I honestly don't think he cares.I see her get hit on every day and I don't think anyone has plans of taking it anywhere other then little remarks.Thats probably why she has such bad ass wo's!She's always in a good mood.It's healthy uplifting criticism!Now I have to go to they gym.....Someone want to let me know how hot I am before I go?

C gets oggled and stared at everytime we got out. At first I was jealous and almost got into several fights. Unless some drunk-ass crosses a line and is either rudely vulgar, or staring like a creep, then I have learned to take is as a great compliment - for both of us.

I know how good she looks, and trust me - pictures do not do her justice.

I take most of it as a compliment. I mean I work hard in the gym and I try to represent as best I can in the suppliment industry. I have the same body dysmorphia as most people and can onlt see my faults. So It does feel good to hear that maybe someone else is blind and missing my faults also..lol.

Believe me when you go to a bunch of bodybuilding shows and your around fitness women alot , all you see after awhile is just how much work you really need to do!
 
well congrats on all the work you've done to make your physique what it is today...and congrats to dsade for being able to take the gawking and drooling as a compliment and understand that it's going to happen from time to time.

I get the same with my girlfriend...sometimes it's hard to deal with..but I feel the same as you dsade. I must have done something right for that much staring to be happening ;)

Actually I thank you the most for being in my log!! Its hard to log when you feel like nobody reads it!! It motivates me quite a bit to be held accountable over here. And to have people to cheer you on. It's like my online family!!!!
 
Im the same way with my logs. If I know people are depending on me for a response or if they just care enough to read along...it motivates me to eat right and live actively enough.

I still have that mental anorexia and feel like i'm still fat, but I verified today that I have the smallest waist out of all the guys in my office, even one I outweigh by almost 40lbs (and he is my height)
 
I think part of it is as lean as we are in the bodybuilding world, we see the 8% bodyfat people and compare with that. And when you get lean enough if you cheat you see the differance in your body. Where as before when I didn't lift I never thought about it, so I wasn't unhappy with myself when I ate something sweet.

Now if I do I feel fat and see the difference in my abs. So it puts much more stress on you to stay on diet all the time!! And the fight to get leaner is never ending.

We never really compare ourselves with the average perosn because we strive to be more!

Nicely put!I don't comnpare myself to normal people but I take note and can only shake my head and wonder what the hell they're thinking?Meanwhile they hear about me getting up at 4:30-6:00AM to go to the gym and then work all day afterwards while eating every 2-3 hrs(usually 2)and they are shaking their heads as well...........OR!(god I hate this one)What are you eating?(with a disgusted look)It's oat meal.Another disgusted look and then walks away.Or not being able to figure out why it's taking me so long to choke down food that I don't want to eat and asking over and over why I'm eating.......Nevermind ya'll get the point!Rants done!

Yikes...first of all, time to switch to decaf.

I started researching supps hardcore after becoming disabled in the Army, then promptly being hit by a freaking drunk driver while attending college. I got nothing from doctors, so took it on myself. I ended up working for Avant Labs, where I was instrumental in helping to bring out some of the cool things there (Sesathin, HEAT Stack, Phenogen, etc.). I went to work for Bulk Nutrition, helping to expand their bulk line to what it became, at the same time helping to launch Scivation and Prima Force, handling product design and logistics.

I took around a year off and wrote children's books, but I missed the industry...so I came back. We launched RPN with the investment every month from my Salary and a partner investor...and we struggled up to where we are today, working a MASSIVE number of hours a day.

We have several workers, and one of the greatest reps around - Trauma. I still handle all of the design work and logistics, in addition to sales, etc...as for Salary, I have yet to draw a salary from RPN - and it takes a massive amount of dedication and love to sacrifice comfort for what the future promises...and I think it is well worth it.

We're now on the cusp of a major growth change, having some major inquiries for some of our original products...but things have just not clicked completely yet.

As for work days...don't ask. We both work an average of 10-12 hours a day, plus workout time, plus research time. As you can tell, when it's time to play we play hard. :)

It feels really good to hear straight from the people that actually use, and love, the products that were born in my head and wrought through countless hours of hard work...it feels better than most anything else in this world.

Thanks alot man!That is exactly why I'm considering becomming a personal trainer,to help people for the better and feel good about it.I talk to a guy at my gym who's getting into bb'ing(sorta,not sure how big he wants to get).He's not knowledgeable but he's learning and consistent with wo's.Anyways I was telling him how to eat and showed him how to work legs and it felt great!Now he always ask questions and tells me he's eating alot and hitting legs every week! :woohoo: A job change is hard though and my Dad(boss)can profit over 100k yr when we are busy.The only thing is it's hard work with a mix of long ass hours then not enough hours and I have no passion for it.I do for bb'ing/fitness though.My life revolves around it.

Shoulder day

To be honest with you guys my mind tends to block shoulder day out. Like a traumatic accident..lol

We started out with 15 over heard 35lb barbell presses supersetted with dumbell straight out raises 10 per arm for 4 sets

Then we did a high row using cables and a rope to the forehead for 10 reps at 90lbs we did these with 30 mountain climbers for 4 sets.

Then we did 6 full circle starting in the front and ending up over my head with dumbells for 6 reps then we put the dumbells on the floor and balanced on them and did 10 pushups. 4 sets..lol

Then we did dumbell raises up in front back in and down for 15 reps, these always hurt me..they were supersetted with 20 1/4 pulses to the side. 4 sets.

Then we did 20 dumbell shrugs for 4 sets. We did some other things and did some ab work as well.

I also finally got my diet!! It consists of 9 meals every two hours...yuck. I believe it will be 8 weeks of misery.!

Chest day..
We started with 15 reps with the bar on an incline bench then we went up 20lbs for the last 3 sets for 15 reps. These were supersetted with straps with a handle on them that she hung from the pull up / squat rack top. We balance with the straps in front of us and did 6 low push ups. These were super hard because they had zero stability. We did 4 sets.

We then went to the same strap set up and put our hands in front of us with hands together and leaned as far out as we could in front of us and used abs and chest to push ourselves back to a stand. We did 6 of these for 4 sets supersetted with 10 push ups.

Then we did cable flyes 30lbs for 15 reps supersetted with bear crawls across the gym and at the end we did 10 more push ups. 4 sets here too.

Then we did 30lb flye motion with hands together and pushed straight out for 15 reps with six walk outs with a pop push up at the end and back again. 4 sets here.

Then we did dumbell single arm presses for 10 per arm supersetted with 6 push ups for 4 sets.

Then we did overhead dumbell extensions for 15 reps supersetted with 30 dragon flags. 4 sets.





We did a few other sets and were done!!! I did 20 min of cardio on a 15 incline before class.
 
Nice work Christine... i had an insane workout myself..cant even feel my arms.. and my chest is pumped times 10!!!
 
Diet is going much easier than expected so far. Although eating the same food for 8 weeks is going to be tough. Orange Roughy is a big part of it so I will need to adapt. She also has me on 3 daily doses of a thermo a day. With the last one at 5pm. I'm using Reloaded first thing, and ephedra for the last two. And DCP at night. I may dose the DCP at 5pm if the ephdra keeps me awake.
 
Orange roughy makes me think of an untrimmed redhead. :)

Back day

I was fine when I went in , but the atmosphere, too many people in class and her being grouchy just totally set me off.

We started with straight bar pulldowns at 60lbs x 15 supersetted with 15 crunches for 4 sets.

Then we did between the leg bent over pull ups x 80 lbs supersetted with single arm bent over rows for 6 at 35lbs. We did 4 sets.

Then we did the cable machine from the bottom with a single handle and pulled it up to our chest at 80 lbs for 15 supersetted with 15 pop squats. I did 80lbs on the first two sets then licked it up myself when she was on the other side of the gym to 90 to blow some steam. This is where my Hypertrop X seemed to aid me tonight. It gave me the endurance and focus to blow this rage out on the weights.

We then did spread out alternating arm deads from the center at 10 per arm with a single dumbell for 4 sets. Then we did them with 2 dumbells and did a bent over dead up into a shrug for 15 reps x 4 sets.

We did a few other things and then did some light ab work. I did 30 more crunches and 15 leg lifts and still had some pent up frustration so I went a did inclined treadmill at a 15 incline and ran uphill!!! I could have went longer but I ran out of time.
 
lol I feel bad... I had one of the best workouts... that sux you didnt have a killer workout for once!! Anyhow, keep it up Christine!! You gotta push through the good and crappy times!

Well as far as weights and stamina I had a good workout. It was just fueled with what I assume is your version of alpha male anger..lol I upped my weights on my own, seldom do I do that with her because I get to wore out.

Alpha male anger can be so cool sometimes!I hate my gyms music but when it realy gets to me I use the anger to fuel my wo.All I have to do is remeber the day I asked if they could change it to something that makes you want to workout and they basically said no.Their reasoning was that old people will complain.Yet there I was complaing that minute!Now I'm pissed too! :frustrate:

Awesome workout crader! Way to channel that frustration also!!:aargh: You were experiencing alpha-female mentality! ha ha It's real! I usually think of my over-bearing supervisor to get me through some workouts. Whatever it takes to up the intensity. I remember all of the people who told me this working out sh*t is a waste of time. I use all of this to my advantage! I also keep hearing the voice of Bruce Willis from Sin City where he tells himself, "Come on old man. Prove to them that you're still worth a damn"!! I hear this in my head everyday!! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
