Thanks, bro and ya im looking to size up, and mostly focusing on 5x5's and alot of power, I know its not the best way to hit up sizing up, but its primarily back + legs, training more as an Explosive lifter (new type)

and the other muscles when they dont feel sore, all depending on my body, and ya lol i wouldnt just jump into 45lb pull ups, that'd be crazy haha all about those baby steps,
but the reason i asked about the lower back is always just wondered how people got that part, right now im at about 10.5% bf because of the factor i see the starting of my abs and the V line is very viewable. Yet im not trying to be cut up at the moment because im bulking till dec for a show, but doing the LEAN bulk, unlike most who dirty bulk, i personally believe thats pointless, then you look like a beer belly drunk haha.
But thanks tho for the feedback, and i plan to start doing the weighted pullups very shortly and focus on higher reps on the deadlifts, because i got up to 450x10 and my back was still the same ha, goes to show ya they werent shrinking my waist
