I only use about 40mcg at a time. If I use more I get all shakey n' sh*t.
Stuff I have is 100mcg/60ml
Unless I did my math wrong, 6mg/60ml would be 100mcg/ml.
im taking it right know and at 50 mcg its giving me cramps in my feet. i am dosing 1g taurine 3x ed
bananas are your friend.
I have never been able to get rid of the calf cramps that I get after the 3rd day or so.
I have tried Taurine, Potassium and I think I even started drinking tonic water.
If anyone knows any magic, I would be most appreciative!
