delsolrob is going hunting armed with Epistane and AP - pulse cycle w/ log

This is def something I will consider...I'll be doing some more research on it.

I also ordered some Sustain Alfa and Toco-8 (promotion they were just offering)...I'm not sure if I'm going to try to integrate that into my cycle or save it for later. I've heard that the reservatrol can really help energize libido.

Im about to update my log and the main thing Im mentioning is Sustain. So drop in it may help you make your decision.

Looking forward to todays workout! today is also another big day because I'm upping the epi to 30mg today. I just took my first 10mg at 11:00 and I'm going to take 20mg about an hour before my workout (workout should start at about 6:30 tonight).

tonights workout will be back, bi's and shoulders.

At just 1 pump I noticed a slight elevation in libido and appetite within about an hour and half. 2 pumps more so for both. At 5 pumps/day my libido is uncontrollable and my appetite is rampant!

Out of everything I've ever taken, the craziest sex drive/libido increase etc.. was on the original Phera Plex by AE. Haven't tried any of the clones but man.... good times.

This workout ROCKED! I was really tired after work today so I took a 30 min nap 2 hours before working out, woke up a little groggy so I took 4 RPM and I was ON by the time I got to the gym.

Todays Max's:

270 on wide grip pull down (machine)
210 on close grip pull down
115 (each side) on Low Row (machine)
75 DB Shoulder Press
115 DB Shrugs​

I'm going to try to make it to the gym in the morning for some cardio. While I'm there I'm going to see where I land on the scale. I weight myself tonight and I came in at 192...I want to see what my dry weight is.

in my original post I weighed myself at night - pre workout (was 188)
 
I'm going to see how things go over the next week, but does anyone have any reservations about using RPM throughout the cycle?

I just can't get over how great I felt tonight, I don't know if it was the Epi or the combination of Epi and RPM but I felt amazing! (Focus/Energy/Strength)

also, I don't remember feeling this before but within minutes of taking the Epi I got a head rush. Anyone else get that sensation after taking it?
 
You think maybe it's the blood pressure caused by the RPM/Epi combo?

nah, I took the RPM nearly 2 hours after the Epi.

didn't make it to the gym this morning...got called into work a little early.

I feel like I can def see a little bit of difference in the mirror though...I think I'll get my BF measured after this week.

still, are there any thoughts about using RPM throughout the cycle?

did 40 minutes of cardio - elliptical hills

was helping a buddy from work start his workout routine, ended up working in on some chest...was a light workout though.

Still don't feel as sexually driven as usual (DTH is not doing it's job...how long before most people run it before feeling the effects?). I was really hoping to get my sustain alpha today...but mr postman didn't bring it!

RPM is the sh1t! Ive used it for all my cycles. I would DEFINITELY recommend it!

Rob, did you notice a head rush after taking your larger dosage of epi?

within minutes of taking my 20mg yesterday I got this head rush...kinda like when a stron stim hits you, and it lasted for a few minutes and then dissipated.

I'll see if the same thing happens tomorrow.

Nice... ya when I started my cycle I was looking at other cycles and what people had. It actually influences you on buying more stuff. Looking at one cycle made me buy papaya seed extract!?!

okay I just looked at the sustain. It take 35-45 sprays to get the equivelant of 4-5 pumps. So the 2 sprays you did really wouldnt have done anything. If youre gonna stick with the sprayer. Go with about 15 sprays to start and ramp it up day by day.

today was leg day

Overall this was a great leg day, no one at my gym ever does squats but for some reason today every squat rack was in use...I got tired of waiting so we hit leg press instead :-(

everything went really well, I felt great during my workout and my energy was amazing. the only issue was that my hamstrings were really cramping bad when I was doing leg curls...I made sure to have enough water so I don't know what's up.​

I finally got my sustain alpha and I used some of it tonight after my post workout shower and I think can feel the difference already. I used half the rec dosage tonight and I'll play more with it tomorrow.

also, after my workout tonight I ran into my boss and my director from work...ended up meeting with them for dinner so my diet wasn't great post workout and I didn't get my AP prior to eating dinner.

My mood is still great!

also, my progress is def visible to me in the mirror! my muscles are much harder and I can tell that my skin is tighter.​
 
This is one of the better log layouts i've come across, keep it up man everything is looking good, well except for the libido issues. Not to worry, if DTH works as they say it does, i'm sure you'll be back to :aargh: in no time.
 
Don't you hate when you want to have a perfect diet, train perfectly, perfect timing, than you have something like going to dinner with you boss and that just screws up your rhythm? It doesn't make a huge difference but still...

after my cardio this morning I came home and hit the shower, after the shower I tried another 15 sprays...I'll keep an eye on how I feel later...especially since I took 2 DTH this morning too.

If I don't want to @#$% anything that moves by tonight I'm going to be dissapointed!

I also started to take the Toco-8 with my protein shake last night.

I think I can def say that I am feeling the sustain today...I can't wait to take my next dose of DTHC today! I'm hoping the synergy of everything just kicks ass!

unfortunately I won't be able to discuss the benefits of Toco...I've got too much stuff going on here to really tell what is doing what.

yeah, shedding scares me...that's one thing I really hope the toco helps prevent!

yeah I dont know why I forgot to mention I had a little shedding during my cycle. But it was a few hairs a day!!! I no longer have anymore shedding tho. It stopped about 2 weeks ago.

OMG this workout Rocked...I was so fired up! I can actually say that I felt nearly invincible at the gym!

I started out on incline DB press and ran:
75x10
90x10
105x8
110x6

moved do DB flat bench

cable flies, free motion cable press and did a short tri routine.


Additional Notes:

I really haven't been feeling much running the epi at 30mg so I decided to move up to 40mg a day early. I think taking 20mg earlier in the day and then another 20 before workout was awesome!

I've been playing with the sustain alpha, this product seems unusual to me. about an 1.5 hours after applying it I can feel a tengling sensation in testicle and it lasts for a little while. I can also tell that I am a little more aroused...but this feeling doesn't last very long. I'm going to continue to play with the sustain and see what works best for me.

I've been running the cissus, but my bicep tendonitis seems to be coming back...:sad:

I don't know if this is just from the training or the effects of the AP, but I have been craving carbs like crazy...this has also lead to craving sweet things! I've been pretty good about keeping this in check but I haven't been perfect. I'm hoping that I can get this under control so that I can continue to lean up!​
 
I think that if you replace the PB sandwich with oatmeal in the morning it would help fill you up and control the cravings a bit. Oatmeal just fills me right up.

You might feel hypoglycemic after taking Anabolic Pump without consuming enough carbohydrates. This is different from carbohydrate/sugar cravings usually induced by hormonal imbalances. There are many options. One of the most cost-effective is a stack of Ashwagandha and Relora (NOW Foods).
 
Using Relora right now for cort and its does wonders. just throwin that in there.

today was back bi's shoulders

I really felt ON today, I love the combination of the RPM, Epi, and AP for these workouts! my workout partner was about 30 minutes late so I got one heck of a warm up in while I was waiting.

I didn't pay too much attention to the weights I was using today, I was really energized and we did more sets than usual and we varied the weights a bit. I know that I did more than one set of lat pull downs at 270.

I ended up getting a call from work before the workout and had to head in for a little while...I really don't feel like I got my moneys worth on todays workout! I had so much more in me! I'm really just going to have to make sure that I kill the next workout!


Additional Notes:

the rest of the week I'm going to traveling every day for work and I'm afraid I'm not going to have too much control over my diet for the next few days. Every morning I'll be going to work, getting on a shuttle headed to mexico. After work each day I'll take the shuttle back home (to San Diego)...I'm not looking forward to this!

I haven't been perfect with my diet but I really feel like the leaning effects I was seeing are gone. I feel like I look bloated in the mirror! I weighed in at 194 today (up 6 pounds), I'm going to see if one of my friends can check my body fat (caliper test) to see where I stand. strength is def up but my goal here is to really work on leaning up a little.

I ordered some DCP that I'll be adding in for the last 4 weeks of my log.

my mood has been great! my libido isn't bad, but it's def not great! I must say that the DTH and sustain aren't really making much of a difference here! I might just give up on these products and save them for PCT.

I have yet to add in the DHEA for libido...might give that a try this weekend. I'm just not sure I'm comfortable running it for the rest of the cycle...that's a long time and I'm afraid the DHEA will cause more problems.

also, thanks for the rec Strategic! I also ordered some relora and Ashwagandha. how should i dose this?​
 
I'm going to have to consider RPM in the future.

Rob don't ever move out of San Diego, you will very much regret it, loved San Diego...:sad:
 
haha, I know!

I actually kick myself sometimes for moving here too early in life...can't really move up from here (maybe hawaii...but then you're stuck on a rock).

I love it here...moved from Phoenix 4 years ago and I never want to move back!

I've used RPM before and I ran both Epi and AP individually for a while so I know how I react to all of them individually. But when I combined them all my workouts are phenominal!
 
...was def a cool feeling on Friday when I had a group of guys hanging around watching me bench!
