Well Camp Pendleton, but I spent most of my free time in SD. There were just strings of Latin and Brazilian parties, the club scene at the Gas Lamp and all that good stuff. My buddy's girl lived with 4 other girls so we were spoiled... School is just extremely competitive and i'm trying to finish up ASAP, so I moved back to central cal. :frustrate
 
That's pretty crazy, I can still only lift 90s on the dumbbells. I use to only lift dumbbells but now I like to do presses, I find it adds more mass.
 
I'm a little weird like that! I have a problem with my shoulder and bb press hurts but DB press doesn't.

I don't think my strength has really increased much in my leg workouts, but I can tell that my endurance is much better!

15 min warmup on eliptical (hills)

165x10 (knee started to feel weird...stopped)

attempted to do leg extensions but knee was acting up.

Additional Notes:

This week I'm traveling every day for work...this is causing some headaches with my diet! I cut about 30g of carbs out of my preworkout snack (1 slice of WW bread with PB and banana instead of 2). I don't think this really effected my workout so I think that is one area that I can start cutting back in.

I haven't been perfect with my diet (traveling this week has been rough)! I really feel like the leaning effects I was seeing are gone. I weighed in at 196 today (up 8 pounds).

I ordered some DCP that I'll be adding in for the last 4 weeks of my log.

my mood has been great! my libido has gotten pretty bad...glad I'm traveling right now and I don't have time for my lady friend! (pretty sure she'd be dissapointed)

I have yet to add in the DHEA for libido...might give that a try this weekend. I'm just not sure I'm comfortable running it for the rest of the cycle...that's a long time and I'm afraid the DHEA will cause more problems.anyone have thoughts on this?

Normally, cortisol levels are highest in the morning (typically around 07:00am), drop during the day and rise again to another high during the evening. So, I would suggest two doses of Relora/Ashwagandha daily, one in the morning on an empty stomach and another dose just before bed.
 
Sucks about your libido man. Maybe stress has something to do with it. I was taking Relora during my cycle. I know if I was too stressed I wasnt going to perform so well. But keeping myself stress free kept me confident and happy in the sack! What does half dose of Sustain mean? How many pumps/squirts?

I also ordered some PCS to try out as well 1200mg of 50% resveratrol might do a little more for me. Plus it has Icariin. I'm going to see how this compares to the Sustain Alpha.

Looks like a good plan. Ive only used it (the board) once so far. But I liked it the day I used it. The waves were beating the crap outa me. Im going to try and go at least once a week but aim for two times/week. It does seem short but I like the board and I think I will get more comfortable with time.

edit: I also used my friends board that day. which was a 7' and I like it a lot. He used my board too. We actually talked about a trade haha. But well see how it goes in the next couple weeks.

Only one (5 hour) session so far. But I loved it! Despite having sharks rub up against my legs all day. Tomorrow will be session number 2.

Man, I have surfed around some sharks, especially in Fiji, but Florida is HEAVY when it comes to sharks. But then again, I have been in the water for most of my life, I was surfing before I could write cursive, and I have only had one not so friendly encounter with the creatures and I came out unscathed. I guess the odds are pretty slim, but it still gives me the creeps every time I see one. I actually don't eat shark and won't fish for it on the idea that if I don't eat them, maybe karma will be on my side... lol, well that's what I hope at least.

Get this yesterday, I went to Rainbow Springs yesterday and was on this very very small lounge raft. The spring is supposed to be clear most of time but because of the weather it was a lot darker and the grass at the bottom has gotten a lot taller so its even murkier. The raft ride is a 4 hour ride. You just get on your own raft and drift down for 4 hours. It was really nice but half way down a 4 or so foot gator just swam right past me! I almost sh1t myself. And after that 2 otters were playing near me and kept splashing me which was funny but when one of the otters popped his head up right near the side of my raft, I freaked out and yelled. haha good times. Sorry for hijack Rob.

Looking back on Friday I wish I would have waited to switch the sustain for the PCS until after I started taking the relora and Ashwagandha and waited to add in the DCP so that I could better guage the difference in how I felt without changing as many variables...I'll try switching back to the sustain in a week or so to see if I can tell the difference. (in the name of science)

I was staying in some bungalos on the beach between manzanillo and Puerto Vallarta about a month ago and there were signs warning for crocadrillos (spelling?) and in the morning we saw marks in the sand where the crocs had gone by...made me a little cautious about wondering around there in the dark! it looked like there was a little pond by where I was staying but once you get a good look at it you realized it went back pretty far into the jungle...that's where all the tracks went to.

Crocs are also scary because they'll eat anything that moves, they'll even eat their young.

I was out "surfing" yesterday in Pacific Beach. I suck, but I had a lot of fun.

Having said that, yeah a crocodile is up there with their death roll and craziness.

feeling good today; I'm really looking forward to my workout tonight!

I spent a ton of time last night making meals for most of the week...I shouldn't have any issues with nutrition this week because I've got lunch and some snacks taken care of.

I think I've already noticed a difference in taking the PCS and the Relora + Ashwagandha. errections hadn't been too much of a problem but finishing has been difficult (even had to fake it once recently). Last night...no problems in any catagory!

I'm really energized to kick some butt, I'm almost half way through my log and I really haven't seen the results I was hoping for...time to kick some ass!

Since I made the changes to my supps Friday night (added the relora and ashwagandha for cortisol, exchanged the sustain alpha for PCS, and added the DCP) I'm really feeling much better! My libido is noticably higher and I just feel better! I'm kinda back to being the horny bastard that I used to know:-)

I've also been weighing myself everyday for the last couple of days and it's consistant at 194 (6 pound change from the beginning) There was one day that I weighed in at 196...must have been holding some water that day. I'm also noticing that I'm looking a little leaner again!!! the change in diet for those days I was on business travel must have had me a little bloated.

yeah man i feel ya on the training partner. I actually cant train with anyone anymore. Because they are flaky and they just distract me from my workout. I have ADD bad so its not the hard to get me thinking about something else.

I think any serious lifter has had this problem at one time or another. I have been going w/out a training partner for about the last year. I am about to the point where I need one again, and I think I found someone who is as motivated as I am. I actually prefer to have multiple training partners, best case scenario to have a different person for each body part... this would be nearly impossible to schedule, but I have also had training partners who have been great to work out with for one muscle group and were horrible with others.
 
Del man it sucks to not have a workout partner, but it's much worse if the guy is dragging you down. Cool of you to help, but if he's not ready to help himself there isn't much you can do bro.

I know, I look back at the progress that I've made and I didn't really have many people there to support me and help me out...It forced me to learn a lot but I think the road would have been easier if I would have had someone to point me in the right direction. I'm all about helping others, but this is really getting frustrating!

what makes it hard is that this guy is starting out at ground zero! 25 years old and when we started working out together 2 months ago he couldn't do 1 pushup; 5'8", 150lbs, 25% BF. since then he's made huge gains! His BF% is down 3.5%, weight is up 5 pounds, strength is up a ton (all things considered).

What kills me is that he worked out for 8 months on his own before I started helping him...I have no idea what he was doing for those 8 months!

I like to think that I'm pretty strong for my weight, but 270 is kinda misleading! I do this on a machine and I don't have to balance it or anything. When I do lat pulldowns on the cable lat pull down machine I can only do about 210.

I just like using this machine because I feel it more in my lat when I do it.

I also want to get a weight belt so that I can do weighted pullups.

How is your libido with the Epistane? I have heard that it can shut you down pretty good, but are the support supps working for you?

You know what man... and I don't know why I didn't think of this before... if you are still having training partner issues, we should hit a workout together. You live like 15 minutes away, worth the drive in my opinion for a killer workout. I'd be down to drive to the split once or twice a week.

That awesome man! Just be careful meeting chicks while "on". I had a nasty breakup at the end of my cycle. Wasnt serious anyway.:hammer:
