I hope everyone is well...

I have not logged into AM in four months due to a promotion and the craziest life schedule ever... I missed this place and all the cool people, especially the Bannana Death Squad!

Although I was MIA i never quit hitting the gym and Im as big as ever! Weighing in at 210 and as dedicated as i have ever been....

I just wanted to drop a line to all of you that i talked to on a daily basis before my random disapearance.... I again hope all is well and i look forward to chatting with some old friends...Hit me up!

Thanks man...Its been Crazy. Im doing the whole corprate america gig. Its amazing how stressfull work is, But i think it gives me more focus and drive in the gym. Its good to hear from a familiar face.. There is a whole new crowd on this site..haha
 
We still have a lot of the old tymers running around. Some less frequently than others but they're still here.

Never met you before, but welcome back, and congrats on the promotion and weight achievements! Work can be hectic at times, as we all know..
