TimberLakers' H-Drol Beatdown

Damn, all of a sudden Cub crawls back outta the woodwork... Where you been homie?

I've been observing from a distance:) It's good to see you're going strong mate. I'm thinking of running something shortly. As mentioned, my H-DROL run was cut short due to illness. I'm feeling good now and gaining so it might be time to throw something else in the mix! Possibly Epistane dosed lower but for a longer period of time. Or a low dose of M-DROL for 3-4 weeks. My goal is 110kg (244lb) by new year and to try and stay at 17-18%. Currently 102kg after a silly decision to introduce low calories and cardio to my regime. I ended up at 94kg, with much lower BF, but I looked too "normal" it just wasn't right!
 
I wonder what it's like to try to read through the 13 pages that is the intro to our cycles without being here from the start... we are some looney fvckers...

Makes someone wonder if you guys were crazy before the cycle or is this a side affect. LOL

Formadrol PCT (If you can call it that) is done with NO gyno. I do have some excess flab on the chest, but I think that is a result of being a fat ass until this year and just need the cardio.

Nuts still hang low and I can still bring the heat in a moments notice. I feel no lumps behind the nipples and no secretion. I do have Tamox now on standby.

Do you think I should use it even tho I have no symptoms or consider myself one of the lucky ones and be more careful next time?

My next cycle will be something less harsh like H-Drol or Epistane/Havoc with all the needed supplements/PCT.

You are a lucky mutherfvcker. You need the SERM onhand, but I would definately dose it next time. Pray to whatever deity you believe in and thank him for not having b*tch tits this time around... I recommend ThunderGod as he is probably the deity that you want on your side around here.:bow28:

I took milk thisle for the liver and ON Whey protein.

For the next cycle I will use AI cycle support, fish oil, taurine, whey protein, multivitamin during cycle. The PCT will consist of Tamoxifeno (puchased in Mexicon while on vacation), IForce Reversitol (AI), cycle support, fish oil, taurine, whey protein, multivitamin and will probably get the Lean Xtreme for Cortisol Reduction in week 3.

Sound like I am better prepared this time?

Just had a nasty hour and 15 minute boxing session... Remains to be seen if Timber goes to the gym tonight to blow the back out. Leaning towards OH HELL YES!!

I've been lagging on getting a belt for that... I was going high reps and lately I have been doing really heavy pulldowns. Just to switch things up. I know pull-ups are a more involved movement, but I think that I get a better workout if I switch the two up. Plus with pull downs I can do more than my bodyweight w/out the belt.

My last pull up regimen was 4 sets, 15, 15, 12, 10. Pretty killer.

185lbs Bent BB rows ain't nuttin to sneeze at homeslice. And yea, I do those before any close grip BB/DB row.

I usually do that first, but some dude in the "power rack" was doing curls with the 45 pound BB w/ a 5 pounder on each side... 55 pounds!!!

MAN THAT PIS*ES ME OFF!!! Especially since we have 10 pre made straight BBs and 10 EZ bars for things under 120 pounds... If I ever have something that light (usually the thigh to chin exercise or snatch) I always use the premade deals to be considerate, and the fact that you don't have to build and break down a bar...

And yesterday, the homo on the power deck before me left two 10 pound plates on each side... and didn't break down. I wanted to yell at him, but I was afraid I might hit the fool.. Inconsiderate MFers.

BB curls I do 105 for like 3 sets of 8-10 reps. I can do more weight but it gets sloppy so what's the point and I wo at a hole in the wall gym and there are premys but they only go up to 80lbs so......That's more than you squat anyways right lol....:thumbsup::lol:

Eh, I'd snag the power rack for some curls. **** everyone else. Plus, I prefer to do my curls with a real Olympic bar, even at 45 pounds of just the bar... I mean, I can curl 135 for 4 reps, but sometimes you gotta warm up. I guess I prefer the weights out that far, dunno, just me.

I still have to work myself back to my ideal split after the shoulder injury of almost 2 weeks ago. Still got a great workout, but certainly no PRs... I have filming tomorrow for boxing, then likely the rest of the day off. Ground training on Sunday morning, then probably a nighttime workout... Would like to work back into my ideal split starting Sunday - Chest / Back / Legs / Shoulders and may start throwing in a core day, because adding in abs / obl every other day is starting to strech my workouts past the 2 hour mark.

Fukk man, I can use a 100 lb. dumbell for 8 sorta decent reps on bent-over concentration curls!! Fukk!! :rant: What did this dude look like? A fukkin' Muffet?!?! ha ha
