Day XXV Workout XVII Cardio

Sunday 16th Sept
Cardio


Today was cardio day agian. I had a scoop of Green Magnitude around 10 in the morning with my meal. I took White Flood on an empty empty stomach today and I felt the tingles hit me 10-15 minutes later. I got to the gym about 25 minutes after drinking down White Flood.

I did 15 minutes of medium intensity HITT cardio. It was a rough cardio session seeing as how I havent done cardio for awhile. I think Im going to only do 1 session of cardio per week. It seems like a lot of cardio to me for a bulk. Next week on my off days I will probably do 20-25 minute medium intensity HITT cardio instead of 2 sessions of light ones. I need to start getting myself back in shape because it seems like Im going through hell trying to keep up. Energy was good but my legs still took a beating on leg days and I felt it when I was running.

Anyway decent workout today. Didnt really feel pumps today but the tingle from the Beta Alinine were there.

Comments: I havent done cardio in awhile. Endurance was bad due to a lack of cardio for the prior few months. Cardio rating was low due to lack of endurance and shortness of breath . I sweated like crazy. Energy levels during cardio were decent but shortness of breath made it a hard cardio session. Will reduce cardio to 1x per week.
 
I hear you on the cardio, it take a while to get in shape but man we sure fall out fast! I have moved to more sprinting then HIT. I like it better and fits in with trying to add explosiveness and power to my lifts.

For sure man! You can count of those pics. Ive grown some more since I started this log although I would like to add some more mass before posting up my pics. I went from 181 to 189 since this log started.

Thoughts
Todays workout was Insane! I had so much endurance I didn't know exactly what to do with it. Today unlike other days I worked out in the afternoon instead of the morning. Im not a morning person so it's hell for me to get up early and hit the gym while being pressed for time. I got to class earlier than usual because I wasnt occupied with my workout early morning.

It seems to me that without the White Flood to help my morning workout's I was extremely bored/tired during class. I also felt as if my arms were flabbier than usual. I had a hard time listening to my professor today. Having morning workouts have their ups and downs. The bad part about not working out in the morning is
that you don't have White Flood to give you the energy during your morning workouts AND class. That's right! Even after a tough workout White Flood seems to provide me the energy I need for class.

Although I wasnt very alive early in the morning, I had a better workout because It was late in the afternoon. 2 heaping scoops of White Flood made me feel tingly all over on an empty stomach. To my surprise today my joints felt sore before my muscles did! Yeah, thats right you heard me! If you don't believe me you have to try it to believe it. Energy was insane. I hope I get proper sleep tonight, Dosing White Flood so close to dinner time usually means a later bedtime for me. Ill keep you guys posted.

Comment: My joints are sore from the workout. Muscles can still take more training even after intense workout. Insane pumps at the gym. Left lat seems to be evening out and is starting to grow symmetrical to the right one. Also I felt extremely dehydrated at the gym. Brought along half a gallon of water but after drinking it all down my mouth was still dry. I think some Poseidon would be a good idea for future intense workouts.

Thoughts
Today's workout was decent. I had great pumps and all but I probably should have done legs or rested. My back and biceps were so sore when I woke up it sorta hurt to move my arm. Shoulder excersises required some use of back and that probably wasnt very smart.

In the middle of my workout I felt my stomach cramp. Im not exactly sure what caused it but it was annoying. It was one of those stomach cramps that are on the boarderline of painful and annoying. I sat through that and continued with my workout. I think my workout would have been better if I help out and gave some rest on my back. Tomorrow is usually chest but I think I can switch it up so that I dont overtrain my upperbody. Anyway Ill keep you guys posted.

give yourself time to adapt to preacher curls, they will put a hurting on biceps till you get used to them. my arms swell up alot after just 3 heavy sets.:thumbsup:
 
Paused Log

Wednesday 19th Sept

Well today is where I pause my log for very good reasons. I recently got my blood test back that I took 2 weeks ago. It shows that I have higher cholesterol than usual and abnormal liver values. I do know for certian, well almost certian that the reason why my cholesterol is high is due to genetics and semi-dirty bulk. It's hard to maintain a super clean bulk as a college student I must say that.
Anyway As far as the liver values go Im going to pause my supplements for a month so that I can prove to the doctors and my parents that Im fine. I read an article about how excercise can cause inflammation of the liver and I hope thats the story. Anyway As for now I will hold this log on a pause. I am not dropping this log because I do do believe that Green Magnitude and White Flood are very helpful and useful products. Anyway I will post up my Midway result pictures as well as a review of both products. I will continue this log however so keep that in mind.

Green Magnitude

Green Magnitude was indeed my favorite supplement of the two. As far as results maybe my results pictures will show my results better than I can explain then.

Taste​

The taste of Green Magnitude was extremely tasty. It was my treat of the day. If you don't believe me ask for samples. Mix well with 10 ounces of water or more. Too little water will cause a sour shot of creatine.

Mixibility​

The mixibility of Green Magnitude isnt super perfect but its pretty good. I noticed white specs on the bottom that could never be fully mixed in no matter how much I stir. Everything else dissolved except for the little white specs. I tasted the remains and it's extremely sour. Yuk! Mixibility is still pretty good dispite that fact.

Price​

I love the fact that Green Magnitude is cheap to buy. 3 month supply for 36 bucks on the planet. Insanely cheap if you ask me. After a month of using Green Magnitude I still have more than half of the product left. Great Buy!

White Flood

White Flood was the best pre workout supplements I've ever tried. In terms of taste, Its not as good as White Flood. It leaves a semi acidy burning taste on your lips when you drink it down but its tolerable. Taste is decent but doesnt compare to that of Green Magnitude. Taste wise it's decent but pump wise it's off the charts .

Taste​

Taste isnt as good as Green Magnitude. I get a sour tingle on my lips after drinking it down. Lemonade flavor can be tasted but there is no mistaking it for a supplement.

Mixibility​

Mixibility is better than Green Magnitude. With about a 10 second stir, the powder dissolves completely. Better in mixibility department than Green Magnitude. I do find some blue powder remains left over on the bottom but hardly anything.

Endurance​

Endurance was insane on this. Some days I could just keep going and going and going. You have to try it to believe it. I threw in some citrulline malate on really tiring days. The White Flood gave me the energy that I needed and the citrulline malate makes you keep going and going and going. Great combo.

Pumps​

Pumps are pretty good on White Flood. Sometimes depending on the song or mood Im in the pumps are elevated to the next level. You feel like you can lift a mountain sometimes. The pumps are random and do reflect your mood so don't expect pumps just from drinking a supplement. I found music helps with the pumps especially a good song that you might get all emotional with.

Vascularity​

As for vascularity Im not sure exactly how to measure for vascularity. I noticed I had a ton of vascularity while working with bigger weights but no improvements in just overall vascularity. Decent vascularity on lifts but not while resting and such.

Agian Great price. Buying from internet retailers for 35-36 is an awesome deal. I would buy this supplement in the future. Good price, great buy!

Thoughts
Well I decided to keep this log going till tomorrow. The reason I want to do so is so that I can keep track of my workouts with and without my current supplements. Although this turn of events hasn't been really fair to Controlled Labs I decided to turn this into a way to benefit them as well as me. I have decided to stop logging my current supplements for one month besides my PWO shake. I will keep my foods all clean and continue to log my progress in terms of feeling and workout when I am not on Controlled Labs products. This will benefit me because I have a place to track my progress as I continue with my goal of getting huge. This will also benefit Controlled Labs to see full results of their products after I have eliminated all supplements for one month. I think it will be beneficial to both me and them. It's the least I can do for reps that have been so kind to me and a company that sent me a kick ass product. Without further delay I will monitor my workout today.

Today's workout was crazy. I had decided that I want to continue the use of my White Flood and Green Magnitude log until tomorrow which will be my leg day. The reason I did so is to compare and contrast my workouts on White Flood and Green Magnitude compared to that without any supplementation. I think it adds an extra kick and flavor to the log that other logs don't have. Anyway workout was pretty good. Pumps were minor as I was really bummed out about stopping White Flood and Green Magnitude. Endurance was good but on terms of Energy I just wasnt in the mood. My strength went up as you can see. I hit 145 on Incline Bench Press which was pretty awesome for me. This is just a short update for you guys. Remember to follow my log. As of Monday I am unsponsored and will not be taking Controlled Lab products for a month. It's like taking away the alcohol from an alcoholic. I feel sooo empty. :sad: Anyway Ill keep you guys posted.

This will be an awesome experiment on my part and will further test the Controlled Labs products. I will test White Flood and Green Magnitude in terms of pumps and endurance and re evaluate it to see how effective it is the 2nd time around.

Thoughts
Well today will be my last day of White Flood and Green Mag for a month. Today I thought I would try something new. I mixed in 3 scoops of White Flood rather than the usual 2. I realized that I built a tolerance to stims and I dont really feel the energy. Mixing the 3 scoops of White Flood was NOT a good idea. During my workout I felt extremely dehydrated as hell. I was drinking and drinking all the water I could possibly get my hands on yet it only seemed to make me thirstier. I sweated like crazy and felt really hot. It's something you don't want to try. As for feeling the stim I didn't feel it today either. It seems that Im all burned out on stims. Although my timing for the blood test couldnt get any worst, I will think positive and use it as a way to experiment. I will see if I begin to feel stims agian a month after cycling it off.

Agian taking 3 scoops of White Flood is not a good idea. I felt pumped yes, but it felt like blood was rushing through me at the speed of light. I felt some twitching going on within my veins. It was sorta scary. Endurance was good, Strength was good but the feeling is sorta scary. I dont recommend you guys overdose on stims. Agian this is just an example higher dosages of stims does NOT mean you will feel it. In fact I didnt feel the stim but I felt everything else. So in conclusion don't overdo the stims. White Flood is a strong pre workout supplement as it is. Remember guys more is not always better. Keep that in mind. Ill keep you guys posted. I begin my supplement free part of this log tomorrow.

Comments:Agian guys, Ive read lots of post about how you guys NEED stims to get through the day. Take it from someone who just experimented the whole more is better idea. It's not. Decent workout in terms of strength, however I felt like crap from overdoing the stims. Just to show you follow the label, they are put there help you. I must say White Flood is some strong stuff, not like N.O Explode at all. Just heed my warning and you'll all be fine.
 
Good work Cell, and you are correct more stims can actually drain you because of the over-stimulation.

indeed, for those reading this log, my experiment was to prove a point. Long usages of stims builds tolerance to it. Long daily usages with built up tolerance most likely will lead to over dosing on stims. Although you may not "feel" it remember this guys, your body reacts to it dispite the fact that you feel it or not. Before you know it it might be too late to turn back. Keep that in mind. Just want to let those out there know this. I keep seeing these stim thread pop up, What's the best stim to take for long terms. Long term stims is a bad idea. Keep that in mind.

Today I had a cardio session. I didnt take any White Flood or Green Magnitude today. Right now it's almost 12 PM and I feel tired like crazy. Cardio was a little better than previous cardio sessions probably because im starting to get used to it agian. My day feels a little longer without White Flood. Im also not getting the added boost that I get to help me through the day. Im feeling a withdrawal symptom. Ill keep you guys posted.

Rest


Today was a rest day. Without White Flood and Green Magnitude I felt extremely tired. My day just seems to be a little tougher than usual and I don't have White Flood to help me sustain the clean energy feel that I get while I was on it. For some reason I craved pizza like crazy today. Don't know why. Just had the biggest craving to eat an entire pie. Ill keep you guys posted. More to come on my White Flood rehab.

Thoughts
Well today I woke up extremely tired. I went through the day as normal but things just seem to slow down like crazy. My classes felt so much longer, It was hard trying to listen to my professors. I noticed today that I built up a small headache. Im usually not proned to headaches but today I felt extremely exhausted. The headache was no big deal. It was pretty minor but im pretty sure I know how I got it. Being exposed to caffeine for such a long period of time, now that I am off caffeine It seems that my body is craving it. It's like a drug addiction. Anyway the headache was no big deal. I felt a bit dizzy at times and tired but I managed to get through the day.

The gym was a totally different story. I hit the weights really hard today and even broke my old bicep curl record. I finally reached 40 pounds for bicep curls. My energy was decent but It felt more like mental energy. I kept pushing myself even when I didnt really feel like lifting. It was a pretty crazy workout. My biceps were hit so hard that my back workout wasnt at full potential. Great workout overall! It seems the results from White Flood and Green Magnitude are still sticking around which is good. Ill keep you guys posted. I have to see how well I can keep my gains from creatine.

Very Interesting log. I'm curious to see if you can maintain your gains after going off the product. I don't want to buy something that gives me huge gains while I'm on it but then 1 week after I quit it I'm back to where I started.

Today was a rest day. Not much to report here. I had an extreme case of DOMS. The effects from Green Magnitude and White Flood is still in high gear. Although I dont get the small energy boost from the White Flood I feel pretty normal today. The headaches have gone away for the most part and if there were any headaches it lasted for about a minute or so and disappeared. My biceps are sore like crazy. This will be intresting to see how I handle introducing White Flood and Green Magnitude back into my body in the upcoming month or so. Ill keep you guys posted.

Today was NOT a good day for me. I ordered from Nutraplanet previously and talked to a rep about changing the address of the order. Althought it was changed the package arrived at my house (which I did not want) My parents trashed my protien mix and my bulk powder along with everything I ordered. I got into a huge fight with my parents about them not supporting me at all at what I do. My mind was so distracted while working out that I was all over the place. I didnt do enough lifts, I wasnt in the mood. In fact I was in such bad spirit that I let a 50 pounds dumbbell slip and hit my abdominals. It was unintentional but because my mind was wandering and all over I wasnt able to pull off a proper workout off. Really really bad workout. I was in such a bad mood and all drained of energy from yelling back and forth that I took White Flood today. I got some random pumps here and there at the gym that allowed me to lift normally but other than that, my mind wandered and caused me almost to seriously injure myself. Not a smart idea to workout when distracted.

getting into a fight with your parents before working out is a bad idea. When your mind wanders, your bound to get hurt. Not one of my good days at all. Seriously, if regular protien and dextrose is not natural to my parents I wonder what is. I guess im supposed to just pick up weights not eat and try to get big the "natural" way.

thanks. I kept my controlled lab stuff hidden in a super secret hiding area so they would never find it. Sadly that place would be my brothers underwear drawer :rant:

My mood has still been affected about this whole thing. I havent spoken a word to my parents since yesterday. My lifts, mood wasnt all that great at the gym.Althought I tried not to think about it, it was just that it was on my mind. It's hard to get something like that off your mind. Really ticks me off. thanks steve. you seriously have no idea. So far, the have trashed my 36 dollar whey protien mix, 15 dollars worth of dextrose, bulk cissus, bulk citrulline malate, a FULL container of paravol and leviathan. That gets me steaming mad man. I wish they would have a little more faith and know that im an adult and I would discontinue something if I felt it wasnt right for me. ugg

Today's workout was good. My lifts have remained while off Green Magnitude and White Flood. Im not using any supplementation right now besides protien. Yesterday I noticed at the gym the lack of energy. Usually when im using Green Magnitude and White Flood I get good clean energy. Today, not so much. I've been off White Flood and Green Magnitude for a week now I believe. My energy level has been affected and the whole parents not supporting anything that I put my mind too also wasn't very helpful. I don't know why but Im still pissed off as hell that they refused to listen to me and trashed my stuff. Lifts in reguards to weights and reps didnt seem to go down much but the lack of support from my parents is a big downer for me. I hope my energy comes back soon and my desire to smash weights like theirs no tomorrow.

Today's a rest day for me. I could actually do cardio but im not in the running mood. I had killer DOMS from yesterday's workout. Great feeling! My legs are looking bigger and the definition is surely showing up. Things are looking pretty good. Tomorrow I'll be doing cardio if my legs aren't as sore. Today for meal 1 I was eatting a my turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread. I realized the turkey had a funky taste to it. It was a sour sort of taste. I realized I was eatting rotted, or almost rotted turkey. Taste was really funky. Took 2 bites for me to realize it. Anyway Ill keep you guys posted. Gotta start studying, Midterms and such coming soon.

Rest


Today was a rest day. Not much to report. I felt extremely tired. I didnt get a chance to do cardio. I had some serioud case of DOMS in my legs which has been here since friday. It feels great. So far I feel as if while not on controlled labs White Flood and Green Magnitude my energy levels just for the day has been adjusted. I dont feel as energetic as I normally would on a regular day. I sure do miss me some White Flood and Green Magnitude. Ill keep you guys posted

Thoughts
Today was a back and biceps day. I must say, even without supplements my strength has remained. I have grown used to back and biceps workout as I get pumps just thinking about working them out. Today strength stayed the same. The reps dropped I would say. I felt like I could have kept on going but I didnt want to push it. Workout was great. I was extremely tired in the morning while classes were going on. It's hard to concentrate sometimes in class when the professors don't talk loud enough. It's bad enough being placed in the back of the large room but having a professor whom you can't hear just makes you not want to put effort in trying to listen to her. Anyway thats all there was to my day. I feel like taking in some Green Magnitude. Such an awesome flavor.

Mood and energy was better that it usually is on a tuesday. Anyway thats all I really have to report. I have a test tomorrow and I need to cram some last minute information into my brain. Thoughts
Today's workout was a drag. I was bummed out at my bench press numbers. It's sad because I lack any progress in terms of weight. I never have a spotter for bench press so I usually go for higher reps rather than strength. Ill be trying to adjust my routine. Agian, I never liked the whole full body workout. It doesnt fit me considering how by the time I hit shoulders im hammered. I think Ill try adjusting my routine in a way where shoulders wont interfere with other upperbody parts. It seems that for shoulders, I feel that when I work back with shoulders it prevents me from lifting. The same goes for any other upper body split with shoulders. I have some serious work to do and the upcoming winter bulk is where I will do it. I need some work on my chest and shoulders. It seems those are my weaknesses. Anyway Ill keep you guys posted.

Thoughts
Woooohoo! Today was a blast! I must admit, I cheated today. I fell asleep for two hours after just lying down on my parents bed. I woke up and I felt that my muscles were asleep. I knew I couldnt go in for a leg workout with my body half asleep. I took 2 scoops of White Flood today after a unexpected nap. If you notice my previous post, I have said it a few times and will say it agian. I tend to feel exhausted after waking up from a nap. Today was no exception. I decided to jump on some White Flood after a 2 week break. All I have to say is WOW! I felt my body start to tingle a little and I was good to go. I hit the gym with nice clean energy with a great sense of aggression. I hit squats, and I wasnt tired after hitting 265. It's been awhile since Ive done 265. Today I hit that no problem.

When I was deadlifting my energy was through the roof! I kept going higher and higher and it seemed that I was starting to build up an audience. On my attempt of 295 practically the entire gym was crowded around me. I know 295 isn't a big deal for most but for me it's pretty good. Anyway I must say I do believe that cycling White Flood is a smart move. After keeping all supplements out of my system for 2 weeks I havent felt this type of energy. Insane lifts, Insane Energy. Im excited to start running White Flood agian later on. I think it will be extremely beneficial for me in terms of results. Ill keep you all posted.

Thoughts
Todays workout was good. I was feeling a bit tired when I hit the gym but my energy came back. It's been a LONG time since I had a good shoulder/trap workout. The reason I haven't gotten a good shoulder workout was due to pains on my shoulders. I think from now on reserving a day especially for shoulders would be a smart idea. My shoulders and traps seem to have fallen behind and I need to get them where I need them to be. Endurance was good energy was high. Im feeling happy today because I haven't had a good shoulders workout in a LONG time. Anyway Ill keep you posted.

Im currently off the log, I had to get a few things checked up at the doctors and such. My log for these products are gonna be a bit different from others. Im going to cycle the two products to test for added benefits of a cycle on them. I tend to get bloats from WF and GM if dosed too close to one another. GM in the afternoon followed by a workout at 4 PM leaves no bloats.

Well I tend to get bloatings when I worked out early morning. I crammed down a heavy meal, WF and GM all together. Having them close made bloats, but I did go to sleep on time. I usually go to sleep at 12 or 1 AM and wake at 9. Before when I was actually used to WF being that I took it every workout, I could sleep even if I took it 5 PM in the afternoon. First few days, no matter when you take it, seems that your body needs to get acustomed to the change. Thats how it works for me at least.

possibly. I get enough rest. I sleep at 1 AM most of the time and wake up at 9-10 AM. Maybe earlier bedtime would resolve this problem but I find that I fidget a lot in bed if it's early.

Thoughts
Todays workout I used White Flood. I haven't touched Green Mag in a long time but I couldnt resist. I was feeling ultra tired today. I threw in 2 scoops and felt insane tingles and I was good to go. I had the craziest pumps today. My energy wasn't as high probably due to the caffeine tolerance. I felt that I wasn't in the mood to workout. I felt that I could have done some heavier weights but hey, the pumps were good at least. My biceps were so pumped that It looked like a ballon ready to burst. When I touched my biceps they were extremely tight. I loved the feeling. First time that I have gotten actual pumps like that in a long time. Im not going to cheat anymore with White Flood. I need to truely give it some off time. I think that with some well needed rest to reset my stimulant tolerance, the insane pumps,endurance and energy will come back to me all at once. Ill keep you guys posted.
