Cycle starts Apr. second.It will be m-drol at 10/10/10,and methoxy tst-12 mg pulsed on wo days.This will be a half a$$ed log.The only reason I'm doing it is because of the lower than everage dose of m-drol.I have seen many gain 10-15lbs with 10/10/10,and I will be happy with 10lbs.Hopefully I will gain with little to no sides and people will start to go hmmmmmmmm :think:

I have been pre loading hawthorne berry extract at max dose.And a liver support supplement at twice the recomended max dose.I started niacin today for lipids.I'm going to start cycle support the day before cycle(tomorrow).Phosphatidyl serine and dhea for cortisol.The dhea is supposed to help with lethargy as well.Also 1 carboxy to help with sleep and to control prolactin.I have p-5-p too,but I will only take it if needed.I take a complex b vitamin now along with a multi,so I shouldn't need it.I also have taurine for back pumps and cramps.

liquid nolva-20/20/10
drive-3pills,two times a day for 36 days.(two bottles)

I have been doing low reps 1-5 for the last month or so and doing upper body mon and thurs,and lower on tues and fri.I'm going to start fst-7 by Hany Rambod with reps back to 6-12.I will also be doing a split routine again.The one he suggest.Basic heavy lifts are always the heart of any and all of my training routines.I also planned a four day break from the gym before this cycle starts.I like to do that to add some shock to the muscles.Thats also why I have been doing low reps for a little over the past month.To increase strength a little,and add a nice shock when I come back to 6-12.I know I forgot some sh!t,but thats about it.

Thanks man!I will.Hopefully others will try lower dosed cycles too instead of just doing 10/20/20 no matter what.Or even more!.I'm hoping aquanutz post his experience's.I pm'd him asking him to.He's one I know of who has had good cycles with 10/10/10(2).Even after doing 10/10/20/20 I believe.

If you look at my older posts, you'll notice that I ran low doses pretty much no matter what. My body responds amazingly to these kind of things.

Thats cool.I was just saying it would be convincing for others to see others respond well to lower dosed cycles.If they're interested enough,they can look it up though.

Great to have you!You will bring some great knowledge and personal experience.Obvisouly you're on cycle right now too!I can't believe I can actually say this,but mine starts tomorrow!!!It's going to feel great just getting back to the gym after these past four days.I have been eating like a little girl.My appetite always disappears when I don't train.

Also.I usually weigh myself at night.They say to be consistent with when you weigh yourself,and you weigh 2-3 lbs more at night.So I chose that.Lol!!It seems others weigh in the morning,so I started that today.
weight-172
arms-14 5/8
quads-24 5/8
calves-15 3/4
these measurements are arms flexed,but quads and calves relaxed while all are cold.Quads and calves don't make much of a difference either way.Also,quads are up high,just below my a$$.I always heard to measure the biggest part of the muscle,making sure the tape stays straight.Perpindicular to bodypart.

Indeed. I absolutely loved it. I've run longer SD cycles stacked with 11OXO and Epi Pulses. A 3 week @ 10mg is by far the most cost effective (in both terms of money and sides) and the gains were just a tad shy of what I gain from my 4 weeker of 10/10/20/20 with 11OXO.

It's not wroth the risk (for me personally) to do a longer, heavier cycle when the mini ones are just as badass. WOOOOO!!! :clean:

DAY 1-tri's,bi's,and calves
Had my first wo this morning with the tst and m-drol.Pumps were great,and it felt very good to be back.I'm wore the fvck out right now!!!I don't think it's lethargy from the m-drol though.I got to bed at 9,when i wanted to go to sleep at 8:30.Then I couldn't fall asleep.Just lots of tossing and turning.Then today was the first time in four days I had to wake up at 4:30,and the first time to train period in four days.But a great wo with awesome pumps.I also started the fst-7(training style),but it felt like their was some help with the pumps.I'm shooting for growth only.I know strength will come with it,but i'm not going to go lower than 6 reps,with minimal rest between.The fst-7 is quite nice to by the way.I dosed the dhea at 50mg's.Ya'll think thats enough?I'll prob up it if lethargy becomes evident,and keep it at 50 if not.Just wondering.

I'll throw the vitamin c in if needed.I have already bought so much stuff for this,and i'm already taking a million things it feels like.The main reason I threw the dhea in was because I heard it helped control cortisol.The lethargy part is just a bonus for me.

Mega dosing vitamin C is very effective at controlling cortisol too. I don't think using the dhea too would hurt though.

The fst-7 has got my calves feeling sore already!You finish off each body part with 7 sets of 6-12 reps with 30-45 seconds rest between.I do 30 seconds.I finished calves with standing calf raises,and they are already sore from this!I have been feeling my arms today already getting sore also.I did Gironda perfect curls for the final 7.You lean back a little at the beginning(bottom)of a standing barbell curl.Then as you go up you lean forward.You don't have to "sway" too much to make a big difference.I was barely getting 6reps for set 5 and 6 with the Gironda curls.I did them regularly for the last,and I got nine reps.They are great for keeping tension on the bi's throughout the full range of motion.My arms were so pumped after bi's(I did tri's first)That I could barely get the towel to my face to wipe off the sweat!This has to be the tst.It's been over a month since I have had a good pump due to doing lower reps.I was realising today though,that these pumps were better than average.For shure!!!

Glad to hear the workout went well. When I'm on SD I feel like god about half way through week two. I seriously have to stop myself from going overboard in the gym.

As Bassgod said, the Vitamin C can help a lot. I normally megadose it all year round. This could be why my gf is practically dying right now and I'm perfectly healthy. :head:

Although I HIGHLY doubt you'll get lethargic on such a low dose of SD. I actually found the reverse while on it. I guess everyone is different.

I hear ya bro I did legs today (I wake-up at 4:45am) and all I took was some greenbulge and a caffeine pill!!!!!
I F'in HATE working my legs! I only do it so I don't tip over from not being able to support my Real Muscles lol.......

Another great day!!!Pumps in the quads were painfull.Especially the tear drops.I finished quads off with the leg press,and by set 2 I was ready to be done from the pain!!!Obvisouly with 5 more to go with 30 sec breaks.I highly suggest the fst-7 training style.It is very challenging.My calves are so sore from yesterday that I had a hard time getting a pump from the leg curls(final 7 for hams) because of the pain in my calves!!!I slept much better last night and I don't feel wore out at all right now.which actually happens quite a bit after leg day.So this is good.Tomorrows off,then it's chest and tri's.Arms are being hit twice a week with the fst 7 split.Once on their own day,and then tri's with chest,and bis with shoulders.Which is good.I have always felt that my arms could be slightly bigger without being "too big."I'm also trying to bring up my upper chest,so atleast two of the three chest wo's will be finished with inc flyes,or prob cross overs for the final 7.

I like to throw in a few sets of close grip bench or close hand pushups on arm day to hit my chest a little while I work my tri's. It's just like throwin in a tri exercise when you work chest. Idk it works for me, give it a try.

Oh I will.I rarely ever hit tri's without close grips.Same with dips.Every now and then i'll do one or the other with some isolated exercises thrown in.My favorite wo is dips,close grips,and skull crushers or rope push downs.I did your reverse grips last time that you like so much.I realy felt them hit the tri's in a somewhat different way.I couldn't use near as much weight,but it was a nice change.

I haven't noticed any negative sides yet.It's still early,but in the past,I have noticed headaches on the first day or two while working out.Also cramps after working legs in the tear drops.I felt them try to cramp a couple times today,but very weak like.I guess the 4 grams of taurine took care of that.Last time I took the taurine throughout the day.This time I took it all before my wo.

Also.I haven't been putting weights and reps,cause I don't know what I normally do.I just put a plate on to warm up,then start adding with each set.How much I add depends on what rep range i'm shooting for.I can tell when I gain strength though.Besides,all that matters is the increase on the tape measure! :bb3:

You should espessialy use them (I prefer doing them with db's for safety) because it's actually an upper pec move!
If your trying to bring up your upper pec just do all (that's right ALL) of your presses flys ext on an incline. Your pec's will still get a good wo but your upper will really come in this way. My upper pec's used to be pretty much non existent until I started doing this. What I would do is my first press/fly (whatever) exercise on an 30 degree incline, the next at 45 the next at 60/70 and so on....or any variation of the inclines you want.

I also (as you know) love doing revers grip bench because it helps bring out the cut in the front of your delts were they meat your pecs! They wont let me rep you,but thank you.Thats what I was thinking.I couldn't imagine reverse grip with your arms apart like needed to hit chest.It's hard enough with the close grip.
