Yeah I am stoked about being able to run those two.

This sale will cost me soo much... But I will be good till the new year lol!

Once I have zero issues with my achilles tendons, I am looking into using certain supps I cant atm.

Anyway...bioperine wasn't the only change to the formula...the mucuna pruriens (extracted for 75% L-Dopa) is the big kicker in the formula. Its an upgrade in the extract from 25%. What does this mean? More potential for GH release and even better...more LH stimulation thus helping to produce more testosterone.

My personal recommendations: since bioperine is now an added addition to the formula and there is a stronger extract of L-Dopa I would say if you want to be more economical you can get away with lower doses. For instance, I've generally used 12-15 caps (given my large size). I have gotten pretty good results with 10 caps so guys don't feel you have to do the absolute dosage recommendations to get good results out of the product. I have run a bottle doing 10 caps on training days (3-4-3 dosing scheme) and 8 caps on off days (2-3-3 dosing scheme) and the results were quite similar to running the higher doses. However, thats just me so take it with a grain of salt.

Thought I would at least give everyone a heads up.

I'm pretty sure you were referring that...ever heard of intentional deference?...lol. ;). I talk plenty about the new formula, but as any other news...there are still some things in the works...news will become available in due time bud...:)

Yes you can still use the original formula...pick up a bottle of bioperine to run with it...its cheap. As for sending it in for exchange...well that would be nice now wouldn't it? However...gotta deal with what ya got and I certainly wouldn't feel too bad about whatcha got either...lol. ;)

Easy, will you guys be at the 'ATLANTIC CITY PRO' in Atlantic City, NEW JERSEY September Sep 12-13th ?? Me and some people were thinking about going to that... I've never been to these types of events and thought it would be cool to go see since I hear so much about them.

An NP sale would rock. Just made my biggest order yet (wife is gonna beat my ass), but if it's good enough might be the time to stock up :P Can't beat the AP price as it is now, holy crap. Now's the time to try it if you haven't.

Anyone seen Hancock yet? Will Smith has had a string of misses imo, but I'm quite excited about the premise of this. Btw, Iron Man was the movie-of-the-f**king-summer!

Iron man wasthe stuff, but I want to see Wall E and get smart. I have heard bad things about hancock. BTW I liked smith in the pursuit of happiness.... Oh crap that was one of the last movies I saw with my ex I think... emotions.... lol never forget your first love. Gimme some havoc and send me to the gym and I think I will forget alot for a few hours...(note I actually dont take any PH's atm, joke!)

I totally feel you on the first love thing... My first real love still haunts my thoughts to this day, even though I'm married to the most amazing woman in the world (seriously, the world), I'll always wonder what if. It's especially hard if the relationship ended without negative feelings, like mine did. Just piss-poor timing.

Pursuit is one I haven't seen yet. Man, I just haven't been in the mood for a downer/uplifter in a while, lol. But Wall-E and Get Smart were both great! Steve Carell was perfect to play Maxwell. He has a devastating deadpan, and just nailed the part without inventing a new character like too many actors tend to do in remakes...

Heh yeah, here is the thing.... we still talk and are best friends kinda. She is married (got married less than a year after we broke up...) and uh the reason it bothers me right now, it hasnt in like 6 months... was she told me if something happened to her husband she wanted to be with me. Im the only other person she trusts and sometimes she tells me things she wont anyone else, even her husband...

Between being pissed, depressed, confused, it just hit me a lil weird. It is disrespectful to both me and her husband( i know him too, he is a decent guy we talk often actually).

I see her and him 3 times a week at least do to church....

I thank her though for putting me through hell, it made me :bb3:
and taught me how to :duel: and say :FUfinger: to emotions I dont need and to just :dump: them down the toilet!



Anyhow off to the gym, i blew off going to red white and boom cuz I still gotta lift ^.^ I proud of myself

besides... i love listeing to those songs about losing the girl now, they make me laugh. you realize once you walked the razors edge it just aint worth it. too much to do in the world.

its cool man, most stuff doesnt bother me for the most part. i dont get insulted or anything, i just try to keep my head as clean as possible. I am a 21 year old male trying to control himself, and taking supps and working out on top of that which drives test up. lol i love a fight, no?

Eh i dated her already, as far as im concered chance lost. Besides I will never do anything that could harm someone elses marriage. wouldnt want it done to me, and she lost my trust a long long time ago. that why we broke up.

Doesnt bother me per say, as much as I am ticked that I am doing good, talking to some one and all, and when she see's that I am getting in awsome shape, I have great confidence now, am a leader in multiple parts of the church, great at my sports... she has a sudden surge of emotions. and decides to tell me something like that. she says imagine if like 10 years down the road we both lost our spouses and ended up together....uh what? why are you planning backup plans while your married...

She married him for money. really, thats kinda what it is.

life is too good ot be down :) simple as that.
