GT's Cutting for the summer log!

OCC i have no other carb meal other then breakfast outside of the 30gms waxy maize. Its funny, i actualy dont wanna eat carbs now that im so used to not eating them. Ill probly nix em all togethor and just carbup like normal.

So far so good today guys.

Alright guys ive nixed all the carbs again. I just feel better not eating them.

Heres my new workout concoction.

3 scoops watermelon extend
3 scoops CF ( Both these togethor should yield about 6-7 gms of leucine)
3 scoops glycergrow
1 scoop poseidon

Now tell me thats not fvckin baller!!! Hahaha

Cardio after workout, then cardio later tonight holllaaa!!!

Ok guys ive got a small problem and im not sure what to do about it. Its a little graphic but i need to see what i can do. Im having horrible stomach problems. Never had them before even on this type of diet. Its been happening for about 3 weeks now. Basicaly no matter what i eat or drink ( outside of water) it literally goes right thru me and not solid. I can hold it in if im out somewhere and sometimes it doesnt hit me right away but its almost after EVERYTIME i eat. I get veggies and fiber in the diet. Does anyone have any suggestions? I was taking GNC's Super Probiotic since a buddy works there and hooks me up and he says it works great for him. Any ideas?


Anyways enough of that heres the workout:

Did chest tonight with some biceps. Chest was painfully pumped along with bis, Forearms were just stupid pumped too. Strength didnt fall nor climb and i did 30mins of cardio. I may go back tonight around 9 and get in about 45 mins or so. Im really shredding down and wont stop till im friggin shredded. I wanna be jacked by xmass, and by jacked i mean 210-215 and like 10% bf. :lol:
 
Alright guys just got back from my nighttime cardio session. 47 mins of pure fatburning!

Ive got 45 mins of cardio in the am before work tomorrow. should be fun.

Then its shoulders at night with some abs.
 
Hmmmm.... the stomach problems. If you haven't added anything new in the mix I would just wait 2-3 days. could be anything. I get like that as well. Alot from my mixed preworkout drinks, CEE or NO sometimes. And plenty of fiber. Huh. I would suggest just eating more. could be takin more supps than food, as we all do sometimes. If not get some pepto and try taking it about 15min. after pre-workout drink.

I like the thread. I am similar to your body stats. BF% and I am an easy gainer/loser. I see good fat loss on a 3/1 scale. stick to my diet hard 3 days(low carb-some cardio-around 3000 cals) then 1 day eat carbs every meal. maintain on nonworkout days. I can eat a pizza on the 1 day and look lean as crap when I wake up, but feel great. interested in seeing how things go.

when I lean up I usually lift heavy, heavy. like 4to 5 sets of 3-4reps. keeps my strength lets me get the most muscle out of my diet. that's just me though. Good luck bro.

Thanks for the support bro. Im picking up fiber tomorrow, i talked with Easy and im gonna add some fiber to see if that will help. Im eating veggies but i guess still nothing in the way of fiber maybe. I also like that idea of 3 on 1 off type of thing with carbs, works great for me but im gonna see how well 5 on 1.5 off do for me as well. Im gonna experiment and just do a crapload of cardio.

I think i need a better probiotic as well. Thats when this started acting up. Gut health will be purchased and see if that makes it any better.
 
keep up the hard work. I'm fixin to eat 2 chkn breasts stuffed with ham and rolled in bread crumbs, and it's 11:00. Piss on it. somebody's gotta do it.

Diets still going strong.. I picked up some psyllium husk fiber today too. Hopefully this will help.

Definately looking leaner, hunger pains are driving me insane, im trying to wait till the weekend to carb up. We shall see though.

I also have major doms from my chest/bi workout.
 
Did some light legs, basicaly what i didnt cover the other night when i decided to go back n do em. Also threw in some traps and some abs then hit 45 mins of cardio.

Im gonna be shredded by the time its summer!
 
Alright guys diets been great. Not sure when im gonna have my cheat day. Probly sunday but im not sure. So far so good on that!

Rocked out 45 mins of cardio earlier today. Weight is right around 191. Im hoping to stay around this weight while dropping the fat but who knows! The lowest i wanna drop is about 185 but 180 is absolute lowest lol.

Tonight is looking like shoulders and 30 mins of light cardio after.
 
Ok guys, went in and tore shoulders up. It was just insane! Sweat was up, nothing crazy but some. Did some oblique work and some ab work as well and did 40 mina of cardio after.

The people at the gym are starting to notice and make comments that i just need to start camping out back. :lol:

Diet today was perfect. I walked into a GNC today to see what they had on sale if i could grab anything and the guy told me i should work there part time, my body would sell the products themselves. Definately made me feel good even if it was from a dude! Im completely in the zone , my minds right, diets right, training is phenominal.

I have a carbup sunday but idk if i wanna do it! Im just being picky i guess. Ill love it when i carbup and Ap will be my best friend!

Aggression is up, libido is up, all that good stuff!

I think me too, going to go TKDish style. some carbs pre-post training, and just try to keep them low the rest of the time.

Yea ive actualy been taking it even on low carb days along with ala as well and ALCAR.. Im gonna enjoy it!! :lol: 2 footlongs here i come!

Then im thinking 2 footlongs from subway, after subway im going to maccaroni grill for my neices graduation so i may carb up there as well... Before each meal layden with carbs im gonna pop 2 aps and some chromium!



You are so not going to eat two of them!!!! Instead of chromium I use vanadyl sulfate when I indulge in carbs;):run::donut:
 
Hahahahah 2 footlongs and a bag of chips is not uncommon for me! But ur right I may tone it down. Footlong and a 6 inch! Hahaaha.. I may be even better and eat clean until maccaroni grill.. I've gotten back into my "paranoid" fat gain state hahaha so one cheat meal may be all ill have. I almost ate bad last night since I was hungry in the middle of the night but had about 4oz of crystal light to hold me off. It worked well.

Weight is hovering between 191 and 193 depending on how much food I've eaten. Im getting lean as can be though.

Any ideas on what brings up a lagging v taper in the lower abdomen?
 
The that chicks love! Haha I can see mine coming in bit I want it more aparent. Its weird, my obliques are getting shredded but that v nd lower abs still are tryng to hide! But im armed with napalm and a good diet so they will surrendor! Lol
 
for some its genetics, i pretty much always have it even when im in my upper range of bf%. what can i say im blessed with it! lol. Anyway i imagine leg lifts work this area well or sit ups on a steep incline.
 
Damnit! Lol I guess ima have to work the crap outa some leg lifts because if im above 12% its non existant. I do a lotta leg lifts now almost everyday I do a set or so with some oblique work.

Yea I think ima just be one of those guys that has to pound abs out to get it. Build my obliques a little bit. My waist is naturally small compared to the rest of my body. I shouldn't complain my backs v taper is sick because of it.

No cardio or workout today, feels nice just relaxing. Im still debating on whether or not to do cardio tomorrow morning. I may do it just for peace of mind. What do yall think, yay or nay?

Well i did wake up early, been sleeping like crap lately and went to bed pretty early last night for my standards atleast. I think im gonna pump out some cardio this morning, but just some walking, nothing crazy! Then it shall happen!!! My carbup day! Woohoo.. Funny thing is, im not even craving anything really. Im still gonna have subway as it sounds good but the cravings arent taking me over :lol:..
 
Well i ended up doing a little more then expected. I guess since im so in the zone i just cant help, pumped out some arms, abs, and did about 35 mins of cardio. Im not even wanting to carbup but im going to. lol

So far i just had a 40gm shot of protein before my workout, nothing after so far. Figure i probly dont need it but ill eat before i head out, then ill take some AP and have 2 carb meals in a row and call it a day.

Oh yea, weighed myself with some pills in the gut and a 40gm shot of protein at 188.5. Niiiicee!!! ( best borat voice )

Hahahha yep! I just downed a 40gm shake. So in protein alone im at 120gms and that's not including the protien from the meatballs or tuna. Hahaha and then if I eat at carabas tonight. Hhhmmm maybe that's why im sweating. Hahaha

It might take a day or 2 but I seem to get alot leaner when i pig out. I was eating doughnuts al weekend and I am lean as hell now and will be even more tomorrow.:donut:
 
Doesn't AP and P-Slin have the same active compound. Is AP for more of a fat loss/pump combo whereas P-slin is more just preworkout? I hear people comparing the two all the time and saying mostly that they prefer P-Slin for a pump. I guess it has more of the active compound on a single dose. also where dose yellow gold fit in the picture as far as the two go? Is it more like AP?

Pslin i believe is more concentrated for one certain compound. I took 2 aps before each destructive meal lol.

Woke up this morning, doesnt seem to have done much damage, diets back on track and im killing back tonight with 45 mins cardio after.
 
Ok guys weighed in at 196 after a full day of food and carbup meal yesterday hahaha.

Anyways i killed back today, got told i look like the hulk and was rediculously vascular! This cutting shits workin great, and i have great energy too!
