Cycle starts Apr. second.It will be m-drol at 10/10/10,and methoxy tst-12 mg pulsed on wo days.This will be a half a$$ed log.The only reason I'm doing it is because of the lower than everage dose of m-drol.I have seen many gain 10-15lbs with 10/10/10,and I will be happy with 10lbs.Hopefully I will gain with little to no sides and people will start to go hmmmmmmmm :think:
I have been pre loading hawthorne berry extract at max dose.And a liver support supplement at twice the recomended max dose.I started niacin today for lipids.I'm going to start cycle support the day before cycle(tomorrow).Phosphatidyl serine and dhea for cortisol.The dhea is supposed to help with lethargy as well.Also 1 carboxy to help with sleep and to control prolactin.I have p-5-p too,but I will only take it if needed.I take a complex b vitamin now along with a multi,so I shouldn't need it.I also have taurine for back pumps and cramps.

I have been doing low reps 1-5 for the last month or so and doing upper body mon and thurs,and lower on tues and fri.I'm going to start fst-7 by Hany Rambod with reps back to 6-12.I will also be doing a split routine again.The one he suggest.Basic heavy lifts are always the heart of any and all of my training routines.I also planned a four day break from the gym before this cycle starts.I like to do that to add some shock to the muscles.Thats also why I have been doing low reps for a little over the past month.To increase strength a little,and add a nice shock when I come back to 6-12.I know I forgot some sh!t,but thats about it.
