Any comments or suggestions would be nice. Im not looking to get flamed for this I just really want some opinions.

SERM....where's yer SERRRRMMMMM? That standard is to at least have it on hand. W/Epi, I'd use it PCT. Toremifene, Nolva (Tamoxifen Citrate), Clomid, etc....those are SERMS dewd.

I don't know what BOLD or Testabolan is..too much new/knock-off crap floating around.

Bold is made by Iforce Nutrition, it is the oral precursor to boldenone. Testabolan is a LH/FSH booster. Reversitol is their PCT product containing, ATD, 6-bromo, Indole-3-carbinol, Resveratrol, and Tongkat ali. It can be used instead of a SERM, at least thats what recent logs are showing

Hey man, your call on the poser-SERM stuff. I don't see why you wouldn't just use a real SERM (tried and true) instead of messing around w/some wanna-be product that does who-knows-what. Just my opinion on that.

If i were to find some what would be the ideal way to dose it?

Depends on how many mg/cap it is. I made my own, so it's a bit different. But you get the idea.

Im just using the creatine to help maintain gains. So you guys think the 8 weeks of methyl's is too much? should i maybe use tren instead of phera?

creatine is insignificant when on cycle. I think it is a good idea to start creatine use in PCT.

I'm not sure I agree with that. I'm not willing to ignore conversation though. Why do you think it's pointless to take creatine during a cycle?

its fairly normal to go off creatine when on cycle because the steroid will increase creatine uptake into cells, along with tons of carbs, protein, and other nutrients

this is what i understood as well, that creatine just doesn't make an impact on cycle due to the strength of the other substances being used, hence it being used in PCT in an attempt to maintain as much of the gains as possible.

That would be considered a good thing, unless I mis-read what you're saying.

Using your statement you would also go off of protein because of the increased uptake of that as well?? If you're given a substance that increases the uptake of a particular item that you normally try to take in, wouldn't you want to continue that use?

I always thought it was better to do all things in excess.....lol

I think that creatine is great when cycling because.....It helps draw more water into the muscle thereby stretching the fascia more, and I don't mind blowing up when I am juicing, that extra water allows you to lift heavier weights, and more ATP means more energy available, think of it in terms of potential energy, I mean when you juice your CNS is able to recruit more fibers and lift heavier weights and subsequently grow, now if I add exogenous creatine I am able to utilize this extra recruitment to lift heavier weights longer, now I grow even more...

Now I will take an extra 5 gms of monohydrate when I am off cycle to try and do what I just described, but I lift for all out strength, however I don't stay on creatine year round, well because I am a cheap ba$tard...lol

Nobody asked for a logical, technical explanation heavies! j/p....good input! Thanks DEWWWD!

BTW, I don't take creatine (or creatine-based products) anymore since my kidney tests came back undelightful a ways back and at that time I was taking creatine and I make the correlation that at least some of the blood results (kidney fxn) was hindered by creatine. Thus, I stopped taking it. Things have subsided since then.

Just throwing that out there!

-Papa!-

I know the ONE time I am serious.....

I would say that your correlation was correct.....
