Essentially, Matthew76's actions (bribing a tester and releasing the ingredients of 3-ad PUBLICALLY on bb.com) here has caused us to black list every single tester for 3-AD from ever testing with AX in the future. He knows who broke their NDA and unfortunately, a really great group of guys are going to get shafted because Matty and this one tester decided to screw everyone over. The only way this can be revoked is if that individual's name is disclosed.

To everyone who is testing 3-AD, I sincerely apologize for having to take this route. All of you, except for one, are a great group of guys whom we hand selected to test 3-AD.

I would lay most of the blame on the tester though. You are always going to have haters and the competition.

At the end of the day, it was the tester that linked the info. Can't wait to hear the rest of the story on CNN

The whole issue confuses me.

Was there a nondisclosure statement faxed/signed before distribution of said 3-AD?

Also I'm curious, but why would him releasing the ingredients cause any problems?

And why a blacklist?
 
yes each tester signed an NDA. one of thsoe testers released the info to matthew76.

matthew76 released the ingredients publically. We are trying to figure out where the leak is. only way to know for sure is to not let current testers test again.

so 2 people ruined it for a whole LOT of people! (about 17)

Pretty much means no more testing opportunities before hand for AX products. plus, not sure i would select you as a tester, as obviously i can't trust you, cause you won't even tell me whats going on.

At the time I received the pm's I was unaware who Matthew was or that he worked for someone. I thought he was a non-affiliated member. Learning that he is actually working with another company, his posting the sensitive information (and also not disclosing who he was) at BB.com is a much bigger issue then I thought. He's now been banned. I'll also offer a slight apology to Biceps for jumping to conclusions so to speak.
