Secure email sites as well as internet proxies still have to conform with Warrants and such. These companies do a good job fighting off the small time lawyers and such, but not the FED.
Which is why most are outside of US soil. Hell, they set up online casino's on old oil rigs just off the coast to thwart US jurisdiction.

Yeah but you don't cross into US based architecture when gambling on an oil rig. As soon as your communication path touches anything in the US the FED can investigate it. Also, if you think the Gov. of the country that hosts the mail servers or proxies won't do the bidding of the US GOV then you'd be mistaken. It happens more than you think.
Would this be a bad place to pimp supplements you can but direct from Nutra Planet with no need for a secure anything except your credit card?
