Not to rain on anyone's parade, but I would be careful throwing all this "unnatural" weight around in the gym. This is probably going to sound like 3rd grade health class, but muscle tissue grows a LOT faster than connective tissue. If you start lifting weight that you've not accustomed to naturally, you're cruisin' for a tear/injury. Just want to say to listen to your body bros......would be awful if anyone got an injury! I did Superdrol and my bench went way up, but I didn't increase the weight, just number of reps. Throwing 315 around, but I did not go past the weight I typically used. I did not get an injury 
This is the fundamental reason why ligament (ie, ACL) injuries take FOREVER to heal. Their blood supply is vastly limited compared to muscle's.
