The rep system has not been reset in a long time. The numbers to reach "crowns" were added to reduce the amount popping up and having to be leaded per post. And to be quite honest I have been here since the onset of the rep system and most of us here got a majority o our reps without making any real contribution. Most were in reference to some kind of funny post or other BS posted.

Instead of abusing the system all over again we could look how to make it more of what it was meant to be. Or we can just make excuses to rep each other into oblivion again and in 3-6 months get upset we lose the reps again and act like most of them came from worthwhile posting/helping others. And to do it in front of the guys face who owns the board just doesn't make sense. He tries to impliment functions into the board to make it better for us as a community and when he tries to clean it up you repay him with this type of garbage.

I'm right on board with being funny and having a great time but sometimes there's a right place and time and in my opinion this just doesn't seem to be it.

You know guys I really would like everyone to start repping for good posts....I do understand why they serve a purpose. I mean by all means rep,but lets try to make them for posts,and thanks for help than just being retarded. I am guilty,but I also help people.......so I dont for a second feel guilty about those reps. I dont understand why people feel so threatened by someone having reps.....Im sick of everyone singleing us out as some horable group of rule breaking thuggs.......We all add things to this board.......jokes,and humor are a human emotion!!!! It's not fun to be a miserable prick all the time. Friendships and bonds are also a healthy thing!!! anybody know if i can take ibuprofen right now while i'm on test? it thins the blood and i'm pretty sure test increases rbc count so i'm wondering if this might have any negative sides.

dude i took it many days when i was on test cause of my hip......n-saids(ibuprofen)....dont thin blood....thats asprin!!
 
yeah i dont think ibuprofen is that bad for you my doctor had me on 1600mg a day for a couple years and they checked my bloodwork and there were no problems

i would probably be dead and taking up a large quantity of graveyard real estate by now if not for aspirin. a year ago it was to the point where i couldnt work out because of the hayooooge pumps.

Im just so friggin hayooge and jack swollen, and tan, and the man and everyone should know it, that i need to take aspirin to dilute my enormous aura of masculinity. I am in fact so masculine, that it is almost gay.

Advil is ibuprofen. You can take it while on test and have no problems whatsoever.
 
I have a serious question... In the ECA stack what purpose does the aspirin serve? Ive seen White Willow in a lot of fat burners too and I think thats the active in aspirin. I have no idea why though.

ephedra and caffeine constrict veins. Aspirin is thrown in to help blood flow or you can find yourself with a problemo.

is asprin toxic at all??

WHAT happens if you take caffeine,epehdra.....AND a nitric oxide booster????????.....you would then be taking a vaso-constricter,and a vaso-diolator.........I do every workout and get CRAZY pumps,and vascularity.............not like jomi's stay on for a year and cant move without asprin....
 
N.O xplode is both caffeine and NO booster I got sick vascularity when I was takin 3 scoops of that preworkout. It also took me 5 minutes to fill out my deposit slip at the bank cause my hands were so shakey though.

You are no enemy. Unfortunately when you claim some sort of leadership of a group of people who, at times, act out blatantly against administration, moderation and membership in hostile and disrespectful ways, it might actually reflect poorly on you. I am in no way suggesting you are the problem, but I am sure you can understand how this can happen.

In this thread in particular there has been statements about staff censorship, power hunger and the likes as well as crtical statements about the policies.

One or two bad apples (not bad people but bad community intereaction) can ruin the whole bushel (a group of similar fruit, in this case, bananas). :)

We all know and understand the behavior standards, the posting rules and the enforcement of such. I enjoy and love this board as much or more than most. It has been my home and community for a long time. I hear people who also claim to love it for what it is, yet are critical (as stated above) about the people and things that make it and keep it a place to love and enjoy. A place like no other.

Lets place our minor differences and opinions on the back burner and remember what a great community we have and what an opportunity this can be to influence some newcomer in changing his life for the better by his membership and association with our community's group knowledge and experience.

Aspirin is an NSAID

The issue is, however, that most OTC NSAIDs inhibit COX-1 as well as COX-2 (COX-2 is the one more responsible for joint pain and inflammation and arthritis). COX-1 is responsible for controlling platelettes (stuff that makes your blood clot, and form scabs) as well as controlling stomach acid. Aspirin has a tendency to attack COX-1 more than other NSAIDs; thereby, lowering platelettes in your blood, making it thinner and harder to clot (scab) up. That's why a low dose of aspirin is great for preventing myocardial infarctions ($5 term for a heart attack).

Conversely, as seen with coxib's (Vioxx, Celebrex), which inhibit only COX-2, this causes an upsurge in COX-1 metabolism. Platelette activity shoots up, and (as with Vioxx) most users die from a stroke or heart attack because their blood basically scab's over in the veins.

I have used that but couldn't stand the taste Powdered Amp is good though, no shakes for me but I take in alot of caffeine.

yeah I had times when I felt I was going to throw up after drinking no xplode. didnt make for the best workout.
 
whats a good really clean energy stim? cause redline really gets me goin but I hate how it makes me feel. Im lookin for something thats just real clean non jittery energy without a huge crash

i like rpm for this. doesn't seem to give me a huge crash or anything. i get all heated up too, like pissed off when i take it. its like instant aggression or some sh1t. but too much = not a good idea.
