I run T Prop at 200 mg EOD min. no exceptions, however if you want the best possible scenario, I would say 100mgs ED. The ED will keep a higher elevated Test level in the blood than the EOD, but EOD works. I put on 20 lbs last cycle I went 247.5 to 267.5 and am walking right now at 259.5 so I netted 12 lbs. My favorite low sides stack is T prop min. 800mgs/wk with Equipoise in there for 600 mgs/wk, with D-bol pulsed on WOD. T prop is the best test in my opinion it works quicker and is leaner IMO.
I would suggest any noob to run T prop no lower than 100 mgs EOD. Depending on your BW I would also suggest someone bigger running the sh!t at a min. of 200 mg EOD or the ED scheme I spoke of b4. There is a reason why BBer's don't run designers......

I've been wantign to run some test for a while now. I did sust a few years back and I loved that. Some test cyp never hurt anyone, in my book.
