If the people you worked with saw your post count...yeah, that'd probably be an awkward conversation.

Damn you websense!!! I wish I could get away with setting up a proxy at my house and connect our work computer to it.
 
Oh and I totally blasted my pecs and quads yesterday.

I made a sudden change to 30+ rep per set scheme since I only have 40 pound dumbbells to work with this week.
 
Anybody see that Foxnews.com is now linking naked pictures of hot women? It's that chick from some MTV show called "the Hills" and she's hot and naked. And the direct link is on Fox News...never thought I'd see that.:cheers:
 
On a side note, how ironic is it that my work didn't block/filter those pictures, but blocks/filters my google email account. This system is busted.
 
Anybody like the idea of Havoc/Furazadrol together for 6 weeks? I've seen some opinions that the two aren't very synergistic together, but I can't see why not.

It might work ok.

One of the first Furazadrol logs I read said the weight loss was pretty dramatic, but it really didn't enhance recovery that much.

But Epi*, on the other hand, I've found gives some pretty radical recovery time, as well as steady strength gains.

So one might conclude the combo would give a nice cut, while preserving lean mass, and maintaining or even gaining strength. And they're both also supposed to be anti-gyno in each their own way.

I've noticed after 2 weeks on my Epi + Phera I've put on 0 lbs in weight. My lifts are strong, I'm setting PR's, but no weight gain. I haven't noticed any real fat loss....I'm thinking its Juggernaughts Phera... I think I read something about 'quality control' issues that that particular brand.

This is when pictures come in handy. Even if you do not show them to others, you can evaluate them yourself.

Now, the next thing is to determine how many calories you are taking in and how many you are burning.

easy to get in and out of, etc. And feld like a good workout with only 90lbs of plates on it. I'll go higher next time

I've also heard questionable things about that label.

But maybe you just need to eat more?
