my bad. haha. yeah most of my lifts are up either in endurance or weights. Squats and deadlifts were both up in endurace today. My strength has improved but endurance was what Ive noted mostly. Sorry bout that nycste. Ill throw that in the rest of my log.

thanks man! Im still a rookie at this. I cant seem to get my arms to grow at all. Check it out now! I left a small comment section underneath all general exercises. Eg If chest press was increased by 10 pounds ill leave a comment saying. Noted 10 pound increase in _____. Ill do this kinda formatting from now on.

Today's workout was intresting. I noticed something very weird today that I didnt notice before. I took incarnate today, to help with the joint pain I get on X-Factor. What was intresting was that Incarnate has Beta Alanine in it. Now usually, my BA tingles are minor and die out within 5 minutes. Today however I took 4 caps of Drive 2 caps of X-Factor and 3 caps of Incarnate before a workout. I have noticed this and in the past that when taking both at the same time the BA tingles hit harder and longer. Maybe it's the naringin content prolonging the effects of BA? Anyway, just thought that was intresting.

I was also told that naringin also prolongs the half life or effects of caffeine. I only took 2 caps of RPM yesterday as a pick me up booster but it seems that with 4 caps of Drive I was kept ALL night long. It's pretty intresting.

Anyway workout went pretty well. Endurance was high as ever. Maybe the Drive and Incarnate combo along with X-Factor would be a neat stack for everyone to try. Drive with RPM and X-Factor thrown in with some Incarnate. Incarnate would help the pain that some people may experience with X-Factor and help possibly enhance the BA in Incarnate. Seems like a neat stack to me.

I must say today I woke up without much DOMS in my legs that I expected. Part of the reason why I think this happened is because of the lack of sleep I got last night. Lack of sleep = lack of recovery which = weaker DOMS? Just a theory. Ill be sure to hit the bed early tonight. My traps and shoulders are killing me right now. Ill keep you all posted.

i think you need to relax with the whole DOMS talk haha. your supposed to get DOMS your supposed to get sore after a brutal workout. xfactor might increase this from time to time.

i still havent experienced any DOMS hehe but poseidon is totally hitting me in the belly

just been told maybe 1/10 peeps this happens to wtih poseidon, im positives its poseidon

whether it be the gluatmine (which im sure it aint)

or the magnesum maybe thats in it or whatever is it does for sure make me ssshhiiittt liquid and burns my ass no other way to word it...

i know id never buy this product again, but only a few people have this problem so i guess im screwed but ill keep using it even though it might be doing more harm then help

probably the magnesium. Keep safe tho bro. You'll have left over poseidon. Try it one day like a month after X-Factor and see how that goes for you. Maybe poseidon just isnt for some people.

Today was an off day. I dont have much to report today. Took my dose like normal. I dont feel very heavy DOMS like im normally feeling. Kinda weird. It also seems like ever since I have increased my Drive dosages up to 9 caps I am starting to lean out agian. I think Drive and X-Factor would make a pretty neat recomp cut stack. Anyway thats all I have to report for today. Ill keep you all posted.

I don't know how I missed this log. It is very unique and I always like checking out your logs. Are you running X-Factor @ 2 gels a day ? Also too when is your dosing with it ?

I used X-Factor for awhile and I responded extremely well to the DOMS usually 8 days after taking 4 gels a day. I wound up having bad headaches on it though unfortunately, b/c it did work for me.

4 caps per day. I too had some trouble at first but it all worked out alright. Thanks for the compliment. I try to keep each and every log unique. I experience mild headaches from time to time but gulping down a large amount of water does help.

I do 1 cap mornings with Drive
2 caps with Drive pre-workout
1 cap at night for dinner time.

Believe it or not, my overprotective parents finally agreed to lend me their paypal account to get the protien. I shelled out 40 bucks as a broke ass college student. Getting bad customer service and not getting anything in return would make me look SOOOOOO bad. My parents have always argued how bad the supplement industry is and getting some bad customer service due to possibly lost protien would make my mom rub it in my face. She would be like see, they scammed you. Totally not cool. I have faith though! Bring on the protien :)

Today I felt EXTREMELY lethargic. I don't know why but I just didn't feel good today. I tried hitting chest/triceps today to see my recovery rate. I did chest and triceps on wednesday of last week. My strength and endurance werent all that great to be honest today. I felt really sluggish and I was just out of place. Im noticing some nice size and weight gains but I just felt sooo tired today. I kinda dozed off in class today when the sociology teacher started comparing or society to barbie dolls and fairy tales.

Im happy about the size and weight gain that Ive gotten so far. Im up to 200 pounds solid. So far thats 28 days in and 5 pounds. I may have leaned out a bit too by maybe 1% body fat or so. It's hard to tell without measurements before starting the log. Im definately looking bigger than before. Anyway Ill keep you all posted. I just want to sleep right now.

ah thanks for the clarifications. Yeah, my microwave is pretty hardcore. It gets oatmeal overcooked in 2 minutes. Ill give some hot/warm water and cinnamon bun a try though. Still waiting for a tracking number. They never emailed me one.

Day 29

Today was an off day. Not much to report agian. Took my Drive and X-Factor. Drive in the morning with X-Factor and X-Factor spread out with certian meals. I notice my chest feels very tight but the DOMS didn't really hit me as hard as I expected to. Weird. Anyway not much to report. Just feeling tired. Tomorrow is a back and biceps day. I feel the need to change my training method. I think after this log Im going to try DC training to help with my weakness. I hope that will go well. Agian Im up to 200 pounds which is neat. Ive noticed that I started to lean out very very nicely on the top of my abdominals but my love handles and cortisol gut seem to be pretty high. The stress of college is hitting me hard. Anyway Ill keep you all posted.

Today's workout was AMAZING! I feel as if my compound lifts are up by a good 10-15 pounds. I used to struggle my balls off to get 6 reps of 140 for the lat pulldown. I managed to pull off 140 with a breeze today. I also went as far as 160 pulling off 8 reps with ease. 9 Caps of Drive and X-Factor is treating me well. My joints don't really hurt as I am taking incarnate to help with the joint problems. Havent experienced any pain in my joints since I started. Im extremely happy today because I got my ATW protien! Cinnamon Bun is SOOO good! Anyway, Im loving this combo. I look leaner, My muscles look harder and my lifts have jumped 10-15 pounds in the 30 days. I would say that it's pretty friken awesome for some natural supplements. Ill keep you all posted.
