Wilman, I can understand she doesn't get you all ga-ga, but as I'm starting to learn sometimes thats a good thing. Consider this, my current gf is awesome, there isn't anything I don't like about her (which is kind of scary), but I don't have the desperate urge to tear off her clothing every second I'm around her (still happens just not every second).
I equate that due to the fact that I typically dated very VERY attractive girls in college, so there was a lust factor.
My current gf is beautiful, but not super slutty hot if you catch my drift. So there isn't the same lust factor, but Im slowly coming to grips with that, and enjoying the time we spend together. So maybe this doctor of yours is the same way. Hang out with her a couple more times casually, maybe even with friends around. See if you like hanging out with her and go from there.

Zombie, on follow up to your issue. If its an upraised area, its hardening, and its swollen or bruising. I'd get it checked boss, after a lengthy discussion with the nurse/gf last night. Even if its just a simple doctor's visit, I mean the doctor's visit costs maybe what, $20? I think it'd be worth it. But thats up to you.

wk 1-2 440mg 1-t
wk 3-4 440mg 1-t, 4 squirts dermacrine
wk 5+ 660mg 1-t, 4 squirts dermacrine till the dermacrine runs out.
I may also on workout days use 4mg of mega trn as a preworkout stim, but i'll probably save that till the far end.
Also, if i'm not getting noticeable lethargy by mid week 2, I may bump the 1-t to 660 then.
support supps - multivitamin, DCP + TTA, 45g/day fish oil, neovar (should I leave the neovar out? maybe just use the banaba extract without creatine). I may add bulk resveratrol, I may not
For workout i'm going to try and compress the SAIS workout into 3 days instead of 4, and also drop 2 rest days so something like workout MTuW, rest ThF, workout SaSuM, rest TuW, etc.
I'm doing blood tests before + after, and using dermacrine sustain as only post cycle therapy.

You will definitely feel the lethargy, IMO. You may want to throw in the DHEA at 200-300mg a day. It's cheap and it really helps.
I personally would start at 330, but I know it's hard for you not to megadose! LOL

Back/Sh/Tri

well, i'm going with 440 in case of age related potency loss, rather than megadose. if it was freshly made, i'd go with the 330. damn 110mg caps
