Ok i just have somthing to run by everyone recently i get some sharp pain on my lower lower left abdominols i dont know if its the galblatter, but recently i might be taking 1500-2000mg of x factor some days without relizing it. but i found a picture of the human body and on it i put a circle on the body diagram on the picture of the front i dont understand what the pain is. basically it hurts when i piss when i shake my junk or when i jerk my junk hahaha but seriously did i pull somthing?? this is embarrassing but could be potentially serious at the same time so id rather be safe than sorry

I experienced a slight feeling when I pissed as well. I didn't question this much however as it was not pain but just a little feeling I got.
 
cell-i squated today pain is leaving i guess ill see how it turns out in the next couple days and from there follow protocol with seeing a doc if pain persists

my legs were soooo pumped and huge looking yet im still a solid 178 which makes me happy my weight really isnt a concern anymore cause when i was 215 i was barly doing this stuff id rather be alll muscle at a lower weight thand muscle and a lot of water retention bloated look at 215 i look like im 190 but im only 178

instead of back today which im gonna be doing tomorrow i did forearms arnold style
5 sets of wrist curls til failure each set
last set, set 5 i added 10 pounds to the barbell
supersetted each set with a set of light weight high high rep ez curls to work the forearms alittle more til failure each set and then as soon as i could get my last rep immediatly threw the bar behind my head and did light weight tri extensions til failure my forearms were PUMPED!!!!.

today was an excellant workout my squats tho i go up a little before i get to 90 degrees because fear of my knees never relly being at weight like this so it more like 75 or 80 degrees then i go up, but this workout was great each and everyday i get more and more of a ripped physique, so tomorrow will be a back day and wed will be chest ill will post pics on wed.

I love x-factor and AN (whats new?! ha)

if you squatted today then most likely it could have been your squat. I know that if my legs are not kept parallel when racking and unracking the weight, I can hurt myself. You might have had your legs too far apart while trying to rack the weights. It happened to me once. It's a pretty unpleasant feeling however it wouldnt consider it that painful. At least not as painful as getting kicked in the nuts. If this is the case, you should be fine.

haha no problem. just remember to walk in a lunge like type of manner when racking up the bar. I made the mistake a few times of pulling my legs apart sort of like a penguin walk while racking the bar, thats where the pain came in. It went away the next day however. Also for a 178 or so person you are strong bro. Keep up the good work. I started squatting and training properly around august. My squat is up to about 315x2

315x10 followed by 345 is some sick stuff man. Keep up the good work. I hope to catch up to you heavy squatters and deadlifters soon. :dance:
 
That's definitely not the gallbladder, based on location. Is there a lump of any sort, or any pain within your scrotum?

Location and (partially) description sound like a hernia. Not trying to scare you..... if the feeling persists, it may be something to question.
 
Damn that ****ing blows what the hell its been a good 2-3 days that ive had this pain only when touched or when my wanker is being tugged on (thats when i really feel it)
 
Nerves causing the you pain? For a long time I thought I perhaps had torn some muscle or gotten a hernia. Turns out it was my spine that had gotten twisted and knocked out of alignment. It was pinching my nerves. After a few visits to a chiropractor it was all gone and I was good to go.

Have you pulled any back muscles or had any injuries or such to your back?
 
nope the feeling isnt in my back it feels when i push the skin in my crotch like its a bloodvessel that feels like a semi hard bone going to my penis (i gotta be honest here so i can get the most accurate help) i think maybe i just had to much sex with my girl 3-5 times a day and i have to blame it all on the AN stack, but i was thinking perhaps thats the reason and maybe im just sore my fingers are crossed that this pain just goes away its not even that bad of a pain it just feels like i pressing a bruise and its right right right abouve my junktowards the left like a cm above. ill keep you updated about that pain, i already know what doc imm going to go to IF it gets worse... but in the mean time its time to LIFT!!

Hman- thanks bro me too, the fortunate thing is nothing will prevent me from lifting unless the pain is outstanding, my form and everything is immaculate. so hopfully this pain subsides cause its feeling better and if it puts me out of the gym (surgery) then until that point ill put on as much muscle as possible :-D

TrY AND TAkE OVER THE WORLD hahaha. Ok so i missed the docs i feel a whole lot better today and still worked chest really hard will eventually see the doc butim just gonna see if it was just a pull or sprain or somthing i wont be squatting next week maybe just lunges or somthing ill figure it out by then. this is what my workout looked like today for chest and a bit of legs and back cause yesterday was a pathetic back day it was pretty insane 4 drive and 4 rpm insane, im typing on my phone so the layut will be a little weird, dumbell benchpress warmup 45x30reps quick stretch dc style! 55x15 75x10 90x6..........icline bench press 135x15 155x8 165x6..... Incline dumbell flys 25x15 35x10 45x10...... Calf raises 90x20 180x10 180x10...... T-bar rows 45x20 90x15 135x10 170x10 back felt great my main goal was to just keep them awake from the last time i worked them plus i chose those exercisess because on those days (legs,back) i didnt work those particular groups of muscle that well
 
Im on my 10 wk of igf-2, and 2nd wk of RPM, it has been pretty intense in the gym ... I started with 4 weeks of YG and igf2, and let me tell you that I could not believe the results...

Even with my 4 wks of just ifg2, i was still gaining strength, but weight stop climbing...Only thing that rubs me odd is that rpm gives me a nausea feeling in my stomach about 2 hrs after i take it ... also, it makes me hungry, but that's not a problem

after i hit 12wks of igf2, im going to finish up with 2 more wks of rpm(4total) and start blueup the last 2 wks of rpm, and carry it 2 more weeks...so that'll be 14 total weeks of being on supps, and 12 weeks of heavy lifting. I'll start my cut wk after next though...


PS...I dont know how many on the board have ran igf2 for 12 wks, so i guess i'll do some quick blood work just to see what the overall effects have been, then post it against my base levels.

i just wanna be 195 6% and ill be happy!! when i hit that weight ill prob do a epi cycle to fine tune everything to perfection (hopfully) but i probably wont lean towards the PH after giving these supps a go, it lets me know with proper trainer and the right supps PH/steroid like gains can sorta happen

i wonder if 8 more weeks of this cycle would lead me to that??? im at 180 now mostly all muscle
 
ok so i bought three products a little bit ago to add to my stack here they are....(drum roll)
1. Bulk 1-carboxy-2-amino-3-pyrobenzol (3,4 diol)
2. Somnidren GH
3. AAKG powder (100 grams)

so basically i already know how im gonna dose the AAKG 3-5gr with my pre workout shake but as for the somniden GH and the bulk 1-carboxy aka powerfull im trying to figure out how i can incorporate these into the stack, also for those wondering about igf-2 i might have the igf-2 sit out for a bit just because of budjet not that i have anything against it just because of my wallet right now things are tight, so far ive loved the igf-2!! but its to exspensve for me right now so let me have it whats it gonna be everyone!!!
 
so use somidren in place of the night igf-2 dose and the 1-carboxy in place of the 2 earlier in the day igf-2 doses??
 
yeah, that should fit well. they work in similar enough ways that they get as disrupted by carbs, so the same time as you were taking igf is good

ok update on overall wellbeing while on stack my sleep is sucking horribly i work a 4pm-midnight shift so that doesnt help, somidren is on its way!!!:woohoo: hopfully this will fix that problem, bodyparts i really wanna shape up and get bigger 1st priority are shoulders 2nd quads and 3rd abs and obliques but they will all get worked as hard as possible. but all in all strength feels great i also get insane pumps dry morning weight has been up 4 lbs from a week and a half ago so i cant really complain there, gotta get that diet on the move cals are a bit low in my eyes i probably swing 3000 if im luckily considering my tight schedule but that all has ot change no more messing around its time to eat i gotta do it!!!:dance:

ok so today was leg day and it was **** literal **** i only got 3 hours of sleep last night and i was a little bit sick but now i feel 100% its been about 15 hours since my workout atleast i got my squats and calfs in but not sooo much hams as i would of liked i will incorporate hams in my workout 3 days from now, somnidren and bulk 1 carboxy came today i took the somn gh about a hour and a half ago full dose and i couldnt get to bed because my hunger was insane so i downed a can of sardines which had no carbs so i thought it would be the best choice considering how the products say carbs will effect it, and i just took the 1 carboxy waiting for that to kick in, when i took it i just ploped it on my tounge and went to go sip water but i breathed the powder into my lounges it felt like pepper i was coughing like i was dying lol it was funny, anyways its sill to list todays workout cause i dont consider it a workout lol, tomorrow will be back stay tuned!!! i would type more but im sooo outta it right now from the 1 carboxy and somn that i truly feel very ****ed up and need to hit the pillow. i will have a lot to update tomorrow A LOT,

You can always eat straight protein about an hour before S-GH supplementation if dosing S-GH sublingually. That might keep you hunger pangs away too.

UPDATE!!! back day was yesterday and it was great!!! im still trying to figure out tho when to dose the carboxy throughout the day.. empty stomach right?? hr after meals 1 before?? and 3 times a day is what im thinking correct me if im wrong,

ok so i decided to sit out with the wrist situation and im glad i did cause it is now completly healed am hitting the arms tomorrow followed by the rest of my body parts and take my rest days on sat and sun since i gave time for my wrist to heal. but here is a little update pic i see night and day difference compared to the first pics i ever put up on this thread i wana hear critisism and what people think on the progress ive made so far, the critisism i give myself is that i definatly need to beef up the shoulders and my upper chest those are my top two priorities when it comes to adding mass (besides diet). anyways here it is.

rpm and drive are still as effective as they were 10 days ago, i see new results every other day abs are becoming more defined weight is going up up up and strength is going way up on my arm day i just wanted to see if i could throw 225 up (bench) but i wasnt going to rep it if i could cause id save my energy for chest but i was just curious and low and behold i through it up with ease and racked it man i cant wait for chest it felt mad easy too! so stay tuned for chest which will be on thursday. take it easy everyone! ill update pics on monday
 
well today was a horrible diet day and training day, i was in the gym for about 15 minutes then couldnt stomach it anymore after every set i knew if i lifted somthing one more time i was gonna throw up and i didnt wanna loose all the food i ate that morning lol so i called it quits for the day i realized what i did wrong i lost track of time and took my rpm like 5 minutes before the gym and drive as well so i know thats definatly what did it and screwed up my day, so i gotta get back ont rack tomorrow and suck it up and do **** right. tomorrow morning im gonna go see I am legend with will smith anyone see it???
