What I like about X-Factor is that it is one of the few supplements that I feel brings something new to the table. Instead of trying to copy or recreate a product that is already made by dozens of companies, MN has come up with their own, extremely simple, effective, and unique supplement. The possibility to make PH-type gains with no sides, and in a much healthier manner is incredible, especially for guys under 21 like me who have to resist the temptations of PH's.
If I were to run a cycle of X Factor, I would run it for the recommended 50 days at 4 caps a day. I would take fish oil out my diet, up my intake of meats, eggs, etc. and run it mostly with staples (BCAA's and possibly a creatine) and RPM on days that I feel I need that extra kick
