Carbs/Grams per meal: Zero. If any are consumed, they are vegetables such as a green leafy vegetable, broccoli etc.

3/4 of the day was dedicated to the Ketogenic Diet
1/4 or final segment of the day began the 18-24 carb load phase.

Additional Notes:
Today was my first day on DCP. Nothing significant to report with the exception of the significant boost of endurance I got during both my cardio and weight training sessions. I'm already enjoying this product because it gives me that much needed drive to push myself in my workouts. To be more descriptive, its not the feeling of a CNS stimulant one would experience. Its more of a drive to "complete the task" type of feeling. DCP is a nice alternative for those who are burned out on the stimulant based products. Other than that I have nothing out of the norm to report. Sleep is good as usual. No abnormal sweats. Start photos have been taken however I will not post these until the conclusion of my bottle of DCP along with the "end" photos.

Additional Notes: Nothing out of the ordinary to report. There were moments where I felt hotter than usual. I experienced this off and on throughout the day.

Workout:
Cardio consisted of 40 minutes of cycling. Alternating moderate to high intensity.

RPN Supplementation:

11AM: 3 caps before cardio session
4PM: 2 caps
11PM: 2 caps

Diet
1st day back on the Ketogenic Diet
Daily Protein Intake: 195 grams
Daily Fat Intake: 118 grams
Daily Carb Intake: Under 15 grams (Fibrous Vegetable)

Additional Notes:
I had a fantastic cardio session today. For cardiovascular work, I do the 24hour Fitness cycling classes for 40 minutes. Prior to taking RPN, I would sweat a lot. Best damn cardio I've done to date to be honest.
Today there was a noticeable difference in the spinning class today. I experienced more endurance during the 40 minute session. Usually I'm beat around the 30 minute mark & ready to walk out.
Another interesting note is that my t-shirt was drinched with water. More so than normal. Just to give you an idea, I usually wear a "wife beater" underneath my tshirt to catch the sweat and perspiration. After I concluded the cycling class, there was a noticeable imprint of my "wife beater" along with water/sweat outside the areas of A-Shirt.
 
I can't even fathom doing something as intense as the 24-hour fitness spinning class after taking DCP....I would have to switch to a kayak halfway through.

Great intensity in those, though.

*Body Stats Updated*

I had my body fat checked this morning and was utterly disappointed. Before starting the Keto diet 4 weeks ago, I neglected to have it checked prior to starting this diet so it is unclear where I started out at. My disappointment is more in the fact that I discovered I was sitting at 27 percent and not the 20 I was guessing.

Oh well. Spilled milk. I will be bumping my cardio up to 4 to 5 days in the spinning class with 40 minute sessions. Weight Training will be done as a split with cardio with cardio being done in the morning and weight training done late evening.

Thanks for your support ladies and gents. This log is indeed therapy and holds me accountable.
 
Worry about the mirror, honestly...I found myself in a similar position as you a while back, and some honest looks at diet and supplement discipline got me moving on a fasttrack quite quickly.

Great intensity in those, though.

It takes about a solid week and a half to become adjusted to the classes. Initially starting out, everything on your body will hurt from the waist down. Ass, calves, quads, and hamstrings if you don't properly stretch. Actually dcp makes the cycling class more bearable.
 
I've tried spinning and have determined it just isn't for me personally haha.

Total Daily Protein Grams: 214 grams (over by 16 grams)
Total Daily Fat Grams: 181 grams

Supplementation:

DCP
10:30 AM -3 caps before morning cardio session (on empty stomach)
2:30 PM - 2 caps before meal
11:30PM - 2 caps before weight training

Additional Notes: I experienced on and off moments of my body being warm when everyone else said that it was cool. No excessive sweating to report other than during my cardio session this morning.

I'm contemplating stacking Napalm with DCP. Because both of these items contain raspberry ketones, would there be a need to cut back on the dosage or run as suggested on the bottles?
 
Napalm and DCP are fine to stack. They go through different pathways of delivery so no need to cut dosages.

: Missed logging information today as my laptop automatically rebooted itself and I neglected to save the work.

Additional Notes
:
Took the day off. My mom came to town for 2 weeks and today was her last day in Denver. I got 4 hours of sleep maybe and was dragging ass the entire day. Needless to say, I took today as a rest day.

Training: Cardio and Weight Training Day Split
10:15AM - 40 Minute Cycling (Moderate to High Intensity)
10:30PM - Back and Bicep work

DCP Supplementation:
9:30AM - 3 Caps
9:45PM - 3 Caps

Diet:
Daily Protein Intake: 219 grams (Over by 25 grams)
Daily Fat Intake: 180 grams (8 grams shy of goal)

Additional Notes
: I forgot to take my second dose of dcp before going to work and made up for that missed dose before going to do weights at 10pm. I'm a sitting furnace now. Another note of interest would be that on both Tues and Wed of this week, I noticed on and off periods where i would get hot. It would last for about 10 minutes or so. I realized that I've reached the "week" mark in which it was said that the product would take effect.
 
Ahh..just wait until the weather gets even hotter. :)
 
Did you happen to notice the heat after you had a meal with carbs in them? My body is functioning so well as a fat burning machine that I blow massive heat after a carb meal.

I don't incorporate carbs into my meals until carb load days. My next carb load will be tomorrow night postworkout and throughout Saturday. I'll pay close attention to see if there is a increase in bodytemp after my postworkout meal.

The Napalm will be arriving either today or tomorrow. I ordered a bottle from a Supplement company based in Wyoming via Priority Mail.

I'm gonna go broke because of the favorable reviews of products on AM. I picked 2 and 3rd job to finance my addiction. Invalid Link Removed I gotta see this through. I have a bottle of Epi and Furazadrol in my closet and I vowed not to take them until I get my bf down in the neighborhood of 10 to 12%

:
DCP - 2 caps for breakfast at 11AM, 2 caps before work at 4PM, and last 2 caps before training at 10:30PM.

Napalm - Started first official dose at 12PM and last dose at 12AM. (Note: I couldn't resist but I ran two pumps for my entire anterior torso region on both doses)

Diet:
Daily Protein: 185
Daily Fat: 74 grams (missed the mark before 24 hour carb load)
Daily Carb load: 60 grams (post workout)

Additional Notes
:
Finally the Napalm arrived and I dived right into it. Feels like Bengay upon application. After my first official week of DCP, I'm noticing a more thermogenic effect. No excessive sweating to report. I didn't notice earlier than I find it more difficult to get out of bed in the morning. Maybe I'm just lazy. Sleep is really good.
 
You should try adding two extra caps in before workout so you can get the endurance factor from the DCP.

40 Minute Cardio - Cycling with moderate to high intensity.
Abs and Lower back

DCP & Napalm Supplementation:

DCP - 11AM, 3 caps (1st week completed, starting 2nd week)
4:30PM, 3 caps
10PM, 3 caps

Napalm - 12PM, 2 pumps (3rd Day)
11PM, 2 pumps

Diet:
Protein - 196 grams
Fat - 201 grams
Carbs - Fibrous Vegetable

Additional Notes:

I'm bumping up the dose of DCP to 3 caps, 3x daily starting today.
Napalm feels much like bengay however its sensation lasts a little longer it seems.

Right on. I have more updates to post as well as some changes I've made to my diet.
 
Still rocking it. Sorry that I dropped off for a while.

Things have been normal. Nothing outrageous or out of the norm to report. I still have moments where I sweat at work and at home. My sleep has been odd as of late. I get under the covers prior to going to sleep but around 3am they are hanging off the bed. Its kinda funny. I have the fan on in my room throughout the night and there are periods where I'm under the covers and the next they are on the floor. LOL. Speaking of sleep, I'm finding that I taking naps around mid-day and its been somewhat difficult to wake up and get going. This is probably due to my change in schedule and that I have classes in the morning now.

Another interesting note that I wanted to add. I'm dropping my calories by 500 due to slow fat loss. My new numbers are as follows.

2200 total caloric intake
165 protein
159 fat
carbs come from mostly vegetables

Monday, June 2nd, 08


Training:
35 minute cycling for cardio (moderate to high intensity)

Diet
:
Protein: 177 (12 grams over)
Fat: 111 (48 grams shy of goal)

Supplementation
:
DCP: 3 morning, 3 caps before work at 4pm, 3 caps evening
Napalm: 2 pumps 10:30AM and 2 pumps 11PM (Entire torso region)

Tuesday, June 3rd, 08


Training:
Chest and Shoulders
No cardio session today

Diet:
Protein - 171 grams (6 grams over)
Fat - 144 grams (15 grams short)

Supplementation:
DCP - 3 caps morning before class, 3 caps before work at 4PM, and last 3 caps in evening at 10pm.
Napalm: 2 pumps before morning class and last 2 pumps after shower at 10pm. (Torso region)

I will complete the remaining log for this week and it will be current as of Friday, June 6, 08 (tomorrow)
 
keep it coming. Don't worry about the scales. One day I say 205, another 208...lol. It all varies. Just worry about the mirror like other say.
 
I'm still here everyone. The information is pretty much the same as far as day to day training and nutrition.

I have good news though. After dropping my calories by 500 as mentioned in a previous post, my weight has gone down from 247 to 239 since June 3rd and today is June 12. I know, I know...stay off the scale..lol. As far as visual progress, I notice a degree of change in my torso but nothing significant. Other segments of my body seems to be leaning out more such as my shoulders and arms. The legs have seen improvements as well in terms of leanness.

My body is really stubborn when it comes to fat loss so I'm planning on my this an indefinite quest. For logging purposes, I will continue until my supply of napalm and dcp have ended.
 
Great work! It sounds like you're killin' this stack. I'm 11 days into my cut stack, and i'm loving the results. :)
 
I am on day 10, and while the scale only shows about 2 pounds less, it looks to me that something is leaving in my mid section...
 
whats is your caloric intake like? I had to bring my down to 2k -2500 to see progress.


I haven't really been counting cals. I am also running Recreate, Anabolic Pump, Xyience Growth Factor, fish oil, multivitamin...
From asking a few guys it seems like my body is in recomp and just trading off fat for muscle. I have a stomach and now I see an acual line below my rib cage...which I never saw before...something must be going on!

Morning is 1 cup oatmeal mixed with 1 scoop protein
Mid morning is banana
Lunch is a large salad (greens, tomatoes, and chicken breast)
Preworkout is a wheat flatbread and more oatmeal
Postworkout protein shake in milk
Dinner is 1 cup wheat pasta and either chicken/pork/red meat
