looking for from your product. If you want something intense (which I have done in the past), get caffeine free ragnarok and run it with rpm.

I've got nothing but good to say about RPM. When I took a break from it for a few months and my workouts were seriously not the same. It's become a staple in my supplementation.

Well it is tough sometimes to get off of a preworkout supplement that just rocked your socks off. So what i normally do is take a break for 1-2 weeks or maybe longer if i need it. I normally run a preworkout supp when im running a ph cycle. Just to give it everything i can.

Get some diesel in you with jp8. Seriously its gets you hyped as a mofo, really good as long as you dont mind the taste.

I used to swear by Vasocharge and then I started using NO-Shotgun. Shotgun is really te best out there. You will not find another product which has anywhere close to the ingredient profile shotgun has. Everyone will preach their own favorite obviously, but compare ingredients and Shotgun is the only one to choose.

You will be impressed with jp8 fur sure!!

Word of caution - Many Pre-Workout supplements give you terrible runs. So try to obtain samples from Nutra before placing an order.

The following has given me runs personally:
White Flood
SuperPump 250
NanoVapour(hair splitting headache too).

Now mind you all these three have great profiles, real solid product too but didnt work for me.

What did work for me were:
Ragnarok
Vasocharge
NO Shotgun
Labrada Charger.

Few others that didnt work for me - NOS Either, Shock Therapy, Storm etc. Its dependent on one's body I suppose so I encourage you to ask for specific samples. NP has really been great in this regard.

Has anybody used labrada supercharge? That was my last preworkout supp i took. The product has a guy on the cover that looks all crazy with his mouth open, looking like hes screaming. I remember taking that product and getting the best pump i have had in a while. I was very impressed with the product. I heard that the product has been 'upgraded'?

White flood gave you the runs? interesting. I would of thought CL products wouldnt affect somone like that. But then again there is the minority. I wounder what the precentage is. And plus did you run it for a while to see if your body got used to it?

Agreed... perhaps it was something else? Or did you take it right after something like superpump? Maybe the side-effects of that carried over into your usage of white flood.

He is Lee Labrada. One of all time bodybuilding greats and also one of those who didnt, but should have, win atleast 1 Mr. Olympia. Labrada is his flagship company out of Texas I beleive.

It is a good solid product. Doesnt have too many followers, maybe because of lack of advertisements, but boy is it a good solid product!!! Reasonably priced and low on calories too. 2 scoops will get u about 50 cals and a lot of pump. Flavour is good too, which is important to me since I work out at 5 am and dont want to start the day with taste of horses ass.

As you can see I am sold on it

oh man....I haven't had a good horse ass in the morning in quite some time. Gonna have to get down to the supermarket and see if there are any specials goin!

Yes it did. I dont think it has anything to do with CL products. I regularly use Green Magnitude and Purple Wraath and am specially a fan of PW.

WF gave runs and jitters. I had a tub and I did try to suck up and use it for a week but after that I saw not much point to it. The profile was really solid but unfortunately it didnt work for me. I say unfortunately because CL make solid products at a very competitive price and I could have saved myself some bucks.

 how about you start with some bulk X-Factor. AA has to the worst tasting horse's ass ever!!

(Dont ask me why I was tasting it :nono: )

Yeah thats it! that stuff rocked! I started taking that when i just got out of the hospital from being sick. Man i blew up quick, and gained my muscle back. I was very impressed with it. I just might have to go back to it. To many freeking products to choose from though!

rpm, anabolic pump/pslin, jp8, ready4war, assault, corezap
Ready4 war is in JP8, but having the caps in a gym bag makes life more convenient.

I know there products have been getting popular very very very quick! I remember just looking at an advertisement in a magazine and wam everyones taking there products. It makes me wounder if this will be a fad kinda like BSN products. Plus im kinda stubborn about not taking popular products....

Comparing bsn and cl is kind of silly. bsn has become a marketing giant that is creating over half of their success on their advertisements. CL is a company that has been building reputation and success on their products and the buzz from them in gyms and on forums alike.

If you take no xplode for a month and then take green mag, you will notice quickly what I mean. I have not taken white flood or white blood so I cannot speak from those terms...but everything i've taken from CL is a quality product.

True dat. All of my supplements are pills. Im just never home in between work and the gym..... I always get a look at my work when i bring out my tackle box of pills. LOL.

So i have heard. I think if i said cl sucked (which i would never say unless i had tried it and really didnt like it) I think i would get shot by a hired hitman.

haha yah well I don't know if that hitman would be hired. Many people are very dedicated to using CL, haha.

Honestly though, I am a rep for a completely different company (which also has top of the line products 110% by the way) and i'm saying that CL has a very solid line.

Personally, I'm a fan of Hyper Trop-X from AMS...it has a good dose of Yohimbine HCL to get you moving and then it also has some BCAA's in there too (Beta Alanine and L-Leucine). I love using it, and its not loaded with sugar, so its something that i would recommend over a NO Explode or something like that.

My $0.02 on pre workout supplimentation is to choose something that has a decent amount of carbs in it to help fuel your session, protein, creatine, and aminos. Now there are some preworkout supps that are pills which dont contain some of the goodies I said there, but if your going for powdered drinks, then carbs, protein, and creatine are what to look for.
