Hypertrop-X versus Christine sponsored

She has me on the same meals every day. The carbs consist of 2/3 cup of oatmeal twice a day. And asparagus spears and green beans..lol That would be it.
 
I'm looking to lean out I will be on an 8 week contest diet so we shall see how it goes.

I started out today with 2 caps before workout to access tolerance. I had some naseau so I'm going to keep it here to see if I adjust.

Shoulder day

To be honest with you guys my mind tends to block shoulder day out. Like a traumatic accident..lol

We started out with 15 over heard 35lb barbell presses supersetted with dumbell straight out raises 10 per arm for 4 sets

Then we did a high row using cables and a rope to the forehead for 10 reps at 90lbs we did these with 30 mountain climbers for 4 sets.

Then we did 6 full circle starting in the front and ending up over my head with dumbells for 6 reps then we put the dumbells on the floor and balanced on them and did 10 pushups. 4 sets..lol

Then we did dumbell raises up in front back in and down for 15 reps, these always hurt me..they were supersetted with 20 1/4 pulses to the side. 4 sets.

Then we did 20 dumbell shrugs for 4 sets. We did some other things and did some ab work as well.

I also finally got my diet!! It consists of 9 meals every two hours...yuck. I believe it will be 8 weeks of misery.!

For those who don't know I train with a personal trainer 5 days a week. I can only post some of what I do because she does not allow me to post my workouts or diet. I sneak bits and pieces in here and there. I train with Invalid Link Removed

In 8 weeks i will evaluate my body and status to determine if I'm ready to do a photoshoot.

Seems to be well suited to females, as well as something I would really push for on competition and low carb diets. As the clean energy is enough to get a workout done even when the diet makes you lethargic.

Wow gotcha, I feel your pain. I tried cycling twice in the past and it seemed to help quite a bit with lethargy compared to ED. Though the ED seemed to work a bit better too.

Yeah I'm not a big fan myself. Actually I have a hard time eating greens period unless I trash 'em with butter or some other big no-no. But I force them down anyhow since they have so many benefits.
 
LOL thanks for the asparagus support. I gag on them and I have 2 meals with 5 stalks in them...blech. I need a better recipe for them. We have been spraying them with the no cal butter spray and putting spices and tossing them on the grill.

I missed my dose of this today so I get to report how it felt to train without it. I was dragging and clock watching..lol My pumps were insane though and really made it hard to curl my arm up. I had no stamina and cardio was forced.

Arm day
We started with tricep pushdowns at 60lbs x 15 and then did 10 close grip push ups on a low bar in the dead rack for 4 sets.

We then did 15 overhead tricep extensions at 50lbs and did 30 crunches x 4 sets.

Then we moved on to supenated curls x 15 supersetted with 10 hammer curls for 4 sets

We did some curls with a twist at the top x 15 and supersetted them with 15 tricep kick backs for 4 sets.

Then she had us go to the cables and dropped it to the bottom and had us do 20 bicep curls with a bar at 40lbs x 3 sets. This one hurt.

We did some other fun stuff and then I went off to cardio land for 15 min..
 
hahha sounds like a fun workout clock watching is always a good thing as is forced stamina and cardio!!:toofunny:

Thoughts, well Hypertrop-X worked for cardio but as always leg day just is hard for me to get done. My endurance was not spectacular and i had some leg cramping today. But seeing how hard the day is for me I don't expect miracles.

Leg day, well I can barely walk so it must have been worth something!

I started off with 20 min of cardio.

Then we did 15 reverse lunges weighted the same for 3 sets.

Then we did 10 non weighted lunge to the front and then to the back at 10 per leg for 3 sets.

Then we did a triple superset of one legged deads with the barbell at 15 per leg, then we went straight to leg curls at 90lbs for 10 reps and then we did extensions at 90lbs for 10 reps. We did 4 sets of these.

Then we did 15 per leg of a jumping side to side squat lunge for 3 sets and then we were off to do 3 sets of 30 on calves.

This honestly burned me out to the point that i had a hard time getting dressed..

Great work Crader! I love leg day, around the gym we call that feeling at the end the duck walk you can't pick up our leg enough to take a full step then your foot just flops back down. Thats the feeling we want when we're finished!
 
Hypertrop X really pulled me through today. My mood was good my stamina was good and the lactic acid build up was not as noticable. I made all my sets and felt really good through them

Okay, well I ran out of ephdedra today so i added in the clen again, lol. Then we stopped and got some ephedra so before workout I had my Hypertrop-X and an ephedra pill.

Today was shoulder day and it really went better than most shoulder days in terms pain.

We did every exercise that we did today on a stability ab board.

We warmed up with three sets of 50 board shakes in push up position with abs tight and supersetted it with 15 dragon flags.

Then we did single arm side raises with a dumbell at 15 per arm and supersetted it with 10 pushups. 4 sets.

We then did 4 sets of front raises in tight up to the chin and on the way down we did a side pulse, this counted as one rep. We did 15 reps 4 sets.

Then we did 10 raises straight out for 4 sets.

We then did bent over lateral raises for 15 reps and 3 sets.

We did a bunch of other stuff and I hit cardio for 15 min at a 15 incline and did interval sprints uphill.

We also did 4 sets of 50 mountain climbers, this felt really good as my legs are sore from yesterday and it helped to work out the stiffness.
 
Keep up the good work. I'm pickin up some of this after seeing all the positive feedback. Having Leucine, Beta-A, & Yohimbine all together's a great mix IMO.

totally it is a marathon and not a sprint. Most important aspect of this IMO
 
Today I was tired and did not want any part of training but I went. I took an ephedrine pill and 3 Hyper X and by the time I got to the gym I was fine.

Energy was fine, motivation kicked in and I was ready to go

Today was chest and apparently a light leg day.

We started with incline bench flyes for 15 reps supersetted with 15 pop squats for 4 sets

Headed on the decline after that and did decline presses for 15 reps and supersetted that with stationary lunges 10 per leg. We did 4 sets.

Then we did decline pullovers with 35lbs for 10 reps and supersetted it with 30 calve raises for 4 sets.

Then we did cable flyes at 40lbs for 15 reps and supersetted walking lunges from one end of the gym to the other for 4 sets.

Then we did one of the hardest things she has asked of me in a long time. We had to get two 6lb medicine balls and balance on them and roll them out in a walkout and do one push up balanced on them and roll the balls back up to your feet without touching the floor. We had to do 3 sets of 6 on these.

Talk about balance and shaking and complete bodypart cooperation. I then did some recreational dragon flags at 2 sets of 15 for fun.

No cardio today other than the 10 min of stationary bike I got in earlier.

Yeah it was I'm really sore today and I suspect it had a part. I was just glad I could do them with out falling on my face. She saved it for the end of the training so I was already tired and i knew it was coming up because I watched the last class finish. I told her I didn't think I could do it, but i felt good when I could !!
 
Today was a good day for me. I was quiet and in my own zone today. Focus and determination was good. I felt a little sick todat from the heat but I took my HypX with no ephedrine and had a good workout. Good stamina.

Back day

Started out doing 45lb between the leg dumbells x15 reps and supersetted with pop squats for 15 reps at 4 sets.

Moved to pull downs 60lbs x15 , 80lbsx 10 for 2 sets and 100lbs x 6.

Then we did cable bar lat extensions x 70lbs for 15 reps supersetted with squat cable pulls to the chest x 60lbs x 15 reps for 4 sets.

Then we did a triple sets of single arm lat pulls 10 per arm at 50lbs straight into behind the head pulldowns x 60lbs for 10 reps straight into a bent over dumbell row at 45lbs for 15 reps. We did 4 sets.

Then we hit another triple set of low rows on the machine for 60lbs x 15 reps into a hyperextension for 10 reps and 50 mountain climbers. Did our 4 sets here.

We did a few other exercise and called it a day!! She warned me tomorrow would be a tough arm day so I'm gearing up for a rough day!
 
Todays workout was brutal, it was designed to hurt and we had no rest between any of our sets. I took my Hyp X but don't know how much it helped. I was tired and hurting at the end so all I can say was I left standing.

Arm day

We started with tricep pushdowns at 60lbs for 15 reps supersetted with tricep overhead extensions 60lbs 10 reps and supersetted with 15 decline sit ups. We did 4 sets.

Then we did 15 tricep push ups supersetted with 20 tricep bench dips and then we did alternating tricep kick backs at 15 per arm. we did 4 sets.

Then we did 15 hammer curls per arm for 4 sets.

Then we did a 1/4 pronated raise at 15 per arm supersetted with the dumbells facing sideways and brought them straight up and twisted them to go down into a bicep curl back down. She had us bring them down to her counting and we had to do them super slow. We did 20 of these for 4 sets.

We did a burnout set of 60 reps, we did 10 per arm of three exercise in a row. First 10 per arm was hammer curls straight into flat bicep curls 10 per arm and then into pronated bicep curls at 10 per arm....my biceps were on fire.

We did a few other things in between that burnout set and then I finished with 10 min of cardio.
 
Today is an off day. We will be going on a trip fromThur-Thur and I need to get things washed and packed. I will still be dosing my Hyp X because if there was ever a need for endurance, its the packing for 5 people!!

Mad props to you because these are freakin' tough! I had a trainer once that had me do these but now a days they're just so difficult (and effective) that I won't even do them, lol.

We started with 60lb rope pulls to the forehead for 15 reps supersetted with bear crawls to the end of the gym and into 10 pushups, we did 4 sets.

We then went to side lateral raises where we started and twisted it on the way up so palms were facing the ceiling. We did 15 reps for 4 sets.

Then we did bent over laterals for 10 reps supersetted with 15 walk outs for 4 sets.

We did a single shrug straight into a 1/4 lateral for 20 reps and 4 sets.

We did 15 front raises for 4 sets.

We did a few more sets of different things and then ended with 4 sets of 100 broomstick twists.

Since we are leaving for Cali on Thursday I ran out of time for cardio. So I will do some cardio here later on.

I had good energy today but ran into shoulder pain half way in middle of my workout. But I finished it anyway.
 
I noticed good endurance today from my Hyp X but for some reason I was really sweaty today in the gym? Maybe because I had to take it with milk today instead of food? I also felt a tiny bit naseaus after the training. As soon as I ate it went away...

Chest day

Chest day was tough today for me.

She started us with hanging straps in the squat rack and we did a version of chest flyes parallel to the ground and back in again for 10 reps and went straight into 10 where we went parallel and took our arms straight out and back in. We did 4 sets of these. I was shaking at the end of them.

We then layed on our backs under the straps and did 15 pull ups x 3 sets.

Then we did incline flyes supersetted with 20 alternating stationary lunges for 4 sets.

Then we did 15 overhead extensions with 35lbs and supersetted it with 10 walkouts. We did 4 sets.

Then we did a triple set of 6 pec deck at 6 reps 80lbs and then we went straight into 15 pulses at 60lbs and then we did 20 jumping jack lunges. We did 4 sets of these.

Then we did a burnout set of 30 machine presses inside handle x 40lbs.

Then I did 20 min of incline cardio.
 
Well I'm back! The vacation went well until Tuesday when my mom called to tell me my dad died. He has been fighting ALS for months now so I knew it would happen, but it does not make it easier. At least he is no longer suffering:(

I took my Hyp X with me on the trip and it helped me quite a bit with the jet lag and three hour time difference, as well as the long 11 hr Disney day and the 6 hr Knotts beryy farm day. All of my super tired days I was able to feel the beta alanine tingles..I definitley recommend it for travel!

I'm very sorry to hear the bad news Christine. It's good to see your still pushing ahead and posting, I commend you on your amazing mental strength during such times. God bless you & your family.
 
Well I hit my legs today and my time off apparently weakened me. She threw me in at the same weights she had me at before.

I started with 15 min of incline cardio. Then we did leg curls at 80lbs x 15 supersetted with stationary lunges with a leg on the body board and dumbells for 10 per leg at 4 sets.

We then did 15 squats on the balance board with 40 lbs triple setted with walking lunges to the end of the gym and then 15 pop squats at the end. 4 sets.

Then we did 15 stiff legged deads with 40 lbs on the balance board for 15 reps and then did a sideways jumping squat down to the end of the gym and a running shuffle jump back. 3 sets here.

Then we did 15 70lbs 1/4 extensions for 4 sets and 4 sets of 50 calves.

I've decided due to muscle loss from vacation and circumstances and diet that I want to do a bulk and then re-do the diet. If I continue to diet I won't be able to gain muscle and I've decided to focus on that.

And yes I threw up on leg day and it sucked! Then I had to go get the kids and come home and make an order to get out. Blech...I hate leg day sickness..
 
Keep your head up girl....I've been through the father loss,his was due to cancer.It will jus make the time you have left worth that much more,so live every moment to the fullest.
 
Shoulder day

I have to take the kids for their yellow belt test today so I had to do the am training..yuck!

We started with 15 up and outs with the dumbells for 4 sets.

Then we did 10 candlestick raises per arm.

We then did 15 front lateral raises for 4 reps.

We also did one where we went straight out brought the weights in chin high and back out and down again, 15 reps 4 sets.

We did 70lb rope pulls to the face supersetted with 80lb over the head pulls for 15 , 4 sets.

Then we did reverse grip 35lb barbell raises to the front for 15 reps , 4 sets.

We also did pronated overhead raises for 15 reps and 4 sets.

We did some other things and then I hit a few leg things that I missed on yesterday. I'm super weak and tired from the break and hope it all comes back soon.
