Hmmmm.... the stomach problems. If you haven't added anything new in the mix I would just wait 2-3 days. could be anything. I get like that as well. Alot from my mixed preworkout drinks, CEE or NO sometimes. And plenty of fiber. Huh. I would suggest just eating more. could be takin more supps than food, as we all do sometimes. If not get some pepto and try taking it about 15min. after pre-workout drink.
I like the thread. I am similar to your body stats. BF% and I am an easy gainer/loser. I see good fat loss on a 3/1 scale. stick to my diet hard 3 days(low carb-some cardio-around 3000 cals) then 1 day eat carbs every meal. maintain on nonworkout days. I can eat a pizza on the 1 day and look lean as crap when I wake up, but feel great. interested in seeing how things go.
when I lean up I usually lift heavy, heavy. like 4to 5 sets of 3-4reps. keeps my strength lets me get the most muscle out of my diet. that's just me though. Good luck bro.

Im gonna do it, im just still debating on how much i wanna eat because i can put away some food. So far im thinking wakeup, protein shake with some peanutbutter and some fiber with all my supps.
Then im thinking 2 footlongs from subway, after subway im going to maccaroni grill for my neices graduation so i may carb up there as well... Before each meal layden with carbs im gonna pop 2 aps and some chromium!
My carb up is next Tuesday, but its my last one then I'm switching back to taking in carbs for training (had enough of the carb cycling.)
Do you use chromium often for insulin regulation/sensitivity? I have just recently been reading up on it and it has caught my eye.

Yea I think ima just be one of those guys that has to pound abs out to get it. Build my obliques a little bit. My waist is naturally small compared to the rest of my body. I shouldn't complain my backs v taper is sick because of it.

I feel like the worse i eat on carbups the leaner i get the next day.

So i had a footlong and a 6 inch with doritos like i said, then went to carabbas ( sp? ) and had a ravioli dish with cheese and chicken n spinach, and then finished off my moms thing with chicken spinach and cheese. Overall it was great.
Took AP before each meal, im bloated and sweating my ass off :lol: I better wake up lean as hellll tomorrow damnit!
Doesn't AP and P-Slin have the same active compound. Is AP for more of a fat loss/pump combo whereas P-slin is more just preworkout? I hear people comparing the two all the time and saying mostly that they prefer P-Slin for a pump. I guess it has more of the active compound on a single dose. also where dose yellow gold fit in the picture as far as the two go? Is it more like AP?
