I'm finding that the sugar free hawaiian punch single mixes work really well to cover anything

They have sugar free ones? I love me some Hawaiian punch. I am going to have pick some up. However, I don't like trying to flavor or mask protein. I tried with some pure whey (no flavor), I about threw up. I was just better off slamming it plain.

I think I will opt for the crazy, that way they are scared to fire me. So, I walk around talking to myself and laughing....

the wild purple one is great, makes me feel 10 again. yeah, sugar free, in those water bottle singles packs. they don't show em on their site tho

I will check my grocery store. I think last time I didn't see them, because I saw the regular ones. I usually get me some crystal light lemonade flavors.

I luv lemonade....
 
I need to look and see what other flavors there are. the wild purple was fantastic. I had to hide it from my older daugter so she didnt' use it all.

I generally don't lift for maximal weight. A lot of times it is under specific tempos. However, I attribute most of my back size now to deadlifts and the like.

So, in other words, I don't know :blink: I have to go back to a back routine I did at the beginning of the year, where I was doing rack pulls and heavy rowing.

So you attribute your back width to deadlifts? What kind of deadlifts? Wide grip?

Prior to my lifting hiatus. My chest, shoulders and traps were superior to my back width and thickness. Now it is the opposite. I have equaled out all my lifts, but started doing deads, traditional, stiff-legged, Romanian, and then added power cleans, etc...

All grips are either shoulder width or wide, and all prone.

I just tried clean and press for the first time a couple of days ago and loved them. I will be adding it into my shoulder w/o. I loved the pump I got in my shoulders from this. Have been taking it easy on deadlifts. But for me for some reason I never really saw a difference with deadlifts. Only thing that changed was the weight was going up but I didnt see any body change. My wife said my ass was getting tighter..haha. But I my lower back never changed and my back wasnt getting any wider.
 
I love rack pulls...I feel like a MONSTER pulling all that weight! Kinda freaks some of the older members of 24 fitness out! LOL

Rack pulls are my favorite excersise. I can't do deads off the floor, they kill my knees. Do rack pulls for a while, and tell me your back doesn't get thick as ****, and your traps aren't looking 100x thicker.

Try rack chins for a good width excersise. Seriously, you will LOVE those.

I've done those with a plate on my lap. Good change to weighted pull ups every now and then.
