What Morning Pills Do You Take ED?

I started a thread in the anti aging forum but it occured to me that we all religously take pills every morning. Well most of us do i guess I know I do. Been doing it for years. My one buddy is trying to get his pro card did the JR. Nats and Nats he has that 7 day thing with pills in every lil box so he doesnt get confused and miss his pills.

every day I take now

-Multi vitamin/mineral
-ALA alpha lapoic acid
-Omega 3,6,9 combo
-Resveratrol (new for me)

I just started taking Resv im addin it in there since im an old guy but every morning year after year i been taking the same pills. Sometimes i add in something new like Echanacia for an immune boost n half an aspirin. When my stomach flares up i take prolasec every morning but that stuff gets exspensive so I reserve that stuff when I need it.
 
Multi-vitamin
Vitamin C
Fish oil
Flax oil caps (equal grams to the Fish oil)
glucosamine
Celadrin (not a pill but put the bulk powder in with my protien shake)
SAMe
grapeseed extract
hawthorn berry
 
Just to rub it in a bit, I don't take anything in the morning but I have been taking the new X-Dream reformulation at night :-D. :run:
 
Hey I got a question for ya. The Res I bought from the store it makes me gag swallowing it down. Just smells n tastes horrible. It's capped and it appears herbal. You know anything about our new Res IBE is coming out with? Please tell me it's not like that.

I randomly pour all my supp's into my nightstand drawer, and mix at will.

Then in the morning I reach over, grab one slight handful of randoms, and take with water.

This makes some interesting days sometimes, especially if I get like 15mgs of melatonin in there!!! :D

EDIT: Oh, yeah, 2 Cissus, right now anyway.

I used to take garlic tabs to lower cholestrol

I used to take them because I thought they stopped me from catching a cold/helped my immune system. Then I ran out, and still didn't get colds lol. It more to do with a healthy lifestyle and washing your hands:thumbsup:

I use to take them to filter out the less motivated chicks.
