LOL...yeah, I hate to admit it...I use a belt and straps. Last time I was doing them I was around 450 +/- or so for reps. Been a few months. I was pulling around 500 and something popped! I took a break! :D

Then is some heavy poundages. I need straps if I want to do that weight...

i'm not sure what the benefit of rack pulls are vs. dead lifts. anyone care to give me the breakdown?

Since it is only the upper portion of the lift, it takes allot of the legs out of the equation. Really hits your back/traps.
 
I really like those. I plan on using them for a while.

Rack Pulls are a back workout. Deads are for legs.

Then of course you have your Romanian Variation of deadlifts which is a great hammy exercise as well as semi-stiff legged deadlifts.

:Wasn't sure what I was going to do for legs since I am not on a specific routine for legs. So mentally I was not into it, and it really showed on my last superset.

Overall it was a solid workout. I recently got my squat weight up too 300x3 on my Epi cycle. I would like to do 300x5 with this routine.

WF was in full effect again. I am not sure why I have been feeling the tingle and stim effect more, but I am enjoying it.

Legs still felt good afterwards, but as I sit at my desk I feel DOMS creeping in.

Overall. You feel it from the lower back to your traps.

I second that. My lower back to my traps was sore for hours after doing the rack pulls.

: Solid Workout. For B1[S2] I alternated arms when I couldn't do any more reps, then returned to previous arm etc.

Biceps could use another set, but maybe lighter weight or another exercise at higher reps.

Back had a nice stretch with the DB Pullovers. Chins were harder then I thought they would be; gotta love pre-exhaustion. Afterwards I felt like I could fly out of the gym.

 
reverse curls are palms down right? is it easier with an ez bar than a straight bar? i've been doing with straight, and it hurts my left elbow

Yes, reverse curls is a prone grip.

And if you have any issues with wrist, forearms, or elbow, then yes switch to the E-Z Bar.

Same goes with tri-ext exercises

Why is it easier with EZ bar? The position of the hands?
 
i did rack pulls and rack chins today, and damn was my back pumped! i am definitely incorporating these into my routine.

BTW i do rev curls with the cable cross over handle, it is just a single handle and i do one at a time.

I am not a big for for creatine products per se. I generally use mono and mix it with my BCAA's.

The two creatine products I do enjoy is: NeoVar and GreenMag.

I like the carb shuttling effects of NeoVar, but I feel greater pumps with GreenMAG. And the taste is amazing. However, the pump might also be because I am stacking GM with WF?

Where WF fails in comparison is the 'aggression' and Libido increase. I think WF has a greater stimulant effect, and I love the Beta-Alanine in it. And once again the taste is outstanding. I think WF stacked with Drive would be killer, or maybe play with the dosing of WF and RPM, would make the ultimate Pre-WO.

I can vouch for the WF and Drive. Ive been doing it for a week or so now and its kicks ass. Def give it a try.

Man it si bad enough reading some peopels code at work but your log! Just kidding it is pretty cool.

Never seen anyone do forearm work in the beginning of the work out, very interesting. Do you have issues with grip or anythign when you get to other exercises?

I hate reading other peoples code. Especially my own :D

Grip hasn't bothered me, but hands can get very shaky.

:GreenMAG is good during workout.

WF still delivering energy, intensity, and solid pumps. Hands down WF is my favorite Pre-workout supplement.

As far as Drive. The first thing I noticed was the increase in libido. This lasted until the next morning. I did not feel that aggression I have felt from RPM, but then again I was taking 6 caps. Recovery felt good, and I did jump up 10lbs from last workout each set. Was this the Drive, or was this my typical progression load? We will find out when I need too out preform this workout next week.
