Also think these are from 3 days ago! I think i look better than that with the addition of more calories in the last three days and my continued mostly healthy eating. haha I thinkin this stuff is the real deal..... Natural, no sides, visible gains , increased vascularity and cuts. In the last pic ive got a sweet waist to chest/back ratio, and my long arms are noticable, reach is 6'7".

ya man your BI is noticabley bigger in that one close up shot, way more defined.... and i was thinking the same thing bout the increased appitite when i saw the date on the pics... the fact its adding mass sand obviously quality mass with the maintained BF% and increasing your diet is great!

I still cant stop thinking though that the coolest part about this supplement is its not suppresive and will be able to be used during PCT!!! will make keeping gains virtually garunteed and more then likely will allow many to continue gaining through PCT!
 
Exactly right, Poop! Plus the increased appetite and apparent nutrient partitioining are waaaay welcome in PCT. This seems to be a great supp for those who dabble and those who remain natty. Nice progress man
props to anyone progressing this fast on natural substances and just plain hard work. Your back is noticebly bigger as well as your bicep. :thumbsup: fvcking excellent keep it up.

Unfortunetly after times a plenty with women.. things have fizzled momentarily as a changeover occurs. It always takes time to find some more keepers and when i do ill suppose how Phyto-tests impacts. My horny-meter is at an average level. If i get some it makes me think about it more than if i miss a few days.
 
Day 16:

Barbell squats: (done slightly lower than normal) 135x15, 175x12, 205x10, 230x10, 250x9
Leg press: 400x12, 490x10, 580x10
One leg quad ext: 75x12, 90x10, 105x10 two leg: 160x10
Lying ham curl: 60x12, 70x10, 80x10
Seated ham curl: 130x12, 130x10, 145x10

Two of the heads on my quads were still sore and tight, prolly not a great idea to hit legs but i did anyway. The burn today was crazy, i took me a while to get my legs full of blood but the lactic acid was insane on the one leg quad ext.
I am moving to day so im off to do so, that is a workout unto itself.
 
Day 17, 18, 19...

I moved in my place to find that the guy hadnt moved out yet... So like the champ that i am, i helped him get the Fvck out. Got my stuff in, got my bros stuff in , helped my g-ma move some stuff (shes staying w/me). Unpacked, went to a "ghetto fabulous" party, worked 10 hours yesterday and helped my gma again and finished setting up my pad and hauling stuff to the dump from old tenant. Ive been eating ok and found a new supp company im prolly going to use. I am in the gym tommorow and we'll see what the scale tells me. Did i mention its been from -20's to -30's celcius during the fiasco, COLD!!! The landlord took 175$ off my rent for my efforts and having to clean other dudes crap , but damn it still sucked bwalls.

Just weighed in at 192.5, feeling nice and full, i wonder what this stuff does at a higher dose? I propose one of you multi bottle holders lying in the shadows does a ramped 40 day cycle log and gets stupid big in the name of natural science.

I was also thinking to double dose this stuff would be lovely. I'm really liking the leaning out / bulking up effect. I think 1Tbsp Morn and night would be fan freaking tastic...

Thanks for the update. Not that your input on the subject is not appreciated but considering that you're still young, this doesn't really say that much. Know what I mean? I hope I don't come off as condescending. I just think that it would mean alot more to hear from an older person that already has less-than-optimal performance. But aside from all of that, your log (don't get any ideas, tough guy!) has me really interested in trying this out!!!

Seated Military dumbell press in rack: 135x12, 175x10, 200x10, 225x4
Side lying laterals on Incline with 90 degree elbow bend superset: 10x12 10x10, 15x10 10x10, 15x10 15x10
Seated rear delt row with rope: 60x12, 65x10, 70x10
Rear delt reverse flye: 20x12, 20x10, 25x8

Weight is holding steady continually getting leaner in small but noticable ways. My strength pumps and endurance has been fluctuating and i attribute it to nights like last night where i fell asleep before getting my pm shake or dose of Phyto -test :(. I have already stated that i am upping the cals and think its overdue. Gonna try a slightly higher dose today.
 
Easy if you have the cash I would highly recommend double dosing it during PCT. You're gonna love it that much.

If your going to double dose, make sure you break it up into 4x a day dosing for the best results. Its important to keep the blood levels steady.

Upright barbell row: 135x12, 155x10, 155x10
Dumbell shrugs: 70x12, 80x10, 90x10

Felt weaker today during my workout so i dropped the weights to get the same quality of contraction and burn. I think it has something to do with doing back on days 10 and 12 i dunno how the heck i missed that or even did back twice in three days? Anywho weight is down a touch today and even tho i ate one hour ago i am hungry so off i go to fire some food in the oven.
 
Day 22:

Chest

Inlcine dumbell: 70x12, 85x10, 100x10, 110x4
Decline Smith Press: 180x12, 210x10
Decline Barbell: 205x12, 225x9
Dips: x20, x15
Cable flyes: Top 40x12, 45x10 Bottom 40x12, 45x10

Felt awesome had a recent PR with the 110's on incline. Getting very full but dropping in weight again, 189 today. Workout voume is increased and so is muscle tone.
 
Day 23:

Tri's

Overhead dumbell french press: 70x12, 85x12, 100x10, 110x9
One arm cable pressdown: palms up 40x12, 50x10, 60x10 superset palms down x10, x8, x8
Standing widegrip front pulldown: elbows in front of body 50x12, 60x10, 70x8

Bi's

Standing widegrip elbows back curl: 50x12, 60x10, 60x8
Reverse grip cambered bar curls: 45x12, 50x10, 60x8
Dumbell curl: 30x12, 40x10, 45x10

Sickly pump, looking bigger and others are noticing it too, weight at 187.8 today on the digital scale. Nice and lean looking and feeling good.

Day 24:


Rest

Ive noticed since upping my cals that ive got good definition but have picked up a lil more in my mid section. I think this supplement is good to ramp bc i havent felt the same sensations that i felt at initial dosing. Sensations like an energy boost and a nice pumped ready to rock feeling. My sex drive is normal and not as powerful as it was a week ago. My energy, mood and general well being are very nice, i got a solid nights sleep the last two nights where i woke up singing and in an awesome mood. My bottle seemed a bit empty maybe im running out due to over dosing with the 5 ml measuring device.
 
Day 25:

Had a 2 hour rugby practice and didnt seem to have the same power and speed as two weeks ago. I got the job done easily but am thinkin i really need monitor soreness, stretch and keep hydrated. I think hitting my legs when they were a touch sore after the last practice was a mistake. Im walking a fine line now with a high caloric output i need to time my meals carefully and missing one or being late has ramifications. I went to the pub with the rugby guys and drank water and had chicken strips to keep this log movin along. Ive got a few days left and definitely think i like Phyto test and will probably use it again. The true measure comes when i compare before and after pics....

Got in a fight last night bc 9 drunk 20 somethings were taunting me making threatening gestures while i parked and i ignored them. They seen me park and they were aparently going to the store.. 20 mins later i looked out the window and they started messing around with my car hitting the windows and doors when they came back from their walk from the store. I knew they would do that bc they seen me park right infront of the building we were all at. I was chillin watching movies when i got this instinct to look out the window and i seen them approx 20 ft away from my car and walk up to it point at it and start hitting it. I ran down two flights of stairs in my socks and when i got outside said "who is fking with my car?" pointing at each of them i said "was it you?". One guy steps up and admits it and i ask him to apologise and he did. I then asked him why he was doing that "now honestly tell me why you felt the need to mess with other peoples property?" As the situation is all but resolved the big guy speaks up and takes off his coat saying "i didnt want to have to do this but.." Im like "Do what?" he takes a step back and swings and misses ,standing in -15 celcius in his t-shirt so i hit him with a left jab and waited. He looked surprised and i said "lets go" he said "yeah" and i said "yeah". I hit him with another jab, backed up moved around and then went in with a third jab and a right hand that crumpled him. This kid was 21-22 6'5" ish and approx 210-220. The thing that got me was it was resolved and the guy who was actually doing **** to my car said he was sorry and we agreed there was no damage, then buddy tried to look cool bc there was 9 of them and me and my friend. I had to shake my head at myself and the whole situation, but have no regrets. I have a sore possibly sprained thumb somehow and its going to make my trips to the gym more challenging.

I know the run down feeling from rugby bro. It’s tough to train with heavy weights after getting your ass bruised up and thrown around from a tournament (or even practice). I generally take my few days off to recuperate.

I think im going to scedule some time off after rugby ar just hit the smaller upper body groups, less is more when it comes to overtraining!

damn man, serves the guy right for trying to be the "big man"..... when will folks realize this, being bigger aint everything. Damn figure theyd all know this watching UFC, smaller (not saying your small) guys can scrap, n the most nerdy guys can be animals.... never know what your stepping into everytime you pick on someone you dont know.
 
Day 26:

Another gymless day but feeling fully recovered and nice and hard. Another epic sexual encounter last night as i had sex for over and hour and a half and got my cardio for the day. I enjoy the changes that have occured during my phyto-test log strong erections, muscle preservation at a caloric deficit, muscle gains, leaning out, agression noted at onset of week two. My skin has gotten better as well and by better i mean clear and moist. That very well may be the result of dedicated fluid intake but Phyto-test hasnt given me skin problems regaurdless. I get random eczema and have sensitivites to lanolin and alcohol making me a great dermis effects measureing device.
 
never know what your stepping into everytime you pick on someone you dont know.

Thats why you see people 'puff up' and make alot of noise before they start sh1t. They have no clue what you know, so they try to make you think they know more through a mental intimidation. When you see someone doing the mind game stuff, if you know your right hand from your left hand you have them beat most of the time. :twisted:

Weighed in at 189 today, im a bit dissapointed my weight hasnt continued to increase but my body fat measure will be a significant indicator of fluctuations and pictures dont lie. Ive found that my bi's are strong and really focused on back flare and contraction to hit the intended areas. I made some great inroads with this curvy bummed hottie today and did a solid workout with a nice pump. Ive found lately that i dont lift very heavy and feel like im still in the intermediate/begginer stages of my gym re-introduction. I am focusing on my mind muscle connection and blood volume more than lift numbers at this stage, esp on my areas that need work like rear delts, legs, and back.
There is a significant hurdle to overcome with my spine being curved and prone to pain and form adjustments this can probably be linked to my weakpoints.
 
Day 28:

Sickly pumps, ouch. Feeling great hard but maybe a touch of bf put on. Been eating increased cals so this may be the point of weight gain for me.

Great workout in and out in 45 mins had to hustle and jump from one excericse to the next. Good strength, great endurance and lookin sweet in the mirror.

Irritability and aggression was amped by week two... Im always confident but now that i look better than i did a month ago im like an ego dynamo with no signs of slowing up lol. My pics are comin i dont have the cable i need to upload but it will be done asap, no worries man.
