just an update on the hernia thing. i think its not a hernia cause its been 5 days and it almost doesnt hurt, i have to push really hard in order to feel pain. soo if the pain is gone by tomorrow i think it was just and pulled muscle or that i hit my self there with out noticing:)

On a much sadder note. The Steeler's backup safeties gave up the game. Every big play was against the safeties. And it was either a failed assignment or they just plain sucked it up. Way to open your mouth Anthony Smith and then completely FAIL at backing it up. And in the second half, I had to turn the game off because it felt like the Steeler's just gave up halfway through the third quarter. Well at least I have motivation for the gym today.

Adding 1-2 tblspns of Olive Oil 3 times per day with meals. Good way to increase calories for a lean bulk, or nay? I really want to make sure Im getting enough good fats. I'm getting 250ish grams protein daily.
 
I try to take fish oil, 9-12 grams ED. And I eat a handful of almonds EOD. So I don't want to over-do it, but its the easiest way of getting a serious increase in calories.
 
Wow, although I can't say I'm surprised. Especially when his "friends" who pled out and threw him under the bus got 18 months. So you had to assume his sentence would be longer. And even with parole they said he'll have to serve 20 months. As much as I don't agree with the abuse of dogs (I have one and love the tubby bastard). Thats a fairly stiff sentence considering it didn't affect humans. I've seen people get less time for assault and battery.

Although I sort of agree with the human vs. animal thing, I think his sentence should have been longer. If he was making money he should have been hit with tax evasion and sent up the ****ing river for 10.

I spotted some rather rotund gentleman today on flat bb bench between my sets of heavy shrugs because the cage is next to his bench. He has 245 on the bar and he says he's going for two...good thing I was already warmed up for shrugs because I'm pretty sure I did the majority of the lifting on his second rep.

I spotted some rather rotund gentleman today on flat bb bench between my sets of heavy shrugs because the cage is next to his bench. He has 245 on the bar and he says he's going for two...good thing I was already warmed up for shrugs because I'm pretty sure I did the majority of the lifting on his second rep.

LOL...that happened at my gym too. After the guy finished the set, the guy that was spotting him said, "hey, you may want to strip some of that off, I'm not doing upright rows today!" :toofunny:
 
It was a pretty good shoulder/trap/ab day even before I had to shrug/upright row 245 lbs. I'm trying to keep the weight on my shrugs low enough that I won't need straps. I got up to 265 today with a switch grip for 5, but my traps aren't getting the workout that I tend to get when I use straps. So I may have to give in and do a couple of sets w/o straps and one heavy set with. That way my forearms still get a workout. And I really have to focus on my inner thighs...as my outer thighs are starting to get larger, but it looks weird with no inner thigh to balance them out.

in addendum, are you sure 1-t has a buildup time? its not 1-ad, its the direct hormone.

I believe so...the lethargy for me was within the hour. Get the DHEA! :frustrate:

I took 1-TU a few years ago, and it took a bit to start seeing positive effects.

But since I'm not taking anything right now...I'm ALL NATURAL :ntome:

the entire dose timing question is an issue. that is once nice thing about 4 a day currently, it at least lets me spread it pretty well.

I was getting pretty irritated at work today.
The pretty girl is back after being away 4 months.
I should be kind of pleased, because, hey, there's a pretty lady around the office now. But the line of dudes that know her in the department just wouldn't cease and I have a hard time blocking out the consistent jabbering.

And I think I learned/realized that people whispering is much more distracting than normal voices. The last guy talking to her before I left was whispering and I found it annoying as hell for some reason. I'm guessing it's because the whispering makes it seem like something I'm not supposed to hear. So of course I'm going to try to devote more attention to picking up on things people don't want me to.
