Phyto-Testosterone Review

this is sounding more and more promising SWG! hows your diet geared? are you at a caloric surplus? have you monitored your weight as well?

this is sounding more and more promising SWG! hows your diet geared? are you at a caloric surplus? have you monitored your weight as well?

My calories are quite low im only eating 3-4 meals per day on rest days and 4-5 on training days.. this is what i ate yesterday..

Bagel, 35gr protein, coffee
Post WO shake
Sushi, green tea
chicken, whole wheat pasta veggies
ham sand, soy milk

If i were viewing someone elses log id say , fk dude eat more!
haha my weight is holding steady , maybe up some, i will provide a weight update soon. My goals are to lean up, harden, and get stronger. Ive been as heavy as 226 and know what it takes to get bigger. Ive also realised that i can gain muscle and strength while eating realitvely low calories.. if my recovery time, gains, strength suffer then i will add another shake with berries, almonds and juice. I eat when im hungry, kinda dumb to some but i know my body rather well and like how i feel eating when i need to and not to "bulk" and force food down my throat. For actual calories id have to hit up fitday... haha

ya i know how it goes, sounds very similar to myself, i can actually gain on considerably less cals then most, and when i BULK i can bulk big time but do risk putting no about 5lbs of fat for every 20 of lbm, so about 25% will come on as fat. i recently have decided to just make sure to eat enough and not force more cause i will still gain doing so. i still eat slightly more cals then it seems you are now but ive made an 8lb gain while losing fat across the last month and thats without anabolics(read ph's and steroids, im taking Drive).... :head:

for me to get significant fat loss I have to go below 2000 cal. And on gaining, I have to be sooooo cautious, for me its more like gaining pounds evenly fat + muscle if I try to gain 15lbs in one month (not on anabolics)

Yeah i have a completely different problem than both of you. I find it real hard to gain muscle even with a extreme surplus of cals but i don't put on hardly any fat. But at the same time it is usually hard for me to get the little fat i have put on off. so i usually just very cleanly bulk, but then the lbm comes reeeaalllllly slow

Day 9:

Shoulders

Seated military dumbell: 60x12, 75x10, 90x5
Rear delt cable flye: 20x12, 25x10, 30x10
Standing side lateral raise: 15x12, 20x10, 25x6 (elbows higher than wrist) superset 30x20 rear delt row

Biceps:

Close grip preacher curl: 65x12, 75x10, 85x10
Dumbell preacher curl: 20x12, 25x10, 30x10
Reverse grip zotman barbell curl: 50x12, 60x10, 70x8

I had such a rediculous pump today and i noticed the pumps have been lasting longer, similar to the report by another AM member logging Phyto-test. I dont need alot of weight to get rediculous bicep pumps and rather lift lighter and find weird large ROM angles to isolate the biceps. My peak was really popping today and my arms are looking improved. I was very satisfied today bc my body told me how well i did as opposed to measureing in weights ive lifted.

Judo was great bc ive only been to a few classes (8) and am learning ways to compete and use an Ippon (throw on back). My muscular endurance was ok but this product is more suitable to strength training bc of the sick pumps and lactic acid, i would recommend using a Ph buffer ie (creatine) to expediate the pump and buffer the lactic acid of great workouts and pumps for endurance training. I will implement creatine, when a)i buy it or b)when i think it wont interfere with my impression of Phyto-test.

sounds great SWG, thanks for giving us such a clear reading to what this is doing as to not even take creatine right now!

many times ill take creatine with a supp im logging if ive been already on it for a while, and even though i may be used to its effects it does add more variables and aso may accentuate the effects through some kind of synergy that otherwise may not be as noticable.... so again good showing and thanks for doing this for the greater good.

still dont forget though that you need to watch out for yourself and make sure you can still perform and function well for your normal routines so im sure no one would mind seeing you add creatine as well, definately if it was after a lil bit where you can distinguish the differences.

Phyto test is def sounding more promising with each and every post. This sounds like its just one more peice in either a killer ass NHA stack im setting up or killer ass post cycle therapy regimen (one and the same honestly). Ive found that Icariin namely Drive is just an insane product even in PCT, taking it along side of the already promising MFX would be sweet and even more so with the promise the new one brings and the addition of potent ecdysteroids, then the wonderful HDX2 and possibly this here with its phyto-testosterone.... cant believe how much test(and mimicers) youd be able to produce, free, and block from turning into est with such a stack, it just makes me giddy.

I think i will add creatine, ive noticed how phyto-test impacts sex... Intense. Longer faster better.

Like faster to the punch?

lol, that's what I thought at first... not NECESSARILY the best thing, but hey!
Solid review thus far man, great work (in progress, and in reporting in detail). Keep it up! I just started my Phyto-Test/Dermacrine stack.. have very high hopes. I'll definitly be staying tuned to your review!

At first, I thought this stuff tasted like ASS! After two days, I'm almost starting to like it. I guess at first I was *expecting* it to taste as good as maple syrup, like I was gunna put it on my pancakes or something. Phyto-Pancakes for the win!

Day 10:

Back

Rack deads: 135x20, 205x15, 255x15, 305x15
Chins: 10wide,10middle,10closegrip
Seated row: 150x12, 170x10, 190x10 superset 6x10

Triceps

Cable pressdown: 80x12, 130x10, 150x7
Over head dumbell press: 20x12, 25x10, 30x8
Tri kickback: 10x12, 15x10, 20x8

Day 11:

Rest

Weight: 191

Up atleast 5 pounds and visibly leaner, ill post some mid point pictures in all likely hood.

wow, a week and a half and 5lbs min LBM gain! thats superb from a supp thats not an exogenous hormone.... guess its doing a great job mimicing one! Im getting this.

Dose?

Curious as to what/how much you're taking?

I love PP's products.

I'm currently on my second bottle of Susatin Alpha after coming off a long cycle of this and that. All I can say is that my sex drive is better than before the cycle and my loads are huge.
Leaning out nicely while the pumps arwe nice too.

Gotta get me some toco-8 and phyto now!

How much of that would you attribute to the Phyto? Is it normal for you to gain like this? That is fvcking outstanding if it is LBM man...
considering hes getting "visibly leaner" as well i would have to think its all LBM.

Now im not for sure but youve been a little on the resting side recently am i correct SWG? if so some can be contributed to muscle memory but still the rate at wich its put back on while losing fat is far beyond what could be naturally achieved typically, this is a promising gain regardless of variables.

Recommended dose is 4mls and the measuring spoon provided is 5mls so id say between 4-5 mls is my average dose.

Ive weighed approx 180-200 over the course of the last year starting at 200 last march and as of august approx 180. Ive been playing football and rugby and not in the gym nearly enough. This marks approx 3 months ive been back at it, and over the course of my tumultuous realtionships and roller coaster training schedule ive seen many highs and lows. This phyto log reminds me of what being healthy feels like, im hungry, haveing regular BM's, great sexual energy and drive. I have not added creatine yet but will probably do so this week.

I can comfortably say Phyto test has dramatically increased my appetite. I get so hungry my stomach makes audible sounds and i can eat at a much higher frequency. In the past ive always struggled with diet, not so much how or what to eat but just to get it down. I must also remark that i find a good digestive enzyme is underrated esp with the unique digestive scenario a bodybuilders stomach faces.

Day 12:

2 hour rugby practice, i was more motivated and in better cardio vascular shape that most guys there a small feat considering its the first time ive "ran" in months. Keep in mind most rugby guys work in a mill and have barley sandwiches after a hard practice. I felt strong and some team veterans noted an increase in "pace" or speed to most.

Let me say that my weight has not been over 190 for the duration of my 3 months back in the gym, ive been fluctuating at 184-186.

Great log, great product.

I gotta ask though, whats with the high rep rack deads??? Ewww...

I tend to train with different people and theres this one big idiot who insists on showing me how to be a champ like him so i do it as a good shock workout as everything he does is kinda dumb lol. Hes sickly shredded a quite strong so i give him a chance every now and then.

making me hungry now too, but i noticed something weird today, when i was working out it seemed like a was sweating maple syrup.

hmmmm, I have been constantly hungry lately, but I blamed it on my new diet (which didnt make sense, i should be less hungry an the AD diet), not PT. That is a nice realization!

I havent seen any huge lbm increase like you however.

My appetite increases immediately following the dose.

Hey Johny,

Are you running a log somewhere? Cutting down for the Spring?

-Pp

Thorough log man. I’m subbed. I’ve got a couple bottles I picked up and plan on using.

LOL, just ask my wife, without GUT health life isnt quite so pleasant, :gas:

No log, I wanted to take a break from them for a bit.

Plus I just have too many variables happening right now to give good feedback, you can see what I mean:

I can also attest to this that while I have been on my appetite has increased dramatically.

Noice:thumbsup:

Sorry to bust it all up in here but it seems like this is a place where people are chatting about the real time stuff of PT. Good log bro!

Day 13

Home ab workout

Ab wheel:x20 front, 10 each side, x20, 10 side
Leg raises with resistance: x20, x20, x20
Crunch: 20, 20 ,20

Took some pics today, try to get them up. I dont seem to look as full today but may be all in my head.

Day 14:

Back

Chin ups widegrip: x20, x20, x20
Chinups closegrip: x15
Deadlift: 135x12, 245x10, 315x4, 185x10
Seated one arm rows: 50x12, 57.5x10, 65x10
Dumbell shrugs: 60x12, 70x10, 85x10, 100x10

Calve raises: 90x12, 90x12, 90x10

My legs are still quite sore and i have some knee inflammation so my deads felt tough and my calve raises were achy. I am getting leaner, my endurance has picked up, my sleep quality is good and i can sleep along time if i want to (esp when growing). My appetite is increased and im not yet half way there.... cant wait to see what will happen.

Day 15:

Chest

Flat barbell bench: 135x15, 205x10, 235x10, 260x4
Incline dumbell: 70x12, 85x10, 95x7
Cable flyes from above: 35x12, 45x10, 60x10
Cable flyes from the bottom: 45x12, 60x10, 70x8

Biceps:

Standing two arm dumbell curl: 30x12, 35x10, 40x7
Close grip barbell curl: 60x12, 70x10, 80x10
Reverse grip curls: 45x12, 45x10, 30x8 (burrned)

Was a little lacking on the power and endurance today but my pumps were sick and hard just got a huge lactic acid buildup. My appetite has been pretty good today and i noticed that if i take the Phyto-test with food i dont get the hungry sensation, im thinkin i will take it immediately after waking or after breakfast to help get another early meal in.
I think at this stage im going to add to my current supps by grabbing another NO, Creatine type pump product, maybe grab some aminos and also ran out of Fish oils today. I have a bottle of Intraxcell around so maybe carnosine will help flush toxins and waste products produced by my steady regime, heavy workouts and various sports.

Weight: 191 steady and on an empty tank with no shoes on.

Im sorry and sadly have been in your same situation before, getting back in the gym and working out again was the best possible therapy i could ask for, elevating my mood and self esteem and realizing whats really important again, good luck my bro im sure youll continue to progress and hopefully can give us a good showing with this stuff

I feel your pain, guys. I had serious strength and mass gains while in the gym last summer, but my ex and I ended up splitting, not to mention that she was also pregnant with our son at the time. The following events of our breakup resulted in me losing a very good job, having no money, nothing. We were together for about 14 months or so. It was more hard on me than it was on her, but the tables have turned. It's driving her crazy that I've clearly moved on and I'm now happier than ever, seeing someone new.

I really wish that I could've been able to get back into the gym, months ago. There's much more to the story than I'm mentioning, but I ended up in jail, going in and out of court, etc. It would've done me a lot of good. I was stressed to the max and borderline depressed. I miss the rush I used to get while lifting heavy in the gym and getting all of my aggression out, meanwhile listening to some pretty hard and heavy tunes. I actually have a job interview tomorrow morning, so I'm hoping that I'll get a job soon, so that I can renew my gym membership and get back in there. I miss the rush, the confidence, my old physique, etc. I miss it all. The gym is an amazing place to be.

1) This log kicks ass, thanks to SWGs regular updates and the quality discussion the rest of you are bringing to the table

2) MuscleGuyinNY, kudos to you brother for overcoming that hard time in your life and getting everything back on track. It takes a lot to rise above days like those.

I hope you find happiness and it seems money and the posession of a ignificant other can sometimes get us down bc we get lost in the clutter. After my newest set of lessons learned via my recent breakup, i now shall always do what makes me happy. Anyone who wishes me to do otherwise is only thinking if themselves as i do not expect people to change for my reasons. I think your attitude is nostalgic and positive, noone can stop you from smiling, noone makes you sad but you and your chosen perspective. Be happy.
