I like how he dodges the gunfire the one time he first starts smacking people with the launcher...actually any of the times he tries to dodge gunfire is pretty amusing
 
Zombie, on follow up to your issue. If its an upraised area, its hardening, and its swollen or bruising. I'd get it checked boss, after a lengthy discussion with the nurse/gf last night. Even if its just a simple doctor's visit, I mean the doctor's visit costs maybe what, $20? I think it'd be worth it. But thats up to you.

I'm not a good flier either. I whole heartedly believe in the concepts of physics, and the Bernouli principles that help keep the plane in the air.

I however, have great contempt for the wrench monkeys that try to apply those principles.
 
I think I almost got beat up by a 60 year old man at the gym. I walked over the squat rack at about the same time he did, so I asked him if I could work in. And he got all aggravated and said "It's all yours, just take it." and then he stopped face to face with me for a few seconds before storming off and doing chest...:fool2:

What was he using the rack for? Was he benching off the pins? Hmmm :think:

I don't want to mislead her, but she is great...except for the fact that she doesn't get me all ga-ga!
 
I don't know what he was using it for, because when I entered the gym to stretch and warm-up no one was using the squat rack. But as soon as I moved over towards the squat rack he did too...but the entire time I was there doing legs he never went back to the squat rack. :blink: I don't know what he was doing...because the bar was racked high enough for me to get under it. In fact it was just one pin lower than I normally have it. You got me.

However, my leg day did go fairly well again today. I'm slowly working my strength back up.

Working Sets Today:

Squats: 225x3 (like I said, just starting to regain my strength)
Leg Curls: 150x4
Leg Press: 405x4 (easy, going up next week)
Seated Calves: 125x12 (3 sets)

Then finished with some abs and more stretching, and attempted to walk down the stairs. Which made me feel like I was a 60 year old man. Nothing like spaghetti legs! :woohoo:

Sadly I weighed in at 176 with shorts, shoes, and shirt on. Which means Im probably around 171-172. A lot lighter than I thought I was. Calorie intake up time!

Dr. Love is is often simply attracted to pretty ladies that express attraction for Dr. Love.

Consider this, my current gf is awesome, there isn't anything I don't like about her (which is kind of scary), but I don't have the desperate urge to tear off her clothing every second I'm around her (still happens just not every second).

I equate that due to the fact that I typically dated very VERY attractive girls in college, so there was a lust factor.

My current gf is beautiful, but not super slutty hot if you catch my drift. So there isn't the same lust factor, but Im slowly coming to grips with that, and enjoying the time we spend together. So maybe this doctor of yours is the same way. Hang out with her a couple more times casually, maybe even with friends around. See if you like hanging out with her and go from there.
 
That's a good point, Nabisco. Having a crazy strong feeling for a girl might have some downsides, for which you can probably fill in the blanks yourself (perhaps based on experience).
 
Crazy strong feelings just lead to you losing all objectivity about the relationship in my experience. Thats typically when you (me) ignore warning signs when the relationship takes a turn for the worse. I got screwed (in an bad way) too many times with that one. I'm not saying you can't have a relationship with someone you are crazy in love with. It's just difficult for some people (myself included) to differentiate between crazy love and crazy lust.
 
Valid points fellas...she invited me to a Christmas dinner party and I have one as well, so we can see how that goes. Maybe I'll make dinner for her one of these nights at her place and see what happens. ;)

Wow. You just described my current relationship exactly. She is more or less like a best friend whos clothes I like to tear off every now and then. Im learning that is only a very minor factor in relationships. In fact, if everything else is great in a relationship, the physical part is highly fulfulling without much thought to it at all, it happens when it happens and is almost always amazing.
 
What kind of beer did you have? Sierra Nevada Pale Ale? The seafood must be great! Lot of HUGE oysters and crab! :head:

I couldn't keep track ;) some of it was homebrew. had a lot of porters. The IT manager at the client credit union brews his own (serious setup) and I stayed at his house :D

For sure, a bed and breakfast with multiple beers on tap ;) I think I gained 3-4 lbs tho, looking at it again. a calorie surplus of 1000-1500 a day, plus no workouts. dangit.
 
This blows...stepping on the scale today was beyond depressing. A body weight of 176 fully clothed (shirt, shorts, shoes). Down from 194 about 4-5 months ago. Bah, what a waste of a good Superdrol/Epistane cycle. Oh well, I'm bulking all winter without supps, so maybe I can get back to 185-190 in a few months. :aargh:

wk 3-4 440mg 1-t, 4 squirts dermacrine
wk 5+ 660mg 1-t, 4 squirts dermacrine till the dermacrine runs out.

I may also on workout days use 4mg of mega trn as a preworkout stim :D, but i'll probably save that till the far end.
Also, if i'm not getting noticeable lethargy by mid week 2, I may bump the 1-t to 660 then.

support supps - multivitamin, DCP + TTA, 45g/day fish oil, neovar (should I leave the neovar out? maybe just use the banaba extract without creatine). I may add bulk resveratrol, I may not

For workout i'm going to try and compress the SAIS workout into 3 days instead of 4, and also drop 2 rest days so something like workout MTuW, rest ThF, workout SaSuM, rest TuW, etc.

I'm doing blood tests before + after, and using dermacrine sustain as only PCT.

dont know since my health insurance expired i havent been to the doc. im goign to try to get it check/and search for another health insurance provider. Thanks bro

You will definitely feel the lethargy, IMO. You may want to throw in the DHEA at 200-300mg a day. It's cheap and it really helps.

well, i'm going with 440 in case of age related potency loss, rather than megadose. if it was freshly made, i'd go with the 330. damn 110mg caps ;)

I'm still not going to be doing calves, so more likely chest/bi, sh/legs, and back/tri I think.

Same issue I had w/ 1AD...it was a tad old ;)
