can you take DCP during empty stomach morning cardio?

I read around the boards that you should take DCP 30 minutes before eating a meal?? Im a little bit confused? Any answer RPN REPS?
 
Let me clarify.

The best way to use DCP is 3 doses of 2-3 caps every day.
Take the largest dose before workout or cardio.
The other doses, take 30 minutes before a meal.

Add in one more at night before you go to bed to clean up any fatty acids still in the blood stream.

Well said my friend! I'll just add a few things to this.

I always take my DCP(3 caps) on an empty stomach before cardio in the AM and have never had any issues to date.

We do encourage taking a 3 capsule dose prior to cardio/training due to the enhanced endurance effects received as fatty acid oxidized energy.

I would start with the standard dosing, but you can eventually move to a dosing scheme such as 3,2,2,1.

That one capsule before bed seems to really enhance the fatloss aspect with DCP. Good luck, and let us know how it works out for you. :)
 
How soon after eating can you take dcp to have the benefit of fatty acid oxidation in cardio? I always have a protein+oats+flax+cherry concrentrate+greens+nuts+creatine drink 1.5-2 hours before cardio thats why I ask. I don't like the idea of unfueled cardio because I workout hard in cardio.

I would wait at least 2-3 hours after your shake to take DCP and get the maximal intended benefits.
 
been taking DCP for almost 3 weeks now.
ALWAYS take 3 before morning fasted cardio!
and
ALWAYS take 3 pre-bed!

I've been dosing 12 per day and loving it!
 
after about a week or so, i dropped 2 inches quick.

I don't generally sweat on DCP, but i do notice that i get a little hot after i eat. I am reallys tepping up my cardio and wieghts, so i should see good results. i'll let you know in another week or 2. 175 right now. down from 183.
 
question...this is prob a stupid question but how exactly does DCP work, because it rids of fatty acids in the bloodstream? but ingesting a 40-40-20 diet of pro-fat-carbs, would potentially have a lot of fat ingested..or is that a different fat? kind of a noob question i know, and what about fish oils, aren't those contradictory to ridding of the fat. because i mean if you take it 30min(dcp) before a meal what a purpose is it serving? to clean up that meal of fatty acids, but then i thought good fats helped you burn fat? ahhh IM CONFUSED!!

DCP forces fatty acids to be released from FAT stores, prevents them from being reesterified (stored back again) then kindly escorts them rapidly into mitochondria to be burned.

It's a bit different than the beneficial fats that you are taking in your diet, that also help with fat burning (like fish oil).
