Day:44

Decided to use this as my day off as opposed to Sunday... Went and saw Forgetting Sarah Marshall last nigh OMFG!! That $hit was pretty funny....

Yea right....lol I try. I wanted to put a pic wit my weiner swing-in but I thought that might be to much lol......I'll get all my before and afters together and post'em either tonight or tomorrow though.
And dude I had to cut my epi run short because of a bad@ss flare-up in my right nipp just a heads up.

DAM!! that sux! I have a prob myself..Well, the original comp i was planning on doing in May that I ended up deciding not to do due to a few minor areas that I need to fix etc. Anyhow the event organizer is really pushing for me o compete... Prob is that I havent been in comp mode for the past couple of weeks...

You could do it just for the experiance bro. You know just to get a feel for it and wear a g-string in public. That alone would be enough for me. (we are talking about a BBing comp here?)

O and my pics gone do to some of my boys PMing me and scaring me with there tales of the fuzz and what not so that was me. I guess I'll just E-mail everyone my pics if they want to see 'em....

I think there's a good chance you might judge yourself to harshly box. But that's not really a bad thing especially in the worlds most vain sport EVER lol.... So you're def not going to do it then I guess?

Hey you ever tried "Shock Therapy" (Universal) before? I got some to throw into my pct to help keep the intensity up. Idk I've tried alot of Pre-WO drinks and they all give me the shts so we'll see.

Looks a little to INTENSE for me...From like an average pre WO supp....it fails to mention any of the dosages... go figure...:jaw:
 
Day 45:

Delts and tris

Dam my tris have been looking deflated as i havent hit them in a while... but dam they are strong! On cables i simply was destroying them with strict form using the whole freakin stack!
Tris proved to be rather tiring because i hit my delts oh so hard! They were still urning after I had finished working out and after I arrived back home! But there growin like weeds! Aggression is out of this world and hardness of muscles is simply phenomenal!!MMV2 is def gonna be in my supp list from now on! Especially this summer!
 
Day 46:

Back +traps

Warmed up with pull ups and hit up the t bar machine lookin uber vascular! Seated cable rows were insane I was hittin that $hit up like Arnold was in Pumping Iron getting the ultra extension in, lat pull downs went superb as did shrugs...towards the end of shrugs i began to think of that guido from My New Hair cut doin the shurgs and my training partner was imitating what the guido had been doin, but i had already hit everything up so it was nice to end every thing with a good laugh!
